Walmart.com has been terrible with giving me my refund its been 3 weeks and I've called 3 times still no refund for a kidizoom watch that was supposed to be available but became out of stock once it was time for pick up. Walmart has the worst customer service they have low prices but their service sucks. Im reporting walmart to the better business Bureau this is ridiculous.

also the reason I am refunding the watch is because my child did not get straight a's on his report card. he got a B in math and he is not getting Christmas gifts from Santa this year, he is getting coal because he did not get a good grade in math. so it was not impullse bying.

I purchased a 1/4 carat sterling silver wedding band set at the Bloomington, Ut walmart on Nov 19, 2015. It was sent out to be sized up to an 8 from the 7 that it was. We were told that we would get a phone call when the ring came in, we did NOT receive a phone call at all. After 4 weeks we went into the store to find out what was going on and no one knew anything about it. We spoke with Brett, an assistant manager, who left a message for the jewelry people. Two days later we get a phone call that the ring is in and is the correct size. My husband went in and got it and brought it home to me that night and it was the WRONG size. We take it back to the store and inform them of this and they size it and tells us it's a size 7.5 at best. Justin, another assistant manager, tells us that he will talk to Brittany, the jewelry manager, and Scott, the store manager, on monday and get back to us. After he spoke with them they tried to tell us that the ring is a size 8, when it's NOT, and that they sized it in the store and it showed as an 8 on their sizer. My husband wanted them to send it out to be re-sized to the correct size, since someone there screwed up, and that he wanted it half off because it was screwed up. Scott told him that we can send it out to be re-sized and expedite it but i'm not willing to give it to you for half off, and tried to tell us that we told the person when we bought it over a month ago the wrong size, which we did NOT do, and that their ring sizer is incorrect on sizing. We returned the ring set, cause this is a bunch of BS, and instead of giving us cash like we wanted, they put it back on our debit card because they didn't have enough in the jewelry drawer and that purchases over $200 have to be put on the card. So now we have NO money to spend on christmas and I'm out the ring set because these people can't or won't do their jobs right.

Walmart in Cypress, Texas - 4 days before Christmas and they say nothing they can do

I placed and order for a trampoline on the 11th of December, it was to be delivered on the 16th. on the 18th I called and was told my order was "stuck in the system" that she was ordering me a replacement. Told me I would get and email telling me when it shipped. Never got the email. I called and emailed all the next day till I got a manager who tried to tell me to order another one and choose expedited shipping for 87$ on top of my 161$ and then when the sytem is fixed they would be able to refund my money I had already spent.... I don't have another 248$ to spend and WAIT for my money back. Now I am being told CORPORATE will not issue me a refund OR send me the trampoline and I have to just WAIT to see when their system will be fixed. 4 Days before Christmas now and STILL waiting. IM FURIOUS!!!

I was in the store. And after paying for my stuff. I got in the line of Mc Donald inside tge walmart an associate was before me. He smells to strong of the marihuana smella that I got see and have to used my asthma medicine. The nasty smella was to strong. How can a manager allow that in the store? And he was so strong that it was other customers in line. Everybody kept looking each other like unbeliable. We going to store to enjoy our shopping not to be in this situation.

went to buy paint for the third time the other night . The first two times the paint machine was not working. The third time I waited for 30 mintues and had them page someone to the paint department about 4 times. Finally the guy comes and I give him the color I want and he goes over to the paint and comes back. He tells me he doesnt have the dark color to mix it with. So no paint again. I was pissed. you would think that as big as this store is they would have the stuff they needed to mixx paint. Not happy at all.

Walmart in Vernon, TX...On Friday, Dec.18,2015, approx. 8:30 pm, Asst. Mgr. "Josie" stopped a young associate as she was walking down the aisle. Talking very loudly and mean, in front of several 151220-036019 other customers, Josie scolded the girl apparently for no reason. She asked her if she unloaded a frozen flat , the girl politely replied yes; she said did you get that bin cleaned up, the girl very humbly replied," yes and then I went to the front for an hour to help checkers." Who told you to do that? The girl gave a name I do not remember.The ***. Mgr. replied very harshly, "Well all right then get back to work!" and let the girl continue to walk off. The associate's eyes were red as if she just wanted to cry. I would have cried and then would have walked off that *** job! The same ***. mgr. dressed down an associate last summer while he helped me turn on a radio. I had seen him walking past and I needed help. Josie walked up and pushed his hand away from the machine saying, "You don't have any right to be here. He apologized and walked off. I should have reported her then but didn't She is a tyrant and a bully. These employees are dedicated, kind, clean... not druggy looking. "Josie" needs to be gone! gone! Shame on Vernon for not taking care of good employees while rewarding bullies.

Walmart in Santa Clara, California - Worst customer service on earth

I use the same credit card to buy the T-mobile Sims a month ago, and now I want to refill but Walmart rejected my order without any detailed reason. I am a good buyer with 700+ credit score and a Amazon Prime member. I just moved from Australia so I bought everything online. I used to experience one issue with Walmart a couple of months ago. I ordered a Roku TV which arrived in damage, I returned immediately (UPS store is just opposite to my house) but one month later Walmart charged me for not returning the TV. I need to send a number of emails and make a number of calls. There are NO Appologies and NO Goodwill refund. Amazon Prime used to give me 30$ cash back just for a small mistake they made to my order. It was totally waste of time to do purchase with Walmart and I have really BAD feeling for Walmart Customer Service. (I would say the Worst Customer Service I have experienced so far). Thanks!

The main thing for you to do is never, ever order anything from Walmart. Their customer service reputation is next to nil and it is wise to avoid them, both online and in-store.

what a piece of ***.Bought 5 4 out of 5 not working as supposed to. first one not very bright I waited to have it warm up. 2nd one only green lights.3rd one flashed on off. 4th one not very bright. I have asked walmart to stop selling them. well there as greedy as the rest selling them. In my area they are stealing them. so I put out the 4 out to be stollen. Little old lady across bought against my advice. Well she got screwed also no worky. do da do da and so on. Oh yes the roung base should be included. $1.00 worth of plastic for $15.00 another screw job. Wait till next OH I will *** over.

I order one on nov 28, 2015 same thing with me but my tracking information said I should have it on dec 21, 2015. It took forever for it to start showing in transit. For the longest time my said the same as your and she told me same thing will let you know if I get it tomorrow

Walmart online seller Tasharina-where's my item?!

I too have not received an item I bought online on cyber Monday...my FedEx tracking only shows a label created/received on. I emailed Tasharina asking what's going on with my order and they impressively replied pretty fast assuring me I would get my item before Christmas. I never even asked them if I would receive it before xmas (why do they assume its for xmas??) I wanted to know what's going on with my order. My estimated delivery date on walmart.com has changed which was 8 days ago and I'm starting to believe I may never see my item. I paid over $400 for it.
