This guy is speaking the truth!!! I have had the same type of experience at Walmart in Houston. The Hwy 6 at Westpark location has employees that make fun of customers - ask personal questions and not do their jobs. On a positive note their are a handful of amazing employees at this location such as "Hope" and a few of the customer service team.

Over the past year. Everytime I Shop Walmart at 4200 SE 82nd Ave., Portland OR. (Aka Eastport Plaza Walmart) Heres what happens.. Some Corrupt Employees who notice what I bought last time, take ALL of that product off the shelf, they leave 1 item sometimes, that has been stomped and the package looks like it too. When I ask for help, the manager is paged, but I have waited over an hour for Him, he never shows up. Its sadbecause a ethically challenged manager, janiter, and stockroom emploee thinks its funny as *** to harass customers, so they dont shop there anymore. Im done.

The 75 percent off is on christmas decorations, christmas wrapping paper. Not for storage boxes or hallmark items.

Did Not Get order from Walmart.ca on line shopping.

On 11/27/2015 I ordered a Weslo cardiostride 3.0 treadmill. I had gone to the post office to get a prepaid cc that day. So I tried to order the treadmill on line. The order wouldn't go thru so I phoned in the order. I waited for the confirmation to come into my email, nothing. So I phoned customer service. The said my order did not exist. But on the 11/27/2015 they took $113.79 payment from my cc. They told me that I had to reorder and pay again. I told customer service they all ready took my money just send the treadmill. I was then told the order could not be filled if I didn't pay for it. I was told several times to reorder and pay again. I finally got hold of the cc company they sent me forms to fill out so they could get my money back. Since I ordered the treadmill I have been told several time buy customer service at Walmart there is nothing they can do about an order they hadn't received. I asked how could they loose an order but still have my cc number. I was told that they had my cc number since 2013. Which to me was not true because I had just purchased it from the post office on the 11/27/2015. All Walmart customer service can say to me is they didn't receive my order and there is nothing they can do about it. They won't send the treadmill, but they took my money. I am 72 years old and live on a limited pension. Walmart steals from old ladies, and tells you there is nothing they can do. I will never shop on line Walmart.ca again. I do tell all my friends about this experience and tell them not to order. I have ordered from Texas and got the order thru customs with no problem, They accepted a postal money order, but I can't get an order from Walmart in Ontario Canada. I live in BC, Canada.

Walmart Online Order Review from Montgomery, Texas

Walmart.com has changed my pick up date at the last minute several times and I am far beyond pissed. I chose the "pick up today" option and at the very last second changed the pick up date to later in the week. Now I am a person that this is almost the only way I can get the items I need. If I had to rely on Walmart.com in a life or death situation, I would be dead, have had my funeral, and been buried quite some time before I got my items. When a person selects the "pick up today" option, they don't need to change it. This is called neglect my friends. On top of the fact that these people put their selfish *** in front of a customer, while on the job mind you, I was lied to. "Oh call the store and see if they will move up the pick up date". Let me tell you something, THEY DONT HAVE THAT AUTHORITY!!!!!! This is YOUR job to fix YOUR screw up. If this doesn't get fixed quick like, I will not only send beyond horrible reviews one after another, but also report you to BBB.

Walmart in Lakewood, Washington - Double charged

I'm from Tacoma Wa and I'm a very pissed off customer I will never shop at walmart especially the one Lakewood Washington . I was in there on Jan 6th went shopping come to pay my things I noticed when I swiped my card it was taking a few seconds for it to go through well supposedly it didn't so I asked the checker who clearly wasn't paying to much attention do I need to swip again and she was like yes. And the second time I swiped it went through. Upon leaving and going to pick up lunch I was kindly told sorry you're card Decline and like wtf how, check my account and Walmart double charged me putting me in overdrawn with my bank. So I called it in with my bank and it takes 10 days and they you should go into the store you may get it back faster . We'll it's Jan 11th and I don't have my money I guess my print out from my bank mobile app isn't good enough this straight BS I want my money back .. I know have reported this as fraud to my bank

I know it stinks, but the cashier "not paying attention" has nothing to do with this. If the card shows it wasn't accepted on your side, it shows the same thing on their side.

It's not like the cashier got a prompt saying "charge card again? Enter for yes, total for no".

Technology is not perfect and sometimes things go wrong. This time it happened to you at Walmart, but it could have been anywhere.

Walmart in Ramona, California - Paint Department in Poway

I bought and had mixed one gallon of Color Place by the manager of the department with no problem. He also noted the formula he had used on the lid with the color. Unfortunately he only works Monday-Friday until 3pm. I arrived on Friday after 3pm. Problems: No one in that department. After 15 mins. I went to get the store manager. Discovered that one person was working in two departments at the same time and had forgotten about the paint department completely. She had been called when I arrived. Eventually someone came along but could not give me a definite on the color match. Another customer started to engage the sales person and she was about to walk off. By this time I was fuming. Then the Support Manager came along and another new person mulled over the problem but could not work out the formula. They must have called someone in because another person showed up and mentioned that there was another computer for formulating paint colors but he could not get the formula either. I was told to come back on Monday between 7am and 3pm for this indispensible person to mix my paint. I then went to get their primer. They had only two. One was $19.95 and had old paint spilling over the sides with pieces of brown paper. No discount on this. The two more reasonable prices were out of stock. I left with nothing from that department. On Monday I returned to the store and asked if Mr. Indispensible was there and was told yes, but he never showed. and I had gone to pick up some other items or I would have insisted on talking to him. I left my boyfriend waiting for the paint.The person who was supposed to help me on Friday and had not been able to do so told me that she was going to mix the paint. She then told my boyfriend that they were out of the base paint. Disgusting, Disgusting, Disgusting. I am soooo aggravated.

Walmart in Chicago, Illinois - I have to wait 3 or 7 days to put a credit bank on my debit card.

I tried to order HP 61 tricolor XL and two HP 61 black XL in Skokie. "they" did not have the tricolor, but had the black. I did not believe them so I went up to store and found the black ink, but not the tricolor, which that amount was canceled of $39.57 by Walmart.com. I tried to get my refund of $74.73 over the telephone and they said I had to come into the store, or wait for the days to expire. I want my money and should get it. I do not drive and, I think, it is only 0 degrees outside. 1/14/16 my money will be back on my debit card.
