Went to store #05927 on 12/05/21 to purchase a stud finder. We found a rack with at least 3 studfinders on it.
The price on the rack was 8.76, however when we went to checkout it rang up as 18.76. we questioned the cashier she said customer service would only scan it and won't do anything else. I went to customer service and showed that the stud finders were placed in the wrong place. The manager told me she can only do 10% off.
I could see if that was the only studfinders on that rack but there were 3 on the rack! I took the 10% because I just wanted to get out of that store! Associates were standing around and didn't want to help customers or had attitudes if I asked for help. We left the store and found one of your "associates" arguing with a customer on the parking lot!
He was literally cursing at her because she asked for a supervisor.
What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? I am very disappointed in Walmart at this point and am looking to purchase elsewhere from now on

Constantly moving arrival date
Walmart On-Line has gone down the tube over the last 5 years. On the grocery side, the person who pulls the fruit needs to check the contents to make sure it is not going bad or had mold.
Another example is the larger chicken packages (tenders and/or breasts) the substitutions are not equal to the price paid. I even received a large package of wings, not equal value, and I do not eat wings. Happens on a regular basis now. On the retail clothing side, it's a hit or miss on the quality.
I ordered 2 air conditioners to pick up only to have my order canceled twice, one as I was setting in the parking lot waiting for the items to be brought out. They said the next day it would be delivered, nope, delivery not available, I could have it shipped to arrive the next day with not delivery fee. I called to verify it was coming that day and again not happening.
Called to track, now I have to wait 2 more days. Really hate dealing with them now.

I admit. The item that I wanted cost 18.76.
That was higher up on the the shelf. I was hoping that they would give me the lowest price. I cannot afford to pay 18.76 for the studfinder. I can however afford $8 76..
i was in a hurry because I was afraid that they would check the cameras and see thai i was lying. I threatened to hurt a 8 year old girl. The customer the employee was threatened was me. It turned out that I threatened his wife and daughter.
I asked for his supervisor. He swore at me. He threatened to use physical harm me. This us when I found out that I threatened his daughter.
His wife called him.
Since u threatened harm on a child the supervisor would be on his side. The child was in my way I told her that move or I would knock her flat on her face.
I knew that you were lying all along. When you refused to show the item you actually purchased I knew you were lying.
You are the one lacking common sense. Common sense states that if you are innocent you would show the item you purchased. Then again you seem to be thinking that I am trolling simply for telling you that you are off. You are basically a coward threatening an eight year old child.
You made it sound like the employee was fighting with another customer when it was with you. What a coward taking your anger out on a child.
You do not know the whole story here. You do not know what happened before or after the employee was arguing with the customer.
You do not know what it is about.
Also I notice that you only showed the pegs on the shelf, not what you actually bought. If you were being honest, you would have included what you purchased so we can compare it to what is on the shelf.
You DO NOT need to know what happened. If there was anything that made him react like that then a supervisor needs to step in.
Him cursing at the custmer threatening her is grounds for termination! Secondly if you can read my review is about a STUDFINDER!!! In the picture is a studfinder in the wrong place. Ibdont nor need to be dishonest, i can afford a studfinder.
Even tge cashie said all the stockers do is take them out the box and throw them anywhere. Yes i do need to investigate from now on.

Stud finder is not one word. If you do not know this, and if you do not know how to read it is obvious that you misread the price. This is why you should take an adult to shop with you until you are old enough to read simple English.
Also I never said that you cannot afford to pay for the stud finder. You must claimed this.
Maybe because you are not able to afford it? Maybe if you do chores around the house your parents will pay you. That way in a few weeks you can afford the stud finder. Or maybe you can ask Santa for money instead of presents.
Or better yet, kid, ask Santa to give you the stud finder for Christmas. But you better change your behavior or he will leave coal in your stocking

I said what i had to say. I dont have to show a picture of the onebi purchased because common sense would tell you it was the one shown. As far as the RUDE employee, again that is my review of the employee interacting with a customer. You call me childish?
Im not the one writing 3 pages of replies to a review. You dont know what i can afford. But, make sure you have enough to buy a clue!
