I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM WALMART AGAIN, THIS HAS BEEN THE BIGGEST NIGHTMARE, FIRST WE ORDERED THE CRIB WE GET IT ON MONDAY NOVEMBER 19 2018 AND THE BOX IS RIPPED OPEN AND ITS CRACKED. MY MOM DID A RETURN AND GOT THE LABEL AND I SENT THIS BACK ON TUESDAY.

MOM CALLED ON WEDNESDAY AND WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD GET THE CRIB TODAY NOVEMBER 28 TILL THIS DAY WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SHIPPING OR TRACKING EMAIL. MY MOM CALLED AND SHE WAS TOLD THEY WOULD HAVE TO RECEIVE THE DAMAGED PIECE BEFORE WE COULD SHIP THE OTHER ONE. SHE WAS NOT TOLD THIS BY THE OTHER REP SHE SPOKE WITH,. COME TO FIND OUT YOU RECEIVED THIS PIECE ON NOVEMBER 23RD AND WAS TOLD THAT ALL REPLACEMENT PIECES ARE RUSHED.

YA RIGHT!!! SHE THAN CALLED YESTERDAY AND SPOKE WITH A GENTLEMAN AND SHE WAS THAN TOLD THAT YOU RECEIVED THE DAMAGED PIECE ON THE 23RD, SHE ENDED CANCELING THIS ORDER AND WAS THAN TOLD YESTERDAY THAT SHE WOULD RECEIVE THE REFUND EMAIL STATING SHE WAS GETTING HER REFUND. SHE HAS YET TO RECEIVE THIS AS WELL. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE FROM WALMART.

ALL I WANT IS THE REFUND SO WE CAN ORDER MY BABIES CRIB BEFORE SHE GETS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!. *** SERVICE.
