Walmart - Manager Review from Kissimmee, Florida

My father bought my son a 6 volt despicable me rocket car on Black Friday. We decided to not open it until Christmas Eve so my son wouldn't accidentally see it. We then let the car charge for more than 18 hours, but to our surprise on Christmas Day the car wouldn't budge. You can imagine my sons disappointment and frustration. We went to Walmart on 12/27/2015 to try to get this issue resolved. They didn't have any in the actual store that we could've swapped it with, so the manager told me that I could check online for it, but if they did have it I would have to pay the price difference since it was bought on Black Friday. I'm simply enraged by this. It's not my fault you sold me a defaulted product, on top of that it was my sons Christmas present and now you're trying to tell me I have to pay full price to replace an item YOU sold me that DID NOT WORK?! I'm simply appalled that someone would look to me in the eyes and say this to me. We decided to get our money back since it was CLEAR to us that nothing would be done about this on their part. in my opinion they should have reorderd one online and sent it to me or have for me to pick up another day. NOTHING was offered but for me to get my money back or go through the process of paying full price for it.

So the lines were busy and I was in a long line with a full cart. Whatever, no biggie. I notice a Walmart staffer directing customers to shorter lines. As for me she told me to go to the line for 20 items or less. I really didn't want to and told her so. She said if anyone gives you a hard time tell them to talk to me. Well, of course she took off before I could get her name. So, the person who was most pissed off at me was the cashier. I have never been treated so *** in this store. I would like to add that I let several customers go ahead of me and told the other people that if they were unhappy to take it up with the manager. I also told my oh so unfriendly cashier to not take it out on me. I was pretty embarrassed by the whole thing. I called Walmart after I got home. He didn't seem really too concerned. Lame.

Walmart in Saint Paul, Minnesota - Battery retrun warranty

UI tried to return a dfefective battery under warranty( I had two of them. the *** said there was about two years in the awarranty. I had to show on the battery to the amanager where it stated 8 year warranty. Duh I'm new to the store and comany I did not know that a battery had a warranty. Asked for creit store refused and said I would only get credit on new purchase. Iasked abotu the other battery they siad wee will give you a crdit written on the abttery but it expires the longer you keep it aksed for gift card for balance *** and amanager refused. On one other occasion found that they locked the door and had to be buzzed out of the store. That is a violation of fire code. Go See the old lock on the door of the WSP MN store.all

When someone is on their break they are not required to help you. That is their time.

They are not being paid at that time so they are not supposed to help you. Your demanding you are helped when they are on their own free time is what is rude.

Some companies punish people for working on their break. Though she should not be wearing her uniform while on break to avoid confusion.

I doubt it "ruined" her holiday. Not getting a fridge is not going to "ruin" someone's holiday. If it did it just shows how people are connected more to material things than family.

You're not alone. It's Dec.

28th and I'm still waiting on an order that I placed on Dec. 12. (It was supposed to arrive Dec. 22) Walmart blames FedEx and FedEx blames Walmart and Customer Service is a joke and both are conveniently located somewhere in India.

Demanding my money back tomorrow and I am NEVER ordering anything online from Walmart ever again! Amazon and UPS...here I come :)

Heads up We had our 2001 grand jeep Cherokee at Walmart's auto center at their Evergreen Colo store. While driving it home less then 15 miles. It stalled but went again I looked at gauges All out of whack temp way up ! Pulled over again. Called AAA and husband. Towed to another auto shop hubby has used for long time. Need new engine! Odometer only 67664. And of course Walmart did nothing to cause this problem! We took pic's . Has any one else had problems with Walmart#02293 ,952 Swede gulch Rd. Evergreen Colo please hit me back at. ehin881939@aol.com. This is not good I have just been through 2 years of cancer treatments This manager said just bad luck nothing they did. Well I did have good luck this year my cancers are under control. Trying to put things into perspective. But still If they are doing bad services!
