Ordered a refurb HP through walmart... hard drive failed first 5 minutes. They told me I could get an overnight exchange system... fedex ground came to pickup bad unit, no new system. Called joy and they told me they had to build and test a unit! They sold 1.5M units...my foot! Still waiting...6 days since old unit taken...should have just returned to walmart...so should everyone else. Tech support is lost there!

I wanted to return something back to Walmart and they said I need to contact the Tasharina Corp. The link to them through the Walmart website does not function. I guess I'm stuck with their product. Do not purchase item on the Walmart site that uses Tasharina Corp....

Disturbed and Aggressive Walmart Employee

7/20/16 Wed - I left Walmart at 13:14:44 - this happened maybe 20 minutes before. I was carefully going past one of the very tall metal carts. When I was part of the way past it, a Walmart employee had gone around the cart on the inside - sneaky and out of view, then deliberately dragged that wall of metal against my cart until she couldn't any longer, making a tremendous racket - it was total aggression. Today, 7/28/16, checkout time 08:29:24, 2 Walmart managers were standing in the store. I told the female what happened last week. She asked me where it happened, no apology, no I'll check into this, never normal responses or normal behavior. The male manager, short with brown hair, kept his back to me the whole time, but before I could take one step away, he turned to the other manager and asked what I was saying.... he must have been in a trance - he was standing right there. No one has more surveillance equipment than Wal-mart. If I had done what that fool did, I would be banned from Walmart. She needs to be fired. Or kept in the back. Or medicated. SOMETHING should be done.

It is entirely up to Walmart what to do regarding complaints they receive regarding their employees as with any other business.

Yes im complaining about a air bed i recently puchased from WalMart and took out the protection plan for 2 yrs. just 2 b turned down now i sent them a copy of my rceipt twice and they told me that they dont honor a mattress thats seping air but i wasnt told that when i purchased the item in wich i think i was overcharged for it in the beginning now the mattress is the queen size dura beam mattress series i was charged $74 for it but 2day i c the same mattress going for about $48now thats sound more like the reason they dont cover it now i sent them the receipt twice. And now they tell me that my mattress is not coverd i really wish some1 look into this matter bcause im not trying 2 thow some aquesations at them ijust want what coverd rightfully minds just cover what i paid u for.

Walmart - Review in Supermarkets and Malls category from West Chester Township, Ohio

Tried to buy a tv on walmart.com. used paypal, immediately got an email from Walmart saying that they cancelled my order because they couldnt verify payment with paypal.so I tried again and I got another email from Walmart saying that they cancelled my order so then I called paypal. They then told me it was a walmart problem and transfered me to walmart. The guy apologized and told me that it was going to take 40 minutes to fix the problem on their side and that I should try again in 40 minutes from the same computer. I was getting off work in 5 minutes so I ended up having to stay at work an additional half hour just so I can order this TV. so I order the TV that was supposed to be ready for pick up that day. the order goes through and then they sent me an email saying it could take 48 hours to verify my payment .. I'm so pissed I wanted to pick up that TV today and you're right they need to put something that has these exemptions in before you buy a product pick up same day. its not same day. its just sitting there on the *** shelf at the store. Now its the next day. It said it would be ready by 9am. Its still processing. Thats funny because the money was taken from my paypal as complete. So why cant i have my *** tv. Im so upset. Nobody at walmart customer service would help me. So im out $650 until they decide i can have my *** tv i paid for. Walmart lost my long time business for sure. Im almost to the point of canceling my order and buying else where.

No a Walmart.com service person did not help me. Oh yeah did I mention I got a different model TV then the one on the website.

After spending days getting it. I received a older model. And when i called, they told me that is what they give when they don't have the one on the site. It's not the same TV.

It's actually a cheaper version. They wouldn't and couldn't find the TV I actually ordered..the TV that on my receipt says a different model than I received... they wouldn't help!!!

They said if u don't like it, return it. So in other words, They put a more expensive model online to get u to buy it, then give u a piece of ***..

Walmart in Jackson, Michigan - Very poor communications

Ordered a pool from a Walmart website, Very tiny letters stating that it would be sent by VM Innovations. Delivered between 7-19-21st-16. Did not get it until 7-25-16. Box all mangled and left on my porch. In the mean time Walmart had and a 14$ price drop, and I emailed Walmart still thinking that's who I ordered this from, and got nothing. Now even a return email. Finally got in touch with this co. and now it's costing me 25$ to send the dang thing back, The man I talked to was the rudest customer service person I have ever talked to. No price drop no nothing on the shipping. Do not order anything from this co. watch the websites you order from and make sure they are the same ones you are odering from and shipping your items.
