Will never shop Walmart again

I accidentally ordered the incorrect item for my daughter's school project, immediately realized and tried to cancel the order, but since it was farmed out to a 3rd party, they said it had already gone to shipping. (although it was on a Sunday which is impossible) I immediately called customer service who said they would put in a request to cancel the order to the 3rd party which never happened. After receiving the unwanted item, I tried to return and Walmart directed me to the 3rd party, who told me I would have to pay a re-stocking fee along with ship its back myself! This is the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! I went back and forth between WalMart and third party, dozen times, each of them saying it was the other one's responsibility. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT SHOP WALMART ONLINE, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT LET YOU CANCEL OR MAKE RETURNS.

OPENLY RACIST PRACTICES AT BOARDWALK WALMART BY RANDY

I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS RACIST ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. I am a nurse who lives int he area and often shopped at this location until I witnessed a manager "RANDY" verbally attack, humiliate and abuse a blind patron in front of her kids. She was standing all the way out of the Walmart store area with a bag full of items she had just purchased for her kids and a small sign indicating that she needed help and God Bless you silently. While "RANDY" ignored a loud, rude and obviously drunk Caucasian male panhandler her walked over to this silent disabled mom, screamed in her face, backed her out into a sewage gutter where she could have been hit by traffic and continued to insult her and then called the police on A BLIND WOMAN. Disgusting and racists. We filmed the Caucasian panhandler standing right in the parking lot, video taped RANDY during his rant at this innocent patron who had just spent money in the store, called adult protective services as well as the city. Of all people who should be allowed to ask for help when they need it, it should be a person who cannot see and has other disabilities and cannot work. We followed the cop when he made sure the blind woman and got to her kids and gave them candy and apologized to the lady for what the manager put her through, we called the city and they indicated nobody would know the survey of that property without sight and without viewing the maps which were out of date so the manager abused this innocent person who thought she was standing silently on a city sidewalk handing out small roses for donations to stay off welfare and out of shelters with her kids and provide for them as best she can. I WILL SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE, I SUGGEST YOU CALL 1800WALMART AND SPEND ELSEWHERE TOO. I asked my church to help find her a lawyer and sue-this company should apply it's "unposted" rules with people of all colors not just the disabled, blind or our black citizens! Racism at it's worst!!!!

Walmart in Seminole, Oklahoma - No dressing inside

I have tried several of the salads and enjoyed them - but last night I choose the Southwest one at Walmart - got home to prepare and no dressing inside the package !! That was my whole reason for getting this one because my friend loves Chipotle Ranchdressing -and didn't have time to drive back to Walmart to exchange and I had already poured the salad into bowl - making it a little hard to fill bag back up with all of it. I will buy them again but always check your package to make sure dressing in there !

I bought myself a new IBuyPower PC from their store, it went over the delivery date and I found out they didn't even ship it after calling them! What's the points of a delivery date and a track number if your never going to ship it in the first place! I am not waiting another 10 days for a PC that was suppose to come earlier in the first place!

I wanted a specific bike I'd seen at my local wm for 4th of July weekend. I'd already gone to there and another wm with no luck. i continued my search online bc i wanted to assure myself that the bike i wanted was in stock and nobody bought it before i got there, so I ordered at 3pm on 06/30 from another wm parking lot where it said it was IN STOCK for SAME DAY pick-up no later than 6pm at store #1844. Needless to say I NEVER got my pick-up email. Have them until 8pm, called, nobody even knew what I was talking about. Talked to at least 3 different ppl, they said they can't find the bike in the store, they'd look in the warehouse, to call back at 10am. I gave them until 12pm and AGAIN nobody knows what I'm talking about, so we start over. They end up having me call site-to-store who tells me to call wm bc the computer says they're taking it off the shelf as we speak. I gave up at that point, and eventually got an email notifying me that my pick-up items are delayed. No ***?! I get an email on 07/02 saying it's been shipped and will arrive between 07/06-13. That is after 4th of July! I ended up driving to yet another store and finally after all of the hassle i BOUGHT this bike in person. I called site-to-store to request a refund and they told me that my quickest refund option was to wait until the bike arrived and call to refuse it. I finally got an email at the end of the day on the 13th notifying me that I can pick up the bike that I ordered for same day pick-up two weeks prior, so i called to refuse it but the first two times nobody even answered, and the third time i was put on hold  and transferred back and forth from customer service to hold and asked how I could be helped about 6 times in ten minutes before I said "SHOULD I JUST CALL BACK LATER????" Well, i didn't have the time later as I have a family to take care of, so I called back today, bright and early, to assure myself that they weren't too busy to give me some decent customer service and whattya know, NOBODY ANSWERS TWICE. I didn't bother calling a third time . Now I suppose that on top of waiting for a refund and dealing with *** customer service, that i am expected to fill my gas tank to drive all the way to store #1844 and get my money back in person, at that point LOSING money bc of this huge inconvenience. This is just ridiculous.

I purchased a $453.00 HP computer from walmart for school in Las Vegas NV and from day one it did not work properly so I contacted both HP support and the walmart store located at 201 north Nellis BLVD Las Vegas NV 89110 where I purchased this HP product. Neither of whom was of any help in helpping me resolve this defective product then nor to date 7 months later. In fact HP support was a little helpful in letting me Know about Walmarts shifty third party practices and limited extended warranties that if I had known about prior to my purchase I would not have stepped foot in their store and definitely would not have purchased anything more technical than a roll of toilet paper.

Went to Walmart and got in line to check out. They was one line open and the lines was all way back to jewelry. I was to speak to the manager the lady didn't go get her. So, I call her on the phone and told her if something don't happen I was taking picture of it and making it go viral. Next thing we know 7 register open. I don't blame the worker but that is *** Why does it take someone have to show their butt to get something done.
