I purchased a HDTV from Walmart and bought the extend warranty from asurian. After a few months the TV started to fail so I called asurian and spoke with a technician, he knew what the problem was so they sent me a return container which I followed the instructions to ship.
After asurian had checked out my TV they said they could not help because UPS had damaged the screen. I contacted UPS and they assumed responsibility and sent the paperwork to asurian which asurian was going to send back to UPS for a reimbursement which was to be sent back to asurian so they could reimburse me! After about 15 hours on the phone with UPS and asurian, I never heard or received anything from either UPS or asurian!! I still have the TV in the shipping container!
Asurian would not respond to me or UPS! Asurian is the biggest RIPOFF and should be sued!
