POSSIBLE FRAUD with e-mail requests for verfication.

My bank account has been hacked and the checking account emptied. Looking back at recent e-mails, 'Walmart' may have been used as part of the scam. Calling the Walmart telephone number as shown in a verification e-mail was very frustrating and useless. The computer answering switchboard just kept going on and on with choices of 1 thru 6, which no one would answer. I suggest that you add a number 7 that addresses fraud and scams. I am very disappointed with Walmart's customer service and will not place anymore orders via a computer. ROBERT SHEEHAN

Bad fried chicken

I tried the fried chicken at my Fairfield, Illinois Wal Mart twice, and with the same results: It was so OVERCOOKED, it was like a MUMMY ! It probably weighed HALF of what it should have ! When I complained to them, they said "Maybe it's the oil" (THAT is a JOKE). Then I tried the Princeton, Indiana store, and their chicken was somewhat overcooked, but also the breast was stringy and CHEWY !! Wake up ! WALMART you are losing customers !!!!

If you really want a refund why not return the chicken. Honestly if you cannot afford $25 for chicken stick within your budget. Funny how you had no issue eating the food but when you have to pay for it you have an issue

2 orders mostly correct. Both required 4+ calls to correct and the time lost on hold was ridiculous. 3rd attempt canceled by myself. The window to correct the order was simultaneously closed with-in 1minute. Still shop in-store, if no other choice. Disabled Vet. Non-driver. Fixed income. Customer Service my ¥~!

Great customer service

I usually go into Walmart with no expectation to receive help if I need it. But today was different. I wanted to inquire on a Christmas tree an elf in the shelf. Rep Glenn Thomas was so polite and didnt point me in the right direction but walked with me for each item. I really appreciated the extra step. Also I would like to compliment the pharmacy staff. They are second to none. Each one treats me like they have known me for years. I hope you can gift them something special for doing their jobs well. Thanks Glenn you made my day. Wal Mart Shopping App no longer working on my computer

I have been using the Wal Mart grocery ordering app since March of 2020, with weekly orders that we have been picking up on Fridays between 1pm and 2 PM. I have been unable to place an order this week. The app will not allow me to do so. I accumulate an order of about 30 items, go pick a date and time, and try to place the order and am told there is a problem and the my order drops to 9 or 10 items left. Please advise what to do to fix this, so we can continue to make orders. I called 1 800 Wal Mart yesterday and got no answer. Thanks.

Employees and Customers are not wearing face masks?

I have health issues. Two months ago I complained to Walmart headquarters about employees and customers not wearing masks properly (including wearing below their chin or not at all) and they said they would address the issue. One month after not shopping at Walmart for a month decided to shop again in their stores to find a repeat of no mask to below the chin. Again Walmart Headquarters said they would address and solve the issue. Again yesterday after one more month after not shopping at Walmart for a month decided to shop again in their stores to find a repeat from the front of the store to the milk department and back I came across 28 employees and customers with no mask or below the chin. Again Walmart Headquarters said they would address and solve the issue. There are other food stores in this area that follow the rules about face masks. Most have a bit higher prices on some items but they care about the guidelines set by the State of Louisiana to protect customers and employees alike. I urge everyone that reads this and have concerns for their health to consider shopping an other local stores in this area.

It is illegal to force anyone to wear a face mask...no legislation has been passed in any of the states, even though we are lead to believe so. I have been researching all aspects of Covid and you would not believe the thousands of lawsuits out there, because it is a violation of Civil rights. And masks can't protect against virus', but if you feel safer wearing one, that is your right.

Was not able to activate money card. I called customer service that hung up on me twice. I went to the Walmart store and talked with the store manager. She made it so I could use the card as a credit to pay for my items I selected at the store.. You can not use this card for online purchases or any where else. Not at all what I thought I was buying.don't fall for this scam

Your business has the chance to be a LEADER in the retail industry by offering this:

"Special shopping hours for those without a mask."

At the beginning of this situation, many retailers had special shopping hours for seniors and disabled.

Its time for you to PROVIDE THIS RIGHT AWAY:

SPECIAL SHOPPING HOURS FOR THOSE WITHOUT A MASK

Curbside shopping or instacart delivery is not fair and equal access, because there is an additional cost, and shoppers cannot browse and look for new items and experience an enjoyable shopping experience.

Further, this discriminates against those who do not have access to technology.

Offering SPECIAL SHOPPING HOURS for those who cannot wear a mask creates REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS (as required by federal, state and local laws).

You don't seem to understand that masks do little to protect the person wearing them from catching the virus. They help prevent people who may have the virus from spreading it to others. Due your part to keep retail employees and other shoppers healthy by wearing a mask.

Grocery Delivery Issue

When ordering groceries, there's an option to Leave at the Door. The last three deliveries, the drivers didn't leave until I opened the door. I'm not always dressed in a manner that I wish strangers to see me in. I chatted with a representative. In essence, she told me (a) there was nothing Walmart could do because they contract drivers from another company and they're not Walmart employees and (b) there was nothing she would do personally. I emailed the help desk. I was told "customer service is very important to Walmart," and then told that they would do nothing, to wait until it happened again, and then they would "escalate" the issue. I cannot believe that Walmart cannot contact the local delivery service in Dunedin, FL, that they use and discuss the issue with them to prevent this happening again. I believe they don't want to. I also believe that Walmart does not value customer service. That is what they have demonstrated to me.

Because they want to make sure that that someone gets the delivery,so that there is no way to say delivery not received. Put some clothes on,and by the way, Walmart employees DON'T make the delivery, it is a Door Dash driver, and they rarely get tips from Walmart deliveries,so most experienced drivers won't take Walmart orders, after waiting to long at Walmart for order, just get no tip, and lose money on the deal

The issue here is Walmart's refusal to contact their subcontractors to ask the subcontractors to follow the customer instructions regarding delivery, instructions that Walmart themselves offered as an option.

I expect they want to make sure someone is aware that the delivery has been made for several reasons. First is that they could be stolen and you would want them delivered again at no charge.

Second is that if there are refrigerated items and the weren't brought in right away they could go bad if they sat too long. What do you neighbors think when they see you outside your door bringing the groceries in when you aren't dressed appropriately?

I guess I was lucky they rang the doorbell as it was not my order. Delivery driver called to tell them, they said for me to call...after calling & being disconnected more times I can count, I was accused of having my order & lying to the Walmart rep., shortly after someone told her my order was not delivered.

I asked when it would be, they said the next day at 7 in the morning. The reason I did the delivery is I have Covid & cannot be around anyone..I am not sleeping well & was not going to get up at 7 a.m. There was enough time for someone to bring my food when I was on the phone, but they refused. I called the main customer service & they were not at all helpful.

I thought they would at least have given a credit on future order.

I order from Food Lion a lot & have never had a problem...they also do not ring door bell when I say just leave it. If Walmart thinks their new service will work, they are sorely mistaken.
