Received the package of the chair the box was all taped up with clear tape we open it up Christmas morning I start putting it together I'm missing four brackets it holds the arms on so there's four of them I call Walmart all they care was bring on back we'll give you a refund well that's not what I want I like the chair I want the brackets so I called the Madden factory or whoever supplies the chair to Walmart I'm still waiting to call back on them that's been 3 days so we need to get something done cuz I am not going to take it apart and return it to Walmart if I have to return it it's going back I'll put together except for four brackets thank you

Hello,
I spent 5 hours on the phone with Walmart Monday Jan 8 2024. I was promised a refund of $12.95.
The refund is for being charged for Walmart's Virtual Health Care. I never signed up for Walmart's Virtual Health Care. Their automated service is continuously charging customers with Amex, even if the customer is not requesting the service.
Walmart, knows this issue exists, and is refusing to fix it. Walmart is giving customers a hard time about providing a refund for this error.
I was supposed to receive a confirmation email on Wed January 11th 2024, and I never received the confirmation email.
I was on the phone today and was put on hold numerous times for 20 to 25 minutes, and I was treated rudely,and I was hung up on.
The issue still has not been resolved.
I provided an incident number for this issue, and Walmart has refused to honor its promise or provide a refund of $12.95, that I was charged on Christmas Eve 2023.
HELP! me get my refund, please!

Did not receive box of X-mas presents & never credited me until I called 3.5 weeks later.
I was returning two gifts and could not find some small items I had ordered. I am then going through my extensive purchase list of toys for eight kids and three birthdays at Christmas time and discover I havent received one of my boxes.
Walmart never credited me never sent an email stating we have not shipped this item they were going to keep my money Doesnt make enough money that they cant follow up with their customers and credit their account or send an email stating we cannot ship these products. Thats just bad business practices.
Certainly they have software that will let you know if they havent shipped an item should not be up to the consumer to track multiple boxes and packages during the holidays to make sure every item has been shipped. Where I come from typically thats called fraud

On black fri of last year i bought a tv online i paid for it and had to pick it up at the glasgow walmart, i went to get and i couldnt fit it in my car so the worker told me i could go get a car and come back and get tv when i came back the girl said she couldnt find my tv that they were out for me to call qnd talk to walmart customer service so i did and this man told me that they didnt have any tvs like i bought so had to wait for the factory to get more qnd th3y would make sure that i got it and lomgest would be 2 weeks and theu would email me to let me know it was ready and i could pick it up. Its now middle of jan and still.
No call or email.
The store tried to refund me before nut i dont want a refund i want the tv i purchased. Please and thank u email call or text 270-312-**** bclyde1987@***.com

I purchased a TV on black Friday and it arrived damaged. I returned it and was issued a refund on 12/8/23.
I spoke to a Walmart representative named Alieyah, not sure of the spellings. She told me the TV was out of stock so I couldn't get a replacement at the time. She told me that when the TV was back in stock I could call and get it at the price I paid for it on black Friday. Now when the TV is back stock, I called Walmart and was told i had to buy it for the price it is now and the price i bought it for on black Friday wouldn't be given.
I'm a Walmart plus member and I spend a LOT! of money here. The sale price I paid should be honored like I was told by your representative.
I was issued a refund on 12/8 that will show what I originally paid for the TV. I would like a replacement at that same price please.

- Sale prices are often not honored when a replacement is needed
- Customer service is often rude
Preferred solution: My TV that arrived damaged to be replaced at the same price I bought it for on black Friday.
User's recommendation: Get it in writing or they probably won't honor a sale price if you need a replacement after the sale goes off.

Yes they were WRONG, but they were NOT RUDE. NO is NOT the SAME as RUDE. GROW UP CHILD.
