Ethical dissatisfaction

I bought an item that was on clearance. I pointed it out to the cashier but noticed on my way home that she rant it up at full price. I paid for my purchase with cash. When I returned, they would not give me the difference back in cash, only a gift card, even though I had just paid in cash. I said I would just return it then for the cash, which they did. Then I said I wanted to buy it back with cash. They would not sell it back to me and stated "it had to go through the system"????. Wow!

Cell phone cover

I have a Samsung S8 cell phone, needed a cover, store clerk said have to order on line. I did threw walmart 3rd party. Very poor quality, hard to read threw front and very clumsy. For a return, my paper said take by the wayit to any walmart, I did , first time their computer was down. Second time girl couldn't and manager wasn't available . 3rd time they said get a hold of the 3rd party you ordered it from I did still didn't get any where. Thanks for contacting me

The Seller would not respond to multiple emails after they asked, and I told them the reason that I wanted to return the product. I eventually called Walmart Customer Service and they also tried to reach the Seller for over 15 minutes but received no response. Walmart eventually offered to refund me the cost of the item. I was pleasantly surprised, but still annoyed with the Seller for avoiding me, the Customer. I will definitely not be recommending the Seller Escalade Sports to anyone. not be

Fed ex shipping

This is the second time I have tried to order walmart gift cards online. You cannot track the order and get accurate information. All you get is that it is delayed. You never know when it is coming. Do not go by the date Walmart gives you because this is not going to happen. I was suppose to get this one on Friday. It is now Sunday and tracking shows no delivery date available

I placed a order with Vida XL and returned it . It was not as described in description. And I have not revived anything. I am out of 170.00 Sad and a month later Nothing. They still havent even tried to help me. They will not even email a phone no for contact support!!!!

I purchased a Fisher-Price Jumperoo Play Seat and the local Walmart store would not match the Walmart.com price which was $ 5.00 cheaper than the store price. They told me I had to order it online and do a pickup in store order.

And I put a 2 year warranty on it they told me to avoo. Which is the brand of the computer. I did not order the computer from avoo. I ordered it from Walmart and Walmart is now saying I only had a 1 year warranty thats not correct.

Retail stores are in the middle of the transaction. When you purchase a product with a warranty it is the manufacturer that is responsible for the warranty, not the retail store.

The manufacturer may have had a one year warranty and you may have purchased a service plan that covers the second year of ownership. If you had a problem in the first year, you would need to contact the manufacturer for service, not Walmart or the provider of the service plan that starts when the manufacturer warranty expires.

Well,I have gotten no results.Walmart referred to their Handy Service.Handy said the check went to my bank in June.I contacted my bank twice,nothing went in there,so I am still very disgusted.

I bought a computer chair plus the assembly for it from Walmart.The service(Handy)cancelled on me twice.The third time they tried to say I cancelled.I called and let them know I did not cancel.Their excuse was they could not find anyone to come out.I don't care who pays me but I want my 49.00.
