Missing contents in beauty products

Jul 8, 2008 WALMART complaint by Cerint |

It seems everytime I take the long drive to Walmart to go shopping, I get screwed. Recently I bought a Wax kit that was missing the removal oil and applicators, and Hair Dye that was missing the Hair conditioner. If you complain, no one helps. Am I supposed to open every product I buy? I don't have the time for that.
The best part is being charged double for the hair dye.
ARGHHHHHHHH....... It makes you wonder if someone is trying to play a joke on us. Or is that why the price is low? Haha....it's not funny.

Did you check for the missing contents in your pockets. Perhaps they "accidently" fell in.

Ghostbuster is right. Speak up or forever hold your piece, or in this case pay twice for one product.

Want a really simple way to insure that you're getting everything you pay for? Make sure the seals on the package aren't broken. If they are broken, take the extra minute to look inside since health and beauty products have a bad tendency of getting damaged. If what you're buying is pricey (as are most health and beauty products), the minute it takes to look is worth it.

I will never understand the people who come in and only steal half the product, not that they should steal the entire thing. I work in the electronics department and I always see people opening the box for a stereo and stealing the remote just because they lost the original one. People do the same thing all over the store. I once saw someone with about a dozen little conditioners (the ones that come with the hair colour) stuck in her bag. When confronted she acted shocked, 'they are free aren't they?' People do the most rediculous (pardon my spelling) things just to get something for nothing.

It's not that it's hard, it happens all the time. I did and got the money back. I wish I had all the time in the world to check every product, but I don't.

Um when the cashier accidently charged you two times why did you not speak up. Also how hard is it to open something to make sure everything is there.
