Walmart - Would not honor warranty.

I bought a marine battery from Walmart Natchez dr. Slidell la last year. The only reason I bought it was because it had a one year warranty. Well my battery is no good anymore and they would not take it back without a receipt. When I bought the battery the guy told me I had a one year warranty. I will not shop at Walmart ever again.

Walmart - Bad store

drain the swamp... wal mart is not good.. prices have went up... quality does not exist.. yet its close to our home... customer service is bad... trying hard to break the sick cycle and shop other stores...they do not care about the employees work ethics.. nor do they care about their customers good customers learn to shop elsewhere.. availability is not there.. was a time in wal marts infancy that one could shop for items that were at least middle of the road.. now it looks like a warehouse of junk...We are practicing to get away from the wal mart scene but its nice to shop and just use the store as a comparison and look at items sometimes before you buy... we perhaps spend of our time buying pet food there but a new kids is arriving in town and from what I have seen of their other stores it will be a pleasure to shop at the new pet store coming to town... yippee less time spent in the inside of an appressive wal mart store

Walmart - I called store # 5201 on May 02, 2017. I saw on the net that I could purchase a certain brand of e-cig,MARKTENXL, so I called #5201 and was told yes they carried them but would transfer my call to see

if any were in stock. the girl that answeredtold me don't believe what you see on the net, I told her another employee confirmed they do. By this time she's embarrassed I asked if she could see if any in stock. She told me and I quote " To do that I have to walk to the other end of the store. I know Walmart can't have their employees running to and from depts. But her voice showed contempt and poisonous in manner. Any she told me that she'd find out if there were any in stock, I informed her not to bother I said it again and I then hung up the phone. I then went to store#5201 to the smoke area where products were sold, they were out of stock and No I didn't ask when they would be in. That was it for using this Walmart there is one in Woodbridge, NJ that I will frequent from here on. Othe chronic problems withthis store#5201 is the sheer arrogance of employees not to mention the rudeness, language barriers from most personnel, laziness and I can go on and on. I am not the only person who goes to other Walmart stores due to the same things.

Walmart - Tv stopped working after 3hrs

We bought a 32" TV on line on black friday. I had been ill & in the hospital so it was April 28th before we got the TV out of the box & had Direct TV come add a box to the bedroom for it. We also bought the extra warrenty. Well imagine my surprise while watching TV in bed that night when the TV went out in only 3hrs! So I took my reciept to the Walmart on Briarcrest & explained what had hapoened, the girl told me, no problem, bring it in & exchange for any brand i wanted. So on the 1st of May, mu husband & I took it back, bit that walmart was so busy, no parking place. So I took it to the one on 2018 & they refused to do ANYTHING about it. I called walmart corporate & they said it was past the 90 days & nonreturnable. If the other one was willing to take it back there. So we did, & luckly the manager at that store grasp the meaning of just hooked it up for first time & it only worked 3hrs. So he let me exchange for anything I wanted, did NOT want the same brand. Now if one walmart can do that, why can't they ALL be nice & do whats right?! We will never shop that one walmart again, & we go to that store at least 3 times a month for groceries & what ever else we need. So the one on Briarcrest, even though its always crowded, will be where we shop from now on.
