I purchase a $50 Apple gift card from Walmart today and get an error saying code redemption is temporarily unavailable try again later when I tried to redeem it this is the second of two Apple $50 gift cards that I purchased from the same Walmart and got the same error idea contact Apple and they put a fraudulent on the card and he told me to contact you guys corporate to see if I can get my refund back from both cars that I bought with my receipt

I ordered a TV set through WALMART.COM. It arrived in a broken shipping box without packing material. Upon opening the box, the TV had a broken screen. I have sent pictures and have talked to 4 different people in the customer service department. Each one has assured me that I would get a refund and would be "contacted in 48 hours by the billing department. "Never happened. It has been 3 weeks since the TV was delevered and I do not have a TV or my money.

Stated that the humidifier and black tea was delivered. I have not received anything yet. Please resend tomorrow. Humidifier was supposed to have been delivered on yesterday but was rescheduled for today.

The item I purchased was not delivered

I purchased a barbecue as a wedding gift. The delivery was delayed then not delivered when it was supposed to be delivered the cost including the warranty 304.18$ I went the item or a refund of what I spent . The delivery person didnt send a picture of the delivered item as is costomary. I think he is at fault. # 325226*-***213

A store associate name Kathryn at hartselle Al Walmart followed me and my family. For no reason like we where stealing Im very upset with this. I wasnt ask to fill out a complaint or anything. I will never go back in there again.

Poor customer service with walmart.com grocery order

On 10/13/21- I placed an order for pick up on the Walmart app at the Chicopee MA store-I place grocery pick up orders weekly. I continually have issues ONLY at the Chicopee MA location.

On 10/13 I picked up this order, the employee that brought the order to my car stated this was his first day and he wasn't sure how to use the electronic order reader device. After about a 45 minute wait in the parking lot with my kids in the car and other irate customers, the employee told me to "Just take the order, I will figure it out." When I got home I realized the employee never marked the order as picked up. So the order continues to be marked as "pending pick up" as if I'm at the store waiting to pick up the order (to this day 10/19/21). This has been marked this way for the past 5 days, preventing me from placing another order.

I have also spent about four hours total, on hold, on the phone, speaking with the store and customer service to resolve this issue-but it still has not been resolved. On 10/14 I called customer care and spoke with Sehar and was sent a survey about how that went-she stated she would take care of it and it was all set...it was not. On 10/15 I received a call from the store manager Kennith, I called him back 10x over the course of the day and was unable to reach anyone at the store. I spoke with Kenneth on 10/17 and was told after being on the phone for 15 minutes that he would take care of it "today." The issue was still not resolved.

I was told I would be refunded for my missing items and that still has not happened. On 10/ 18 I called and spoke to customer service rep Kerea but they were not able to resolve the issue and eventually disconnected me (I never received a survey about this call). On 10/19 I called customer care again-waited on and off hold for a "supervisor" and customer service rep for 47 minutes. Customer service employee Andy said he had to call the store and it would be awhile on hold...I waited.

He assured me this was resolved and I would be refunded for the missing items (which was only $10.60) and the order would be marked as picked up. I am EXTREEMLY frustrated by this entire situation. It should NOT be this complicated to get refunded for missing items and pick up an order. I STILL have not be compensated for the missing items or the hours of my life I spent trying to resolve an issue that I had no fault in to begin with.

Customer service at Walmart (chicopee location) and walmart.com needs more training and attention to the area of customer service. I will no longer be using this grocery pick up service and would NOT recommend the chicopee location to anyone at this time.

Dear All,

This is to inform you that we are facing same issue again of short quantity of material supplied by you against invoice No.INV#PB070100**** 30/5/2022. Every time we are facing same issue that material is not received as per invoice quantity issued by you.

We are really surprised that why this type of worst service given by reputed brand i.e. Walmart. Please arrange to deliver our pending material immediately and requesting you to check that why this is happening again and again. This will loose the confidence of your customer.

For future We will advise you please cross check all items quantity with invoice at your end before dispatch of material. If this will happen in future, we will not able to deal with Walmart.

Everything was working perfect, then no one, except Patrick , knew what was going on. . The left hand didn,t know where the right hand was, Except Patrick...I would call and check on my door and they would LIE to me.. I had to call Patrick at home to get a correct answer. Also the big mistake They gave the incorrect measurements to the front door builder, which resulted in an delay of Seven months...which (7) months delay. I repeat seven months delay, Which is (7) months Delay. YES I AM ....PISSED

I tried to buy a $169.00 ride on unicorn for my Grandaughters 4th birthday. You cancelled my order 3 times! Your store (because I dont shop there regularly) is what created Mastercard to put a fraud alert on my cards! Unfortunately they were calling my landline in CT instead of my cell and I live in FL Oct-May. Then I called the help line and Jonathan put it thru on another card and they cancelled it again. It was the worst experience Ive ever had in my 77 years!
