Went to have 2 keys made at the tire center,well pronto,blanks were in the key machine,when done,next in line at a rather busy checkout,had to stand there& listen to the attendant,tell another customer how well her new I phone watch worked,personal things should not b allowed at a work place,& then she was very rude to me & a service tech that was up there that told her we were waiting to pay,as she carried on!!!

I got home and laundry soap and another thing missing. I went back asked custo.er service if anyone returned a bag with these items. They r nasty and acted like im a criminal. I shop in thia store about 3+ a day. Customer service are Always rude and nasty and tgese 3 women are awedul. Rolling eyes nothing they can do for me. Thanks for the nice attitudes. Ill find a bew store. Always rude they need to get a personality! Very disappointed. I spend alot of $ there think they would be more appreciative.

I would go into the gross lack of customer service and attitude of employees, but I think others have said it all multiple times and ways. Twice I have had to wait a significant amount of time for a “CSR” or member of legal age (to buy beer) because they are grossly understaffed particularly during peak hours. It’s pathetic that I have to plan my shopping trip around their inadequacies. Obviously management doesn't care about the customer or the employees, regardless of the commercials. Good thing they are the least expensive for general goods or they would be out of business. However I hate going in there anymore and will be doing more shopping at other stores, even if more expensive. Turning into Kmart trailer trash. Good now that I have gotten this off my chest, I can get back to the better things in life.

Walmart in Union City, New Jersey - Customer Service

I visited Walmart located in North Bergen, NJ tonight at approx. 10:00pm to pick up a few things. I had a six bypass open heart surgery last year and my legs were operated as well so I normally go to the electronics area to pay because I cannot stand for too long. Well after waiting for over 25 minutes in the electronics area, the associate said she could not take the bananas I had in the cart because she did not have a scale because the store is in the process of renovations in different areas. Then when I went to pay, she told me she couldn't take my EBT card because that area was not set up for cards. At this point, I am in so much pain from waiting for so long, I asked to see a Manager. I went to the front and explained to him about the situation in the back and he said he would take care of my items with a sales associate. The associate scanned my items and one of the items was a can of Keebler crackers which he did not place but instead dropped from the top of the bag and they made a big bang. I ignored it until he took my bundle of bananas and did the same thing. There was no need for this associate to throw the items the way he did and so I told him to please discontinue this practice with the food items. The same manager asked what had happened and both of them apologized. I feel the associate was upset that he had to open the register and take my order because I have never had my food items handled in such a disrespectful manner. When I got home the bananas were very bruised and the can of crackers were all crushed at the bottom, making them uneatable. I was so upset that I threw both items away in the garbage. It is unfortunate that this happened because I visit this Walmart at least 5 times a week. I feel like I was disrespected and not treated like a customer should be treated and most of all I feel discriminated because of my disabilities. It saddens me because I think I am going to look elsewhere to do my shopping. I enjoy each and every visit I make to Walmart because of the convenience it provides.

I odered a mattress on August 31,2016 ,my grandson is away atcollege and sleeping on the floor , he haven't recieved the mattress yet,its now September 9,2016 ,the mattress somehow got lost, in walmart warehouse and nevergotto FedEx. I called walmart at least 10 times ,associates nor so callmanegers could tell me what happened to the mattress, i recieved emails telling that the delivery date was September 9,2016 never got it , walmart was blaming FedEx and when i called Fedex i was told walmart made the label but never send it to FedEx, they really need to pay people moremany they will stop screwing up orders , i really feel them help their job its just a little paycheck , some of the customer service sucks its a shame as much money is generated in that company the employee are treated like *** and customers

The Neighborhood Walmart near my home in Sacramento constantly treats my son who is a minor as if he's a shoplifter or something! I raised my children to not steal, lie, or be disrespectful and he's a wonderful son. He has never been in any trouble. But this Walmart had THREE associates follow my son today while he was shopping for soda- he was carrying $5 and had no intention to steal. This is one incident of several. My child dresses well for a teen, he is clearly well taken care of and doesn't complain when the self checkout registers short him his change. Why my son? I'm a former Walmart employee who left in good standing- but I am really not happy there are no other stores walking distance from my home. Mother Bear

Walmart in Arlington, Texas - Customer complaint via telephone

On 9/9/2016, I was at the doctor in Arlington, TX. He sent a prescription for my 4 year old sick child, to Walmart, Superstore in Arlington, TX. I called the store 817-274-1040 about 18 times, just to check if my daughter's medication was ready to be collected. Someone times someone would answer the phone and put it down (where I can hear the activity in the background going on other times, someone would pick and not say anything), I was not connected to the pharmacy, I had to drive there to get my medication. This is not good for such poor customer service. Not good at all.
