On on like the 3rd of June I purchased a scooter for my son an electric scooter at Walmart in brimfield Ohio I didn't realize the scooter was only 220 lb weight limit my son weighs about 280 so after being bitched at my by my wife for hours I took it back to the store unopened and tried to get my money back and the lady at customer service go and cuts The box open and there are two pieces of scooter parts in this box there's not even a whole scooter and I'm like look I never I never open this box just the tape was sealed the box was unbreached and she calls over management and they they begin to tell me how that's going to have to be the scooter company that returns it to me they didn't do it I must have done it they just they can't miss out they can't just give me $300 but I had just paid $300 for it like four or five hours prior to this so I've contacted the company they aren't going to do anything about it and I just want to know how it is your store so big and you know I I'm just I'm just a disabled veteran my son's scooter was stolen at college so I go out to buy him a new one with all the extra money I have and I get it I get I get this you know I get this issue my name is Jason Nelson my phone number is 330-217-**** I would appreciate it if somebody that's in charge of something could handle this for me because it's it's pretty it's pretty messed up you know I just feel like I basically got robbed but yet I was called the thief thank you

Took well over 3 hours ti get tired returned. Website said return to store, after waiting 20 minutes was told they dont take. No real help from customer service, just check on line. A wonderful lady who was a greeter ( came back to workwalmart after a year) gave me a number and advice!! No pick on day 1 , recalled customer service was asked same questions. Guess what they had wrong address. 35 minutes later got a confirmation number. Day 2 picked up tires by 8 am. Advice order the right thing , returning was ***

My mother placed an order for my sister and me but because the items were the same but going to two different addresses it was flagged as fraud. There was no call no email.

I actually had to really do some digging to find out why. Why not put the order on hold instead of canceling and ask the customer to call in. The first order was a blue set and went through fine. The second order was a black set.

Then something was triggered to cancel the first order. We tried a third order that went through and then seconds later it canceled.

Inconvenient because it takes you seconds to take the money and 10 days to put it back. Fix your glitch!

User's recommendation: If you have to orders that are the same and you're sending them to two different addresses; put a few days between the transactions.

Never received this product. I ordered a computer .

Called 5 times and filed a report with my Walmart credit company. You say it was delivered! There was several packages I received on 11/24. Your company has on record this package was to be delivered at front door and a signature was required.

This didnt happen. On 12/24 I called your North Versailes,Pa store. Chad is general manager 412-816-****.I was told to come in this can be refunded ; but I have to do this in person. So my daughter took me to your store on 12:27.

I saw your concierge of sale. He said he couldnt do this ! I was told by three other stores in my area this is how this done. Your company owes me $242.24 for Black Friday HP 15.6 lap top , 2 year warranted and taxes.

I was charged twice for 1 item went back to have my money refunded but had to wait 30 minutes for them to rewind the camera back even though the date and time was on the receipt they act as if I was lied, after holding me in the store, the safety guy came out and told me I had two choices, I could either get another of the same product or I could get my money back . Delivery

I did not receive any of my refrigerated items in my online grocery delivery order. The store and the Walmart contact number for missing items say it's policy not to refund for this order.

You just take my money and don't deliver half of my order.? This is your policy? Clearly someone can see it's only my refrigerated items that weren't delivered. What is so hard to understand about that?

The driver is at fault and I'm out almost a hundred dollars for her negligence? I don't think so! I will pursue this until someone takes this seriously. How can the customer have no recourse when a delivery has missing items?

I will continue to report this and make sure the public is aware of a no refund policy when items aren't delivered.

Maybe a class action lawsuit is in order. I'm sure I'm not the first this has happened to.

This store refuse to cash my checks. It didn't honor the money order refund.

So I contacted Western Union and they issued my refund on check. This money Center cash checks and as soon as Im next in line, the employees refuse to cash my check by saying the register is down. Yet other customers are taking care of their money transactions. Malika, the head associate tells me this Everytime.

I purchased the money order here, they should give me my refund here and/or cash my Western Union money order refund check. They keep refusing by telling lies about their system not working.

Every time i come into this walmart to add money its an issue!!

hello, every time i go to this location off of west colonial drive down the street from the ihop and chucky cheese , to add money to my card walmart card that is . the manager (csm) black female lightskin with a birth mark on her forehead always got an attitude like she doesnt want to help me or do her job.

they give me excuses oh we have no, money trying to get me to leave without getting what i came for done. however im not stupiid and i know they can do it so i stayed . she gave me attitude stating that i hope u got the exact amount of money to put on this card like she was talking to her child or something im a grown *** man 43 to be exact i almost told her how i really felt but i kept it to myself because there are only so many times she will be allowed to try me like some sucker without me responding so i decided to write corporate and report her because this is not the first time she has done this to me. if she doesnt wanna work then find another job or go collect wic like the other lazy folks do.

anyhow i never wrote one of these but couldnt let it go because it pissed me off so bad that last time. i asked for the store managers name so i could call them but then again she might be close friends with her or him so i skipped that option so im sure this will go to the store manager anyhow so if it happens again i will contact corporate by phone until i speak live to someone about it and that conversation will much more detailed...ok feel free to contact me at 407-616-**** the name is chad thanksyes
