Verified ReviewerFraudulent Transaction and Abuse Endured
I placed an order online through Walmart's website for an item and was told it would be delivered on March 1. Shortly thereafter, I received an email informing me that the delivery would be sooner and was said to be by February 24.
On February 19, I received a notice that the item had been delivered. I looked and no item of the description could be found anywhere. I did a very thorough search in and around my place of residence but found nothing. I contacted Walmart, only to receive a rather offensive email with a heading in Chinese, so I knew there was trouble brewing, and my conclusion was 100% accurate.
The email again stated that the item had been delivered and told me to search for it, inquire if my neighbors had it, and then, to top it all off, to contact my post office to locate the parcel! The insinuation was that I was a liar or mentally deficient for not finding an item that was never delivered!
I wasted no time in filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about the rather abusive email and the fact that the company who turned out to be Chinese had chosen to send the item via USPS. USPS today is not reliable, thanks to Trump's goon Louis DeJoy who was appointed Postmaster General so he could destroy the postal service to prevent voters from voting by mail so as to help Trump be reelected. USPS only repeated what the fraudster seller had said: the item was delivered on February 19 and was left on the front porch or at the front door.
In short, I might as well have flushed my money down the toilet, because the chances that I would ever receive the item that I ordered are slim to none, and Joybuy Express has a deplorable reputation. Walmart has done business with them since 2017, so apparently Walmart doesn't care if their customers get ripped off.

I came in to buy three items, one of which was a lawn mower battery. There were about 20 in stock and clearly marked.
I picked the one I wanted and placed it at the automotive check out. There were two checkers there. The checker told me he needed a Mgr. to sell me that.
One checker went into the service department. I waited about 10 minutes and asked how long before a Mgr. came. "In a few minutes" was the reply.
Thirty minutes passed and no Mgr. I went to another department to get one of the items I came for but, for the third time, the shelf was bare. So I returned to the checker, who still had no mgr., and told him to please sell me a battery and he did so without any further help.
He got the price wrong twice and the third time it was close , so I just paid for it and left. I managed a parts and service store for over 30 years and this was just wrong!
Preferred solution: I am not asking for anything. I just think your company and staff should care enough about the people who have been coming to your store for years, to be more caring and helpful. By the way, I was never ugly to the checker .

Today, May 13, 2022, i again had a problem with Walmart. I was ordering food delivery for the first time, and Walmart notified me TOO LATE that they could not deliver two of my items.
Instead of offering to refund my money, which would have been the honest thing to do, they gave me different items, one of which I cannot eat because of health conditions. I tried to get them to refund my money instead, but they adamantly refused. It seems that anyone who orders food items online is playing a sort of roulette and has no idea what will be the outcome.
They expect me to go to the store to exchange it, which would be fine if I owned a car and was able bodied, but who cares about a disabled senior? Clearly not Walmart!!!

- Not being able to freturn an item from an online order
Preferred solution: Don't deliver items that I didn't order and don't charge me for them!!!

What did you do with it? You got a receipt when you made the purchase. Why are you expecting Walmart to come up with one?
