I had a delivery scheduled on August 27. It was not delivered. My account shows it is delayed. I called almost everyday and reps keep giving me an assurance that refund will be given. I wait and I call after a few days because confirmation email was never received. Then customer reps tell me refund is unsuccessful. I need my money back if I can't have my orders. It has been more than 2 weeks. As this was a store delivery from 676* 103rd St., Jacksonville, FL 32210, I called the store. No one ever answers. I feel that this store deliberately does not answer calls. Walmart need to improve customer service.

Received wrong merchandise

Reference my order 954821****968 which contained several items, one item the 12 inch long razor scraper, I received 4 metal straws and a brush. I wrote email to Shipp, they are not accepting emails it got rejected. I want a refund 14.62 to my credit card ending in 8331. Email me a prepaid label and I will send this back to you. I am a good customer and expect you to respond in a timely manner so I dont have to repeat this. Thank you Joseph F Cerminaro

Caution Others About Ordering From Walmart Online

I ordered a folding table with free shipping and received a child's wooden climbing wall. I requested a return shipping label and a refund 4 times via chat and phone calls, was promised the return label and refund each time within a day, and received nothing from them. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau, who submitted my complaint to them, and Walmart never responded. They are indifferent and clearly get away with it. Not sure what to do next, but I need to get the large heavy box out of my house, so in the next day or so will donate it. This has been the worst online shopping experience. New way to unload stock that's not selling - ship it to customers instead of their order and refuse to pick it up.

I have used this thing maybe 4 times to pump up mower tires, wheelburrow tires. After every use I recharged it. About 1 month ago the blue light stayed on, then it started up by itself, I can hear the motor running. Each and every time I turn it off and within 3 minutes it starts again. Im afraid it could start a fire.

Almost injured by customer

A tall young man with brown to black hair and black shirt rode down the same aisle almost injuring me. I told him to get off the bicycle, then I saw him running back up the same aisle through Section H. This occurred between 10:20 PM and 10:25 PM. The customer service desk called the on duty manager. She radioed the information to other employees. When I was at the self-checkout, the same tall young man was also there with his group. I asked surrounding employees to retrieve the manager. No employee did anything. I left my groceries for the customer service desk, again. A different customer service rep at the counter, pointed to his manager. She was dropping boxes on her way towards customer service. Half way to my car a girl in a white pick-up curses me. I call the police with incident number 2021-07****.

I am sure that the person cussing at you was an adult rather than a girl. If not I wonder what they are doing out that last.

If they are an adult, then stop calling them a girl, especially when you are the one acting like a small kid. Leaving your groceries because they did not cater to you right away was immature.

Delivery problem

On my account, I list my post office box as the delivery address. Packages were delivered to 615 Indian Wells Circle- where our home is in the process of being built. The postal carrier delivered to a neighbor ALWAYS DELIVER TO THIS ADDRESS: P O Box 1863 Lexington, NC 27293

2 day delivery never happens

This is false advertising.. I ordered a present for a B Day it said 2-day delivery then got a delay 1 day later.. A real scam now gift will be late, I see lots of people get delayed. Maybe a lawsuit would fix this.. Amazon is still much better, I should have known not to trust Walmart.. Not one person gets their stuff in 2 days from Walmart.

Once the item is. shipped it is out of the control of the stores.

Shipping companies are running behind. Best to plan ahead. Be cautious and order holiday gifts well in advance. I shipped a package through USPS using 2 day delivery.

It took them 2-/12 weeks to deliver the package.

It sat in St. Paul, MN for 2 weeks.
