I purchased the 50 inch tv and nothing else apparently my cashier rang it up as if I walked out the door with the tv. My receipt should have 1 hour guarantee on the bottom of the receipt and it does't.

When I went back to the store this morning I was told that they did not know how to fix the problem so I gave them my name and number and was advised that I will be called when they are told how to fix the problem.

This is the second year my 1 hour guarantee was invalid. It seems as if it is a training issue.

There was surely an issue with the 1-Hr process this year. My understanding is that you should return to the store where you bought it.

They will refund your money, write you a rain check, and submit a special order to their home office. When it arrives, you should be notified and can re-purchase the item at the sale price.
