i went to take back an item, and they refused because they had 2 different serial numbers on the box that didn't match the computer, and they tried to have me FedEx it, but the system wouldn't allow them too and kept telling me to take in store. I did this for a week.

I am enrolled in your free shipping. Formerly it has worked well for me. But now if I order an item that is in stock at my "local" store, it will not be shipped to me, I have to pick it up at the store! That is a 40 mile round trip to get this item! I ordered from Walmart.com the seller is exhome i bought snowshoes proof is included I was told on February 1st I would 100% forsure get them February 6th proof is posted, i try to contact Walmart and get told I am a liar and he will make sure I never get my property I paid for, or my money back even with all of the proof. I was forced to file criminal charges state and federal for theft by deception as well as wire fraud, make a report with the BBB,FTC,FCC, FEDEX, and Concemer Protection because of the very clear violation of the consumer protection act. I am also forced to write reviews every where I can in hopes Walmart will not do this to others. " ALSO NO I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK FROM WALMART OR THE SELLER .

Walmart - Store issues

Went to store #05927 on 12/05/21 to purchase a stud finder. We found a rack with at least 3 studfinders on it.

The price on the rack was 8.76, however when we went to checkout it rang up as 18.76. we questioned the cashier she said customer service would only scan it and won't do anything else. I went to customer service and showed that the stud finders were placed in the wrong place. The manager told me she can only do 10% off.

I could see if that was the only studfinders on that rack but there were 3 on the rack! I took the 10% because I just wanted to get out of that store! Associates were standing around and didn't want to help customers or had attitudes if I asked for help. We left the store and found one of your "associates" arguing with a customer on the parking lot!

He was literally cursing at her because she asked for a supervisor.

What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? I am very disappointed in Walmart at this point and am looking to purchase elsewhere from now on

I admit. The item that I wanted cost 18.76.

That was higher up on the the shelf. I was hoping that they would give me the lowest price. I cannot afford to pay 18.76 for the studfinder. I can however afford $8 76..

i was in a hurry because I was afraid that they would check the cameras and see thai i was lying. I threatened to hurt a 8 year old girl. The customer the employee was threatened was me. It turned out that I threatened his wife and daughter.

I asked for his supervisor. He swore at me. He threatened to use physical harm me. This us when I found out that I threatened his daughter.

His wife called him.

Since u threatened harm on a child the supervisor would be on his side. The child was in my way I told her that move or I would knock her flat on her face.

I knew that you were lying all along. When you refused to show the item you actually purchased I knew you were lying.

You are the one lacking common sense. Common sense states that if you are innocent you would show the item you purchased. Then again you seem to be thinking that I am trolling simply for telling you that you are off. You are basically a coward threatening an eight year old child.

You made it sound like the employee was fighting with another customer when it was with you. What a coward taking your anger out on a child.

You do not know the whole story here. You do not know what happened before or after the employee was arguing with the customer.

You do not know what it is about.

Also I notice that you only showed the pegs on the shelf, not what you actually bought. If you were being honest, you would have included what you purchased so we can compare it to what is on the shelf.

You DO NOT need to know what happened. If there was anything that made him react like that then a supervisor needs to step in.

Him cursing at the custmer threatening her is grounds for termination! Secondly if you can read my review is about a STUDFINDER!!! In the picture is a studfinder in the wrong place. Ibdont nor need to be dishonest, i can afford a studfinder.

Even tge cashie said all the stockers do is take them out the box and throw them anywhere. Yes i do need to investigate from now on.

But DO NOT call me dishonest im not a stocker i didnt stock shelves. So goodbyr

Stud finder is not one word. If you do not know this, and if you do not know how to read it is obvious that you misread the price. This is why you should take an adult to shop with you until you are old enough to read simple English.

Also I never said that you cannot afford to pay for the stud finder. You must claimed this.

Maybe because you are not able to afford it? Maybe if you do chores around the house your parents will pay you. That way in a few weeks you can afford the stud finder. Or maybe you can ask Santa for money instead of presents.

Or better yet, kid, ask Santa to give you the stud finder for Christmas. But you better change your behavior or he will leave coal in your stocking

Constantly moving arrival date

Walmart On-Line has gone down the tube over the last 5 years. On the grocery side, the person who pulls the fruit needs to check the contents to make sure it is not going bad or had mold.

Another example is the larger chicken packages (tenders and/or breasts) the substitutions are not equal to the price paid. I even received a large package of wings, not equal value, and I do not eat wings. Happens on a regular basis now. On the retail clothing side, it's a hit or miss on the quality.

I ordered 2 air conditioners to pick up only to have my order canceled twice, one as I was setting in the parking lot waiting for the items to be brought out. They said the next day it would be delivered, nope, delivery not available, I could have it shipped to arrive the next day with not delivery fee. I called to verify it was coming that day and again not happening.

Called to track, now I have to wait 2 more days. Really hate dealing with them now.

AWFUL Service

check out near pharmacy. He was so rude when we asked for bigger bags. Hot helpful at all when asked if there was any way to get help at the register. 2 regular check outs open withe at least 6 customers in each. Probably 10 self checks open and they were long line too. Rude!

Unable to find briefs size 5. I ordered size 6 but it's too big. Why don't youcary size 5 briefs. Panties cotton. Hanes. I received myorder. I had to create a new account because I forgot the password. Instead of clicking email you should have an option to select text. Sometimes my emails don't come through and when it comes, it's late. You should make this change. All companies do.

Walmart does not show record of purchase history prior to year 2019 on their website anymore. Eureka vacuum company wants a copy of the invoice for my order # 600176*-***473 (delivered on12/6/2017) to honor their 5-year warranty. Nobody helped me from Walmart customer support on the phone.

Sour employee

I went to Wal-Mart today to exchange an item in the tire section of the store. When I explained what I wanted to do the African American lady was rude from the start. I guess I interrupted her phone call. Being white I see this all the time at this store. People like this know how hard it is to get help so they try to be as rude as they can get away with. My feelings were hurt so I just left.

If she was on the phone with a customer it was you that were rude for interrupting her call. Send someone else to do your shopping if you can't treat employees with respect.
