Went to Walmart on Clifford St. in Fort Worth Texas on 11/28/20 approximately 10:00 AM. First there was not any cleaning / sanitizing equipment in basket area outside front door or anyone cleaning baskets. When ready to checkout only 2 lines with cashier open 6 to 8 people in each line. Went to self checkout had a line with 5 people / baskets full waited 10 minutes for checkout stand. As checking out an item was rejected was told by the only lady working all the checkout stations I would have to pay for items already rung up and then rung up rejected item. Asked to speak to a manager, after 7 minutes and no manager said forget it and left. Amazon prime just got a whole lot more business. So if your bored with nothing to do go fill up a basket at Walmart, push it to the front, tell someone they need to get management to restock items since they dont care to manage their store or provide any customer service.

Jahaziel you are correct. How foolish of me to expect a store that wants my business/ money to have enough staff to check out it’s customer’s.

With 40 plus people waiting to checkout I just mistakenly thought the manager might do their job and open a few more checkout lines.

So rest assured since it sounds like your in mismanagement I probably won’t be coming to your store and expecting customer service. Will keep my childish non mature self at home and order from Amazon or shop local small businesses.

Self cashing

Today at Cielo Vista Walmart store (yes, that one in El Paso, Texas). Not a single cashier was on duty! I was forced to self register, pack, and sack contents of a full cart. Should I have tossed my shopping cart in one of the alleys and gone to another store? I am not trained as a cashier and I don't think that this is my duty. There was not even enough space to handle my purchase.

It's literally putting things into a bag. There is no training in retail that shows you how to bag. You just use a little common sense and less laziness and then you can bag your stuff all by yourself when you shop there again.

I purchase my phone Samsung Galaxy A70 A705 February 12, 2020. Phone came in box that was NOT sealed.

Phone had phone cover on screen protector on it. I inserted T-Mobil sim card and start use a phone. End of March the phone run updates and got hot I turned phone off. Turn on again and then see purple spot at the bottom of the screen.

The purple stain is expended in 24 hrs and covered the entire screen that I was not even able to back up data. I call to Samsung, and they asked me to sheep the phone to them. After Samsung receive the phone and did investigation they told me that the phone is international and do not have USA warranty. But, they also told me that I bought and used the phone in Russia July 14, 2019, which make me think that this phone is refurbished, because I bought the Phone Samsung Galaxy A70 A705M in the USA on February 15, 2020 from Wallmart.com in the USA.

The phone had been shipped to my USA address and received . So it is impossible that new phone had been used in Russia in July 2019 nether than July 2020. If phone had been refurbished then Walmart.com should display it on first page of the phone description.

I'm customer of walmart store for so many years, and I feel so bad now that this issue make me cry.

I think you also would be disappointed it you phone gone in a month after your purchase. And I personally could not afford to pay 350$ every 3 month for refurbished phone.

Unfortunately I'm agy lady and could not contact anyone earlier because of COVID-19and also all response from companies was delayed which make this case even worth.

Please HELP.

how is Walmart ever to compete with Amazon Fresh when they charge a minimum of $7.95 on a minimum $35 order? As long as you're a prime member with Amazon, you get free delivery over $35.00 as long as you choose the right time slots. While Walmart may have items that Amazon doesn't, it's just not worth the price of the delivery and tip on top of it. I ended up paying $13.00 additional on a $35 order. Crazy me.

I can see why Walmart is failing so miserably. Your customer service is the worst on the planet. First, it is next to impossible to get through. The number of screens is absolutely ridiculous. When I call Amazon - I get a real person ready to help me in seconds. Your personnel at the stores are even worse. I called two separate stores in Orlando. When they answered the phone, which was after many, many rings, I was put on hold - and never answered. I had to call back. Here is what I wanted to do. My husband and I have participated in the Good Samaritan program every year for the last four Christmases. We pay off someone's Christmas layaway of toys for a minimum of $300 to a maximum of $500. We love to help anonymously. I attempted to find out if I could do this over the phone because we are high risk and cannot visit a store. Since I couldn't get an answer at the store, I tried your main number. It was an abysmal failure. I could even talk to a human being. I finally after three separate calls got the answer that it is not possible to do this over the phone. Why wouldn't it be? Why couldn't we do exactly the same thing over the phone as we do in person? Why wouldn't you make some accommodation for the present crisis, particularly, since this period of crisis is exactly when someone could use the help. Shame on you. I don't shop at Walmart in general and now I never will. What an absolute mess!

Placed and order on Walmart.com for 3 items, they were out of stock of 1 item(so they canceled it) and 1 item was a pickup at the store... I didn't know the store was 30 miles away... so I cancelled that item- all in the same day mind you, then a couple of days later the 3rd item shipped. At this point I've been charged for all 3 items but I'm only purchasing the 1. 4 calls to customer service and 6 days later it's still not sorted out, but they are telling me they refunded me. I'm so aggravated.
