People with out masks

Had to go inside to get medication because pharmacy would not answer phone. The store was crowded and no one had a mask on. Dirty people and was coughing, not taking any precautions and if Walmart in glasgow, KY. Keeps allowing this myself and many more will not be backing

Unable to claim a gift card

The Walmart gift card I received as email was encripted and could not be scanned at the local store. Walmart resent it with the proper bard code. Hope it works this time at my local store. Thanks

Major Problem with Pick Up

Order# 751721****051 Order# 751821****631 These were orders to be picked up. The first order was missing over half of the items I paid for. On the second order, nothing was full filled, store saying it was cancelled, yet my account was charged, AGAIN. The waiting time it takes to refund my account is not a practical solution when I have no groceries and not money to get any because of unacceptable service. I have a large family with small children, and should not be put in this situation of not having food to feed them. The wait time was excessive, especially when nothing was completed. I spend a lot of money at Walmart and would appreciate a respond to my complaint.

A week ago I saw 2 toys from Toy Story that were priced at a high discount on Walmart.com and the mobile app for 3.5. the toys were only available in store so I went to the store as soon as I could to get them. I drove to the San Antonio Helotes location and I found the item but the price was 32.5 and the Store Manager said that he would not honour the price because according to the mobile app the item was not available at that location. To my dismay, this morning I went to the de Zavala location (item available there according to the app the walmart.com) and found the item. However, the 2 toys were priced at 32.5 and the store manager refused to honor the price. This is unacceptable, if an item is priced at a certain price, I expect Walmart to honour it. Otherwise, the app and walmart.com become useless. Besides, you are not meeting the price match policy... We are trying to return the new printer that we purchased. Its the wrong printer and not compatible with our system. Ive called customer service for refund but he said if the third party doesnt contact us in 48 hours which it has been over a week now that you guys can give us the refund. Im sending this email for a
Couple reasons Im going to start with the good news and that is my issue has already been resolved by Walmart that was kind enough to resend the items that the girl from door dash oblivious delivery to the wrong apt. Im the resident manager here I work and live here Im home or in the building at all times
I was home when I got the text that my package was at my door I immediately went to get it and it was not there I messaged the girl back and told her it was not at my door we went back and forth until I got a message saying I could no longer communicate with her and was sent a link to door dash so I can take it up with them I have screenshots of the entire conversation as well as a picture I took outside my door showing the package was not there I tried to send it to her but the message kept failing
There are 136 apt here she could not tell me what door she left it at.
I was not wasting my time doing her job as I was doing mine at the time.

I dont need to be tracking down a package that was delivered to the wrong place or having to take time away from my work to make phone calls to get it resolved. I had an issue with my delivery the last order that was delivered through door dash but I was able to leave my apt and wait in the lobby for they guy to come down he took my packages to the 3rd floor and left them at the wrong apt that time I took care of it but this time not being able to go find this person to get my stuff was frustrating my problem is not with Walmart as Ive never had an issue and I was quickly calmed down by the costumer support lady I spoke with she was great and made sure the items will be resent my problem is with door dash I would rather wait a day or two longer then to have to deal with them again
