Bought a tv online, after almost two weeks, and me spending hours of phone calls trying to track the tv across 3 states, and an hour on the phone with Walmart customer service telling me there's nothing they can do because they have no clue where tv was, that they couldn't help me. So obviously the tv finally shows up and it's screen is shattered and it's back to calling Walmart customer service.
They said take it to a near store and exchange it, so after an hour and a half standing in customer service line and a huge argument with these people trying to now charge me a balance on a store cost.
This experience was unfair and uncalled for. I will buy everything and anything from Amazon from this point on and I work in a hospital and will make sure everyone in my community understands what Walmart truly is!!
