Walmart in Cartersville, Georgia - Tire service horrible

1 damaged tire under road hazard. 2 tires covered under 1/2 life wear warranty but tire was unavailable (6 ply) so they order same tires in 10 ply but only ordered 3. cant install a three 10 ply with one 6 ply. 1 1/2 weeks later. they order 3 new 6 ply amazing they are now available. wait past delivery date no tires call and they say they arrived. go back to store and they say they didn't arrive. next day they will call. next day no call but I stop in and the guy laughs and said the tires were there yesterday. then he really pissed me off when he said the women that work there don't know what they are doing (I guess it was OK because I'm a fellow man) WRONG. he was the one that didn't know what he was doing. He was the one that said the tires weren't in the day prior. He is also the one that charged me a road hazard warranty on 4 tires knowing I only bought 3. Then to top it all they lost a center cap for one wheel. Brought this to their attention to be informed it must have fallen off after the service. I have requested they pull the video to show they forgot to put it on. I wont hold my breath. on the video. Walmart's Photo Labs A Disaster - Avoid

They took a huge price increase and decreased the quality of the photos. Machines break down a lot and Walmart does not compensate for your time, just an "oh well" type of attitude and they keep the same bad machinery. The paper the prints are on is so thin now that the corners of the photos can bend when they put them into the envelopes. The photos do not look as sharp as they used to. The envelopes need more white space to write about the contents of the photos, not have sell copy for more of their stuff. Walmart no longer accepts competitive coupons. You are better off to wait for Walgreens, Target, Rite Aid, CVS, etc. to come out with their coupons for as little as 9 cents a print (more than 50% - 75% less than Walmart) and go there for your prints and other photo lab needs. I am (now, was) a large customer who was provided with discounted pricing, and they reneged on that perhaps thinking I would now pay full price. Instead, I gave all that business to competitors. This cost them thousands of dollars.The photo lab staff at Walmart is hit and miss, sometimes very good, sometimes not, and many times not there at all. Walmart used to be a lot better. It's obviously all about the money with these people now, NOT the customer's satisfaction. The management I spoke to about my issues were customer unfriendly, so I went over their heads. If you suspect or have any Ethics issues with Walmart, they refer you to an "outside" Ethics group, but guess what? They then refer all the unethical issues back to Walmart corporate, so you have the fox guarding the chicken coop. There needs to be an INDEPENDENT review board in such cases. Again, this is all about how the company can save money at the customer's expense, and they can do whatever they please. As a customer, however, you have the right to choose and complain as needed. And you should. I no longer do my grocery or any other shopping at Walmart, either. Way too corporate now. What would folksy and fair Sam Walton say???

Walmart - Very poor business experience!
Today is December 12th 2017 @ 3.20 PM. I am having problems with my order I purchased last month (Nov. 27th, 2017) from Walmart.com. It was lost in shipping just an hour from my home, a week ago, Dec 6th. 2017. I spoke to Walmart.com earlier in the day and one of the items were reordered but the other two, a FedEx investigation was placed to find the package. I called FedEx to see the outcome but was told to contact Walmart back so they can resend the items since the package was not located. I called Walmart.com and spoke to Associate Margret. She stated she could not help me or honor the price but give a return. I told her when I called the first time and spoke to a supervisor (did not catch her name) She reordered one of my items and she gave me the same purchase sale price that was made in my original order. She said that was because she honored the price so I asked to speak to a supervisor again. I also asked her if I could just pick up the items at a local Walmart instead. She asked me to hold while she contacted them. I waited a while and she came back to tell me the Supervisor, Shannon Gaines, replied to her stating that the items were no longer available (which they are on the site at this time just not at the sale price). When I told Margret that I saw them on the website, she replied to Shannon again and Shannon replied back, if I want to get a refund and repurchase at the higher price that's the only option I have. She will not honor the sale price. I told Margret I already purchased the item and it was lost almost to my doorstep, I am not asking to purchase something new and get the discount from a month ago, this was an order already placed and honored at that price. She said that she understood exactly what I meant and she agrees but there was nothing she can do! Can you or someone please resolve my issue? I would really like the items honored that I purchased, to get at my doorstep, before Christmas for my kids at the price I paid for them. Thank you for your time!
