I ordered 2- $100.00gift cards online from Walmart and had them shipped to my son in Mississippi. They never got there so I called customer service at Walmart.com and told them they said they would let me know within 24 hours. I never received email so I called again, then they said oh no it's going to be 3-5 days. I then said can't you cancel it and let them pick up from store they said no it was to long in the process. I asked to talk to supervisor and got a floor supervisor Michelle in the Tampa office which told me very sarcastically they can't do that and told me to "have a Merry Christmas ". I was so upset I wrote an email to WALMARTS president. This morning I had and email saying they refunded my gift cards and it would take up to 2 billing cycles to show up. I don't have the money to buy 2 more. Walmart ruined my grandkids Christmas!!

Why have layaway that you have to get out by the 14th. I know about you but I thought the object of layaway was to hide stuff from the kids until it's time to put it out. At least one or two days before Christmas. Walmart in Fort Myers Florida

Walmart Grocery Pickup Review from Detroit, Michigan

I went to walmart on Friday December 11, to pick up a site to store package worse experience in any store I've ever had. First off there was one person working the site to store pick up and the customer service desk. There was one guy going from the front of the store to the back of the store to find pick ups. He literally would walk to the front of the store she would write an order number down he would take about 15 minutes to walk back there find it and come back and she would gand him another. When he was given my number after 20-25 min the one woman working left to find him because he gad not came back. A lady who had never worked customer service or site to store was put at the desk. Eventually the guy came back without my package. Then another lady comes back to say "unfortunately we cant find your package can you come back tomorrow ". No no I can not why send me an email telling me my item is ready if you cant find it. At this time I had been attempting to pick up a pacjage for 1.5 hours. They then tell me well it appears we have 34 of the items in store, let us grab one of those. 30 minutes later they say they cant find those 34. Now I've been attempting to pick this package up for 2 hours. Ive requested to speak to a manager a minimum of 4 times and I have yet to see one. Finally one comes the support manager and completely ignores me and attemps to ou speak to the customer service associate. He's not authorized to refund me, so a second manager is called over, the co manager, he ignores not only me but only half listens to his employee because he marks the order as picked up. At this time the customer service associate just opens the drawer and refunds me. This was not her drawer so when the original lady cashed out that night her drawer had to be short and she didn't know why. I received an email that this package I never picked up was picked up, i completely wasted 2 hours of time and the customer service was absolutely horrible. During my 2 hours standing at the desk heard at least 2 other customers say there orders were wrong and one other package was not found. Totally unacceptable walmart. Ive worked in customer service for 16 years and as a large company you should know this is unacceptable.

The Walmart in gainesville fl on 12th Street has the most unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful staff I have ever seen.Today is Dec 13th and upon heading to the register to check out, there were 2 aisles open and self checkout while there were 2 groups of 4 employees that were talking, laughing and texting on their phones laughing because I was asking for another aisle to be opened and OF COARSE NON GOT OPENED.u am a hairdresser by trade and will tell EVERY PERSON THAT SITS IN MY CHAIR TO GO TO TARGET OR PUBLIX

The Walmart at valley streams Is horrible The working are slow and all they do is have Conversations with each other and hang out rather of them doing there job and when you ask for help they are nasty and rude and they never know what they have or don't have and there a few people there that is races and that place is already pact and it's because the people ringing people up are slow I don't understand if you don't like working or dealing with people why work a Walmart and I have to say I went to a lot of Walmart in my life and all the boroughs but this one is the worst the store is always a reck and a mess

I've been ordering Christmas photo pictures with Walmart online serves since 2012. This year, I had two problems with them, First their Fex-EX delivery serve left my pictures at my door without knocking or ringing my bell to see if I was home. The neighborhood kids got a hold of them and shared them throughout the apartment complex. Walmart did reimburse me and apologized. Second they asked me to try and do my pictures again. So I did. When they came, half of my order was missing and the ones I did get had my head cut off. Walmart reimburse me again but for the wrong amount, then they claim that sometimes their order gets divided and is delivered by Fed-Ex and UPS. They also said becuase of my troubles they would send me two gift cards. AND then they asked me to please NOT give up on them and to try and do my pictures again! BUT that was NOT going to happen. Too many hours trying to find the right card to put my pictures on was time consuming, not to mention all the surveys they wanted me to do. Anyway I tried to contact the head corporation but their employees said there was NONE! I ended up speaking to someone who barely spoke english who of course did not know anything about any gift cards...That was almost a month ago...still waiting!

I tried to find somewhere on Walmart to file a complaint. They sent a questionnaire on their shipping, even though it says for shopping and shipping. The website has no place to leave a complaint. It sends you in a circle to the same website My complaint is their "credit" card is really a ATM card. The sale will not be approved if you do not have that amount in your linked bank account. I have purchased many things from Walmart by Visa, and their credit card. I pay the Walmart card every month. This occasion I wanted to purchase an item, and 3 times. It was declined. The Walmart rep couldn't figure it out, or she wouldn't tell me. I realized my checking account did not have the amount of the purchase. A real disservice to me.

Walmart in Pahrump, Nevada - Assistant managers shouldn't lie

I went into Walmart, Pahrump, three weeks ago. Assistant manager Heather took my order for two bookcases. She said they would be in the store in three to five days. As I called into Walmart she said they had been ordered but not arrived. Today she said the bookcases were not available. She did not call, I had to go in and ask someone else who then asked her. I went home and ordered the bookcases online, they arrive at the store on Dec 22nd...cutting it fine. So, she lied...not a good thing. I noticed today that there were two black bookcases on the shelves which were not there before. Curious. Did she order the wrong thing? Not a good trait for a manager. If you lie about something like this you are not trustworthy!

Walmart in Louisburg, North Carolina - Pioneer women pumpkin cheesecake recipe

I was reviewing this recipe to bake for Thanksgiving, while reading the direction on how to press the crust I was shocked to read " with your very white hand press the crust". Now this could have been a typo, I hope, since Walmart features her products and there are many non white employees that work for Walmart, and I am black and usually watch her show, I found it offensive. I did post on her facebook, haven't seen a response.
