The reason something like this happens is that the item you are getting was put in the wrong location in the warehouse. When orders are pulled they are pulled by location. If ...

You admitted in your complaint you only had a few items. Who wouldn't want to use the self-checkout if they only have a few items. It's not rocket science to use.

I tried to submit receipts several months ago and it would go to a blank screen. Didn't bother for a while and tried again, only to find the 33 plus dollars that I had accumulated are gone. It states that they were redeemed and it wasn't by me.

I ordered a Kayak....A week later it was still in the processing stage. I contacted a rep and they said it would ship out that evening, which did not happen. I checked my bank account and the transaction was no longer pending, it was gone. I contacted another rep the next day. They said to give it one more day and see what happens. Nothing happened. I cancelled the order. Then they said they may or may not cancel it for me, they would let me know. Two days latter, they still did not let me know...I felt like I was being held hostage and couldn't find out the truth...I will never, ever order from them again.

The TC number for on line groceries does not work for savings catcher. I always get the massage "check the TC number and date and try again". Sanvings catcher customer service cannot solve the problem.

Walmart - Not trust worthy

I purchased an item at the end of Nov. and Walmart said the order will be delivered on 12/1, but unfortunately, I received nothing but a cancellation email on the day I supposed to receive my item. I contacted the customer service and complained about this issue, the response was "system error" and walmart gave me a discount for me to reorder it again. I reorder the item and the customer service guaranteed me that I will receive it on 12/6. BUT unfortunately, Walmart DID NOT do what they should do, the item DID NOT deliver at all and I DID NOT receive any notification. The excuse was once again the "system error". I was very disappointed and frustrated about the service as Walmart is such a big company but the service is not trust worthy.
