I purchased the 50 inch tv and nothing else apparently my cashier rang it up as if I walked out the door with the tv. My receipt should have 1 hour guarantee on the bottom of the receipt and it does't.
When I went back to the store this morning I was told that they did not know how to fix the problem so I gave them my name and number and was advised that I will be called when they are told how to fix the problem.
This is the second year my 1 hour guarantee was invalid. It seems as if it is a training issue.
