Walmart only uses one strip of packing tape on each end of the box, and the orange WALMART.COM tape. Most site to store items come on the store truck, but some come UPS or Fed...

Walmart in Poway, California - Canceled Orders at Wal-mart

My Wal-Mart.com orders get cancelled over and over. Support says to wait 30 minutes then try again, then they say wait 1 hour and try again, they blame my bank for the "cannot verify some or all of my payment information" problem. Checked with my bank, transactions are 'pending' and Wal-Mart cancels the transaction not my bank. Even trying to use PayPal does not work. No one can tell me exactly what information cannot be verified during their security check just that it can't pass verification. I've never had any fraud associated with my credit cards or with my account. I was asked to create a new account, that worked for a few orders now they get cancelled again. Never had a disputed order or transaction, and I have perfect credit. Repeated calls to customer support does not seem to get me any information about why this is happening. I'm hoping to find out if anyone else having any similar problems recently? I noticed a few complaints about this a year ago but nothing in 2016. It's very frustrating.

I've had the same issue and am currently caught up in it. I ordered a projection screen and was expected to pick it up on dec 6th of 2016. Never received the email to pick it up. And then I did receive an email, however, the email was claiming I had already picked up the item, when I had never even been to the store at all. And now the store is saying it's on its way and Walmart.com is saying they can't find the item at all in their records. They are insisting that I either receive a refund or have it re-ordered. But the question is...WHERE THE *** IS MY PROJECTOR??

A product I wanted showed online that it was available for pick up at a local Walmart store. It was a little bit further than my usual store but I figured if I could get it that day I’d drive the extra distance so i went ahead and placed the order. When I got there I was informed there must have been an error with the store inventory and it was back ordered. I was only mildly annoyed but found a similar item on their website that had free expedited shipping. It was a little bit more so I called the customer service # to see if I could get a promo code or maybe a 5 dollar discount for my troubles… this is when things took a turn for the worse. After explaining the situation and giving my order #, the customer service representative proceeded to look it up and instead REPLACE THE SAME ORDER! I was baffled at this point and calmly tried to reiterate my wishes, and that reordering a back ordered product put me in the same situation and wasn’t going to do me any good. She then gave me a plethora of excused why Walmart couldn’t give a discount ranging from holiday prices to products not being guaranteed to be in stock (which if I wasn’t told it was available for pick-up/ waisted time and gas to go retrieve I would except as an excuse) but the simple fact is; it was an error on their part that resulted in a poor customer experience. Simply put, I am absolutely baffled they would not do ANYTHING for me, especially when I was willing to order something more expensive from them as an alternative!! I wasn’t asking for the moon and stars or even for them to match the original item price.. just something to appease the situation a little. Pretty disappointing. I went to Home Depot instead

Walmart - So disappointed

I order a bedding in a bag set for my grandsons birthday. I order it in plenty of time to arrive for his big day. It was a Star Wars set. I get the box and in it is a Minnie and Mickey set. Are you kidding me. People can not tell the difference between Star Wars and Mickey Mouse. Then I have to go through the hassle of printing a Fed Ex return label, (should not be my problem). They did not send it right took 3 calls to Walmart.com and 2 to Fed Ex. Everyone was rude except a sweet girl named Ana who fixed my problem in a very courteous manner. Now my grandson is disappointed and I have to wait 5 days for supposedly the right set. I would think they would give me a credit or gift card or something. Never will I ever order anything at Walmart.com again.

Walmart - Wal-Mart Saskatoon, Canada no longer bagging groceries

Went to Wal-Mart Canada on Friday to find that the cashiers are no longer bagging groceries for their customers. I went to the manager and explained that I have a chronic illness and am unable to bag my groceries. If I used up all my energy on bagging groceries I wouldn't be able to put them away at home. I was told " It's up to the discretion of the cashier if they want to bag your items or just tell them that you are disabled". Seriously, I am going to tell a total stranger that I have a disability? No THANKS! It's up to me where I shop and I am taking my business elsewhere.

Walmart - Review in Supermarkets and Malls category

Visited my local neighborhood Walmart at 9:20 pm (no later than 9:30) to pick up an item I purchased online, however the customer service area was closed for the day. Mind you.... my email notification stated I had until 10:00pm to do so. All other Walmart customer service dept closes at 10. I was highly upset! To me just because that area closed the till by all means I should have been able to get my 1 little item (DVD) and go to another register for the item to be noted as picked up. I've worked at Walmart previously and the head cashier in layaway and customer service act like or maybe they can't, sign into any register to take the necessary action. In this day and time of advance technology that's nonsense. Get it together Walmart or train these so called supervisors/managers that are on duty. Oh yeah.... post the correct time for pickup in customer service at the Walmart on Main St in Snellville Ga!
