Yes, I did not receive the shirts and shorts I ordered for July 4 th sale. Every . the lights I got worked for approximately 3 weeks. They dont work anymore. Just like a replacement.how do I put photos.

I was asked to answer three questions. They told me they used WALMART's as the referencing company. And I would be receiving a I-PAD. I gave them all my personal information and my credit card info. After about 20 min, I got a little suspicious and called my bank to stop payment on the credit card.

Didnt need called customer service and the lady was great! She processed my return and issued my refund as we were talking. She arranged for a carrier to pick up my return at my house. Thank you Walmart.com. Yall are awesome!

I made the mistake of placing an order and discovering the street was being paved the same day. So I called you and let you know, you changed my day til Fri and I so thank you. However, I am sorry the driver did make it up here and couldn't deliver it. Is there a way I can tip him?

Placing a order 2 times and not receiving it.

I received a notice from the company saying they had shipment issues and disregard the notices saying the items were delivered. I received 2 notices asking did I speak to somebody and get my issues resolved . No body reached out to me. I ended up calling Customer Service acting a True *** I was then told Id receive a refund which I had to wait for . But I did FINALLY get my money.

Dear Sir's/Ma'am, I'm sending a short note to you because of the constant threats of me leaving the company. I've tried so many times trying to return with a good cheer, and I'm still having problems. I'm wondering is it because of the emails? Furthermore, I do apologize, butt that's the only way that I can communicate with HR/MGR to many people around. The LOCKPORT IL. store was a short stay due to their mistakes, not mine it was only the scheduling, nothing more. IT was the ASST MGR I was part-time and the. HR dept saw the time frame/days of work. And my taxes/w2 weren't correct. I thought that the ASST and I were alright from time to time she mentioned it after 4 pm volunteered to work longer when asked. MY FILE was concerned I'll need a copy if available and I'm not as angry but it should have been a 30day re-hire to clear up the issue/s. Did I get terminated due to race or age in either case I'm not there. Speaking with/to the RETURNED MGR. from my conversation with him he couldn't do much (still). Will you all please be kind to remind everyone that I have the right to work but I don't want a retaliation hit. Please be advised that I don't do JOBS outside of the store unless I'm getting paid by the store itself they never got sued either. Thank You

Non delivery of groceries

They refunded amount of groceries but not $10 that went to driver on June 18 who did not deliver groceries to me. The driver on 19th was good. Would like to know where groceries went and was driver dismissed or at least apologized to Walmart! Thank you. Betty

I received a refund for products that I received. I should not get a refund. I also am receiving another product that I received that was the wrong product and youre sending me another of the same product. I want to return both of them because it is not the product that I ordered. (?). I also ordered hosiery that are the wrong color and I am not able to get the refund process completed. An encounter with an employee that was so very rude and attempted to antagonize me

The Supervisor's name is Cheryl and the rude employee was Tammy. I called the hotline and waited on hold forever only to be disconnected. This complaint is for your Macclenny Florida store. People should still show courtesy. She also put her hand up and dismissed me in front of her Supervisor. No respect and regard to any punishment, I am sure that it was not addressed. Cheryl is a very sweet person. I know that there is a shortage of workers, but you can not have an abundance of ill mannered employees.
