The cashier said that is what they were told by their supervisor. That doesn't mean that was the truth.

Directions get changed down the line sometimes due to human error. It may have started as "we'll use trash bags or the customer can purchase reusable bags" and after several shifts and the word being passed along it ended up "well use trash bags but only if the customer purchases them".

Have you ever heard of the game telephone? Same concept.

Work on the road and walmart has always cashed my payroll checks...until now!! Keokuk,ia. Has declined to cash my checks for the past few weeks and thats fine, but when they give you a slip of paper with a number on it to call and still cant get any help. Why oh why did I not read these reviews beforehand ?!? I spent $20.55 for a "stainless steel tea kettle".

This is the sorriest piece of work I've ever seen. I googled how to return it and I got this: Return and Refund – Tasharina Corp https://unique-bargains.com/pages/return-and-refund: RETURN AND REFUND Unique Bargains has a money back guarantee on products returned within 30 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us for a return management authorization (RMA). Once you receive an RMA via email all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns after 30 days. To request instructions and a return authorization, please send an email to walmart-cs@unique-bargains.com and specify which item you wish to return and your order number. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returned items that are no longer wanted. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RMA or without the RMA # on it, a 15% restocking fee will also be applied.

If an item is returned due to a wrong address or insufficient address provided by the buyer, a 15% restocking fee will also be charged. We will be unable to cancel your order if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted and shipped. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact.

All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. So they want 15% restock fee if you don't want it and return with RMA, if you return without RMA, and if it is delivered to wrong address and sent back. Plus they won't pay for postage. I'm out money if I even think to return it to them.

A $20.55 mistake where I could have used the money elsewhere.

Walmart, you're usually better than this. Please don't let scammers sell on your site if you can't back up your customers who buy from here.

Walmart in Wilmington, Delaware - Order never shipped....TWICE

I am seriously upset with Walmart. I placed and order for a 4 in memory foam mattress topper on 12/10 as a Christmas present, delivery scheduled for 12/18. After several calls on to Fed Ex and Walmart on 12/21, I discovered that Walmart had used multiple shipping labels, even though my address my clearly on the order. I finally learned through Fed Ex that the order had been delivered to a Walmart store in Alabama and Fed Ex considered the delivery complete. I was then told by Walmart that the article was out of stock and refunded my money on 12/23. On 12/28 I received an email that the mattress topper was back in stock and I again purchased it as a LATE Christmas gift. Delivery was scheduled for 1/6. As of today, 1/4, Fed Ex told me that a label has been created but they have NOT physically received a package and they had no other information about my order. I called Walmart again and was again offered to refund my money. I do not want a refund, I want to know where the package is and why no one can give me a proper answer. I will NEVER purchase anything online from Walmart again!
