Walmart is the worse. I ordered a tv on 03/01/17 it's a house warming gift I suppose to receive it 03/03-2017. The money was taken out my account no one called me or sent a email and I do t have my product. I called to find out what happen I was rusty told I won't receive It until the 7 th. I asked to speak to a supervisor no one came back to the phone. When I called back I waited 55 min and no one answered... Amy I want to cancel the order but xnt get through to anyone. I will never order from them again poor service....

Why is it that Wal Mart has no problem accepting my money when I buy an item BUT if I want to exchange or return an item......you must stand in a line waiting for the ONE employee working the return desk. You need to have more than one person working at the RETURN DESK...

Omg yes same happened to me with a different product.i went on to the app and seein a 5 piece dining room set with the price of 161 and some change so I ordered it.everything went through with conformation number giving to me and it was sent out..When I received it a week later I only received 2 chairs out of the set and when I called customer service I got nothing but a runaround and all they​ could say was sorry it was an error on their part and there is nothing they can do!. the description was wrong along with price.so I asked them if I could get the rest of the set that I ordered and payed for and they said no because there was an error...How frustrating, disappointing​,a big let down,and untrustworthy they are! Never again

Walmart's Low Prices Translate into Low Quality Service

Two weeks ago I visited the Vision Center at the Walmart on 99th Street in Omaha, NE. Store 1637 I purchased my glasses and chose a frame. I have UV protection, a thin lens, anti reflective lens, scratch resistant coating and no line bifocals. Since I have been purchasing prescription glasses for almost 30 years I always get this bundle. Walmart called me when my glasses were ready for pickup. When I got my glasses there were numbers and circles engraved on my lens. On the left lens, on the bottom left there is a circle and the number 20. On the bottom right of the left lens there is a circle and the number 67. On my right lens, middle left there are two circles and the letter N. On the right side there is a circle and the number 20. I have never purchased glasses where my prescription was engraved on the lenses. I purchased prescription glasses from Walmart two years ago. There are two circles on my lenses but there are no numbers engraved on the actual lens. I went back to Walmart today to express my frustration that I paid for my glasses but did not expect to receive them in this condition. The clerk told me they always come like this. I showed her my previous glasses and she made a mark on the lens to show me where the numbers and circles were. There were two circles and one number. I then showed her the amount that was engraved on my new glasses. I also explained that even though the circles and numbers are on my previous glasses it was not as prominent. And, if it was as prominent I would have noticed it when I picked them up, as I had with these. The clerk was rude and unprofessional. I was told if I don't like it I can get my money back and go someplace else. I asked the clerk in the vision center if they could either process them correctly or give me half my money back. I was told to go someplace else. I paid $468 for a pair of glasses. I have paid as much as $1200 for a pair of glasses so I have to invest in my vision. I have purchased previous prescription glasses from a number of locations--Lenscrafters, Stanton and private locations. I have NEVER received my glasses in this condition. I did not pay to have numbers and circles engraved on the actual lenses. I obviously like the work Walmart does otherwise I would not come back. I have been purchasing progressives lenses for years and have never had an experience like this. I would like either to have my glasses redone or I want half my money back. I have contacted Walmart, both the direct location and the corporate office, a number of times. I have not received a reply nor a compromise regarding this issue

So what did you want Robert to do, wave a magic wand and have your juicer appear in thin air? It does not work that way kid, and it is not that he did not want to help you it is that as a manager he knows what is in the store, because he has a computer printout or some sort of thing that tells him what arrives in the store everyday.

Stop ASSuming things.

If he already knows that he does not have an item in the store, he is not going to waste time of customers because you not him need to be retrained. Next time bring an adult shopping with you so that they can explain this simple concept.
