Walmart in Pahrump, Nevada - Assistant managers shouldn't lie

I went into Walmart, Pahrump, three weeks ago. Assistant manager Heather took my order for two bookcases. She said they would be in the store in three to five days. As I called into Walmart she said they had been ordered but not arrived. Today she said the bookcases were not available. She did not call, I had to go in and ask someone else who then asked her. I went home and ordered the bookcases online, they arrive at the store on Dec 22nd...cutting it fine. So, she lied...not a good thing. I noticed today that there were two black bookcases on the shelves which were not there before. Curious. Did she order the wrong thing? Not a good trait for a manager. If you lie about something like this you are not trustworthy!

Walmart in Louisburg, North Carolina - Pioneer women pumpkin cheesecake recipe

I was reviewing this recipe to bake for Thanksgiving, while reading the direction on how to press the crust I was shocked to read " with your very white hand press the crust". Now this could have been a typo, I hope, since Walmart features her products and there are many non white employees that work for Walmart, and I am black and usually watch her show, I found it offensive. I did post on her facebook, haven't seen a response.

I am very upset . I have bought 7 pairs of your designer readers and everyone of them have broken, not from misuse but from substandard and mass productions of these items, probably manufacturerd out side of our county, the USA. I'm sorry but I pay good money for these products and would appreciate you respecting that and offer quality products.

Walmart took my money out of my account $429. , sent me a confirmation saying when my order would arrive and it never did. I still have an extra couple days even though Walmart said if it was delayed they would email. And come to find out my order was never shipped and instead of them resolving it they tryed to have me call their third party vender (who I didn't pay since I paid Walmart). I was transferred and bounced around to 4 people for over an hour and then hung up on with a supervisor after she said she couldn't help. This is the worst company, I will be taking legal action if this is not resolved by tomorrow

I will never use Walmart.com ship to store again. Purchased two tablets on line used the ship to store option,it stated "item can be picked up in 1hr" as soon as I paid it changed to pick 1 up in 1-2days and second one in 7 days WTF! To make matters worse after I received an email and a text stating my first tablet was ready to be picked up I went to the store (20min drive) only to find out my package wasn't ready! Next day I receive a repeat text say item is ready to be picked up , so again I return to the store only to be told that " store to site closes at 9:00pm "even though my text and email both state they close at 10pm, after arguing with a clerk& a manager and showing both my email and text the manager reluctantly goes to rear and returns with my item ( it took her all of 3 mins) this was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had needless to say I will stick with Amazon never use Walmart online again !

You would think after the first time, you'd check the labels before purchasing. But sure, let's blame Wal-Mart. If they don't bother reading their own stock, why should you?

Walmart in Dallas, Texas - Cyber Monday online purchase

Worst customer service from electronic express. They send a damaged tv and cannot replace the tv only refund. They should be able to replace because I got it on a sale price or promotion. This is an outright scam and bad representation. Order Number: 6051516175650 I cannot get issue escalated, Manger not available, get the run around from Walmart customer service and electronic express customer service. Holding on for 30 minutes average each time 'm getting transferred. I'm extremely disappointed by the level of customer service. I would like for someone to get back to me immediately.

Walmart in Groveton, New Hampshire - 2015 Black Friday Online Shopping

Frustrated that Walmart's web site did not have the Samsung Galaxy S5 on special price for my area in north NH. Could have purchased the one that would work in the west (Nevada) but didn't because it said it wouldn't work in area code 03584. There was no sale price/price reduction for the 902L as it had the stores full price. Wife contacted Walmart and they did nothing. Unfair and discrimination as the stores sold the phone for the black friday deal. Not happy about it. Had got up at 3am eastern time and spent several hours online for nothing. Web site even stopped working at first as it was overloaded. Walmart should honor the black Friday deal as we had to pay full price for their mistake.
