Walmart in Kingman, Arizona - THis is the WORST store in the country!!

I live in Kingman, AZ, there is very little shopping of any kind here and the Walmart is the absolutely worst I have ever HAD to shop in. I have shopped Walmarts from California to New York, and this is the worst I have ever experienced. Jus t today I tried to check myself out at the self-checkout provided and ALL THE MACHINES were broken or down. Half the time the shelves are empty at the most inopportune times. The produce department is the same with empty bins early in the am when they should be full, who the *** is running this place?? I thought the last manager was bad, but this person is unbelievable! It doesn't matter what day or time of day you go in, it is just plain bad, bad, bad. I will never shop this store again and believe me I spend a great deal of money in the store, but no more, I have had it!!! I thought prices are always going down too, this is NOT the case, they are higher EVERY TIME I GO!

Lost item with no refund and replacement from walmart

I got a exact same horrible experience as you got. I just bought a cell phone from walmart on MID NOV.2015 ,and never got the item. I did try to contact their customer service,I bought it from online ,they refused to give me a refund or replacement. It is very very terrible case I got. Never got things like that, and very bad customer service, keep asking me to file the police report and then might be got the solution for my case. It is very ridiculars ,who got lost the item, it is the carrier-FedEx, why do they ask me to get a report ? I paid the money and got this trouble thing,waste my money and time to responds this and reply that. And no refund. You can't believe walmart has stock and so many store, they can treat their customer like that bad way. They stole my money. I located in New York. I would like to share my experience with everyone.

The Walmart in boutte LA...needs to be Valuated it has lots of closed registers an lines an people wanna Christmas shop The automotive side you can never get anybody to help you r answer the phone...Im Goin to keep making complaints they want our money but they don't want to do the service!!!!!

Walmart in West Haven, Connecticut - Orders cancelled because of pricing

I placed orders for two Lego sets on discount for Black Friday for local pickup. Walmart accepted the orders and billed my credit card. The next day I received cancellation notices stating the items were out of stock, although the website indicated that the same item was in stock at the same store - for nearly twice the price. So I am given the option to spend $100 for items they already sold me for $60, and I cannot even do that because they have tied up my credit card with the original purchases.

Black Friday I went shopping at Walmart and when I want to the check out my playstation card would not go through the lady at the register said that the system was down the card was on sale for $10 normally 1799 I asked if I could come back later and get it for $10 they said if there was any left I asked if they would hold one for me and they said no that is not their policy explained that I was there to buy the card then and their system was down they said it was not their fault it was Playstations fault I called 1 800 Walmart while I was in line and the lady said that she could not override what the manager said thats whats Friday today is Tuesday I am still waiting for a call back I went to bells at midnight for a coupon that was 65% off clearance their registers were down they told us we could come back even when the sale was off and they would honor the sale I guess I know who cares and wants my money and it is not Walmart

Purchased a tlc hdtv 55 inch on Black Friday and chose the store in the area that had this available. Day later they cancelled my purchase with. No explanation as to why nor offered rain check ! Horrible customer service coming from a dump store. Poor customer service and dis satisfactory services . Deceptive advertisement. I'm sure they sell people a lot on Black Friday and then later cancel customers purchases. Typical scam tactic. Walmart is a fraud and uses this switch and bait tactic to drive revenue.

I recently saw a deal on a game online, so I went to the store to buy it. I didn't know that online prices were different from store prices, I thought they just had a sale ad on the website. The prices rang up more than it should so I asked why and showed them the ad. 3 other people had to get asked for me to finally be told it's an online only deal but that I can do the pick it up in store feature. This was a little after noon on a Saturday and I asked if I could place it now and pick up the order on my way out of the store. They told me this was fine and I would be able to leave with the item that day. I actually had the items I wanted at the register and there were several more on the shelf. So, I placed the online order, finished my grocery shopping, went to the register to pick it up, and was told it wasn't even acknowledged on the store's system. Oh well, I can wait a day or two. I went back up 2 days later thinking it would be through the system and I could get the game. Nope... Going to be a week longer because the inventory is different for the pick up items and the shelved items. I looked and there are at least 5 of the games I want visible from behind the glass. I asked if I could take one of those and got denied. I realize the employees are doing what they need and am not mad at them, nor did I show any frustration at them. I am just frustrated that the corporation is dicking me around for trying to save $30. I tried cancelling the order since there was a comparable deal at Target but was told since it was en route to the store, I had to wait and return the items once I get them. I don't know how much more difficult this could be without it being a candid camera show or a SNL skit or something. I've already been disappointed in Walmart for other reasons and I think this will be the tipping point that keeps me out of their stores for good.

Worst experience ever. They cancelled my order on a black Friday sale that I paid for, credit card charged and a verification code sent that I would be able to pick it up the same day. I drove an hour an a half to get the TV, to be told they sold out and canceled my order. I'm beyond livid and now cannot get the TV at the black Friday price. Walmart is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with and the worst store is on Belvedere in west Palm Beach, Fl. The managers are Alex, Liz and Beverly and they all lied to me. I had to go to my local Walmart and have that manager call, only to be hung up on. My local manager says he thinks it's fraud, they cancelled my order and sold my TV to someone else. I have filed a report with Walmart corporate fraud/ethics department.

Walmart in Lancaster, Ohio - What Customer Service

When someone arranges a return and replacement that is what should happen. My return got stuck in processing and Walmart.com cancelled the order. Instead I am told I would receive a refund to my bank account within 7 days. If I wanted a refund I would have chosen that option when I arranged the return. It took you 6 days to get all that done, plus up to 7 days waiting for the refund plus at least 4 more days while I order it from Amazon.com. At least 17 days without a microwave. Tomorrow will be day 7 waiting for my refund and yet another customer service rep is telling me on Facebook to give it a couple more days. The same old song and dance I got when trying to get my replacement microwave to ship. Making a customer pay for issues on your end is no way to keep a customer. I still don't have a microwave, one that I ordered so I could use it as a tool on Thanksgiving. I was told by a customer service rep on the phone that it's the policy of Walmart.com to issue a refund when they have to cancel an order. You cancelled an order that was put there by a customer service rep to replace a defective item. I can't imagine it would have been too difficult to re-order the item like you did before. Well I have policies too - one is not to let some business screw me over I have had issues with your customer service before over returns you claimed not to have received but were sitting in your return warehouse all along. After more than a month of harassment and a threat to take the money out of my account. I called the freight company YOU sent to pickup the items. They informed me that both returns were delivered and they supplied me with both tracking numbers. I was then able to send the tracking numbers for both to you. A customer should not have to do that. This recent issue is the last straw and looking at your Facebook page one can clearly see that I am not alone in all this. You chose the wrong time of year to lose a customer
