On 9/5/2020 I returned items I received online and paid with my card from my checkings. Funds I earned from my job. The items were not third party. I returned the items due to wrong size. My refund was submitted to a Walmart credit card which I did NOT want. As a customer Im disappointed cause I thought the policy was a refund should be the way customer paid. Also, how can Walmart control where to spend your money. Also I checked both locations in York, Pa, shelves were bare. Walmart isnt the only store in United States. Walmart has plenty of locations and should stop being greedy!

Face mask requirement

Disgusted by being asked about face mask wearing before I enter your store. I do not wear one, I have a doctor note exemption I carry with me. I sure hope that that will be adequate enough for me to be able to enter the store after the 20th of July. I expect equal and free access to a store just like any other customer. I feel very harassed and intimidated by all this. I do not want online shopping or curb pickup or anything of the sort. That is discrimination. You should Institute mask-free shopping hours for those of us who cannot wear masks. That way, we are not singled out by being stopped at the door. What no mask, no food now?? Outrageous and anti American. I feel intimidated by some other mask compliant customers as well.

Protection plan

Had a protection plan on a sewing machine, I got an email that a refund will be processed, I called to get a refund with a check, my details were collected, but surprisingly and disappointedly a gift card was sent to my email instead, called severally for my check as discussed, but no response. I was told it's the only gift card that I can get even when I did not consent!

Poor hr or person

Called yesterday to the Moline store 2231. Cause without notice or calls while I was on loa I was terminated. Which means no insurance but when I talked to Calvin he acted like I was trash and dirt on his feet. I've been fighting cancer and nerphany which has put me into a wheelchair and I'm learning to walk bath and eat on my own all over again plus I'm fighting depressing with suicide which my spouse and my dr watch very closely. But all he could say to me is how you trying to make it back to us without any question in his voice. Than I find out he was hired off the streets without knowing the job he's doing. If he keep this up he'll have people's blood on his hands. All I wanted was help with info and straight up lied to me telling me they have called several times. Well with these new call phones it has caller id I never received calls or any paper work telling me I was being terminated. Which comes to this since he has but me back to stage one on my depression and looking at being hospitalized for suicide he should he held accountable for his act in putting someone there. All he said after talking to me is you can reapply in five months. I'm thinking what...... You guys need to know who you hire and if they could do their job. They should have never got rid of the or person they had at least she knew her job and knew how to talk to people. Right now walmart is not allowed to be spoken in the household or around me. You need to do something about him cause he's bad for your business. Once again to cap on this Calvin in PR has no right being in a job he doesn't know or how to act with people. To me and I was in management before walmart I've fired people for less than that. He has no regard to anyone and really needs to learn his job before he speaks to people. Now you've read what has happened to me now it's your job to do something about it. Oh ya since they terminated me I can't afford any of my meds that help me with depression or what's keeping me alive.

Every time I /my family go into this Walmart 6901 ochchobee WPB FL the Hispanic lady overseeing the self checkout comes by us. Looks into our cart Watches over us. Loudly shouts we are using EBT. Demands to see our receipt. We oblige her. She insists we missed items. When we show her proof. she just shrugs. Never apologised. Never says sorry. We wear our cultural clothing /she discriminates us. She never does this to any one else. But us next move -ACLU

Sams club has not made any effort to solve issue I’ve called over ten times in the last two weeks when they said they would call me in 24 hours.

I needed see my purchase history because I had a square protection plan and the item quit working . I spoke to customer service she said she could see all the information but was not allowed to email filed for back office to send it its been two week I called over ten times and have asked number agents to connect me with corporate or to provide me the information to get in touch with them because its time sensitive no call and or update form anyone. I should have access to my own information and should be able to contact someone who can help but instead the Customer agents say there no corporate office which seems un real

They sent wrong tire and charged me for it

ordered two tires from Walmart, They shipped one correctly one was wrong I refused to accept it, they still charged me for it and will not refund my money. I will never order from Walmart again and I will tell everyone I know to buy from Amazon instead.

Can't get a verified warranty claim resolved

I purchased extended warranty and was told by them to call Phillips warranty. I did and after over a month agreed to a refund. Gave me a number for transport to pick up tv. I have tried several times to talk to someone there and cant get a response. Called back and got an email. No response. Called Walmart store and they said keep trying. Not the response I wanted. I purchased the tv and warranty from yall and would like some help resolving this. Its not a year old.
