Walmart - Racism

I have spoken to three managers about the Employees I witnessed treat a dark skinned man on one occasion and a couple few days ago in Sonora, California and the Racist behaviour given and one manager said all his Employees he can speak for them and they are not Racist, another manager said that they should shop somewhere else. I planned to video record next time

Walmart - ONline Shopping

I purchased (3) size large Turtle neck shirts supplied by one of Walmart's vendor partners. What I received was Mock Turtle neck shirts, (2) size extra large and (1) large. The vendor partner first misrepresented the merchandise and secondly sent the wrong size If you buy from an online partner of Walmart that company will be who you will have to deal with for refunds or replacements of merchandise not Walmart even though the purchase price was paid to Walmart. In order to avoid that situation I will only buy product on line that can be returned to a local Walmart store if there is this sort of a problem.

Details
New walmart manager at east town center in easr lansing is the worst I have ever seen! No shopping carts in the store, when I told the manager he said well you got one little did he know people and I were having to go outside to get one. Store is a mess, shelf tags are all over the floor items are sticking out in the isles you can't have 2 carts pass each outher im many places dirty floors , mens bathroom looks like it's been ransacked. This is just the small of it, what a dump. The old manager was much better.

Tasharina Corp SOLD BY WALMART! BEWARE!

I ordered something on Walmart.com on 11/26/17. When I ordered it, I got an email stating it would arrive on 11/7/17. When that date came and went, with no product, I tried my tracking number (which didn't have any info and could not trace the box) and I called Walmart. They said that the product was sold and shipped from a third party called Tasharina Corp. They directed me to how to contact them. I called Tasharina and left a message and sent an email. They returned the email same day and stated that because I didn't pay for shipping, they said "we did", therefore I don't have a tracking number. They also stated I needed to wait 7-10 business days for my product. I replied that 10 business days was yesterday and never heard back. BEWARE folks...I am reporting this to my Credit Card company as fraud. And will never order from Walmart.com again!

I ordered a computer for my granddaughter it stayed in the not ready for pickup status for a couple of days before going to the out of stock status then it was canceled by Walmart and a couple of days later it was placed back on the website at a higher price I ended up paying the higher price because I didn't want to disappoint my granddaughter. Very dissatisfied customer.

Walmart - Bought a squat rack

I purchased a squat/benching rack. More like two uprights that hold the barbell. Horrible design. Haven't used them and can't even see how it would be possible. I want to return then for a full refund. Tried dealing with Walmart. Just get a lot of "We understand your frustration." One Big Thief, or is it Outlet, has a return policy to replace or repair. Unacceptable. So I tried contacting them direct through their website. Four times I filled in the information and typed my complaint and I can't send it. Never buying anything from them ever again or Walmart.com. But now I guess I have to call them. Got to love wasting all of my time to do what should be simple. Guess that's part of being an online thief, making returns very burdensome.

I have ordered a wheel kit from Walmart twice and received the same incorrect order twice. Spent 45 mins at the pick up window of store for the employee to call the shipping department and she couldn't get an answer as to why they keep shipping the incorrect part...
