On 10/13/21- I placed an order for pick up on the Walmart app at the Chicopee MA store-I place grocery pick up orders weekly. I continually have issues ONLY at the Chicopee MA location.
On 10/13 I picked up this order, the employee that brought the order to my car stated this was his first day and he wasn't sure how to use the electronic order reader device. After about a 45 minute wait in the parking lot with my kids in the car and other irate customers, the employee told me to "Just take the order, I will figure it out." When I got home I realized the employee never marked the order as picked up. So the order continues to be marked as "pending pick up" as if I'm at the store waiting to pick up the order (to this day 10/19/21). This has been marked this way for the past 5 days, preventing me from placing another order.
I have also spent about four hours total, on hold, on the phone, speaking with the store and customer service to resolve this issue-but it still has not been resolved. On 10/14 I called customer care and spoke with Sehar and was sent a survey about how that went-she stated she would take care of it and it was all set...it was not. On 10/15 I received a call from the store manager Kennith, I called him back 10x over the course of the day and was unable to reach anyone at the store. I spoke with Kenneth on 10/17 and was told after being on the phone for 15 minutes that he would take care of it "today." The issue was still not resolved.
I was told I would be refunded for my missing items and that still has not happened. On 10/ 18 I called and spoke to customer service rep Kerea but they were not able to resolve the issue and eventually disconnected me (I never received a survey about this call). On 10/19 I called customer care again-waited on and off hold for a "supervisor" and customer service rep for 47 minutes. Customer service employee Andy said he had to call the store and it would be awhile on hold...I waited.
He assured me this was resolved and I would be refunded for the missing items (which was only $10.60) and the order would be marked as picked up. I am EXTREEMLY frustrated by this entire situation. It should NOT be this complicated to get refunded for missing items and pick up an order. I STILL have not be compensated for the missing items or the hours of my life I spent trying to resolve an issue that I had no fault in to begin with.
Customer service at Walmart (chicopee location) and walmart.com needs more training and attention to the area of customer service. I will no longer be using this grocery pick up service and would NOT recommend the chicopee location to anyone at this time.

Dear All,
This is to inform you that we are facing same issue again of short quantity of material supplied by you against invoice No.INV#PB070100**** 30/5/2022. Every time we are facing same issue that material is not received as per invoice quantity issued by you.
We are really surprised that why this type of worst service given by reputed brand i.e. Walmart. Please arrange to deliver our pending material immediately and requesting you to check that why this is happening again and again. This will loose the confidence of your customer.
For future We will advise you please cross check all items quantity with invoice at your end before dispatch of material. If this will happen in future, we will not able to deal with Walmart.
