After 9 days of picking up my online Walmart purchase, I decided to go back and return it in order to get a bigger/more expensive version of it that was already in store. Customer Service couldn't help me return it due to computer telling them it couldn't honour my return (the items were still brand new and wrapped with their packaging tape and with original stickers) but the lady told me to call 1800walmart instead. The lady on 1800walmart couldn't help me also and transferred me to resolutions department where I was on hold for 1hour 54minutes 34second until I gave up and hung up. I just needed to know why I couldn't return items I had picked up 9 days ago that were still in perfect condition. I explained to them that my intention was to buy a more expensive version of the items but no one cared. I thought their priority was customers satisfaction. The company does not reflect that in any way.

I also had this similar situation, I was also waiting for someone to come to health and beauty for mote than ten minutes, as all other associations were on break, when I did get help, they also didn't have correct key.or maybe didn't understand how those glass cases open.after 35 minutes total a manager was able to open the case only to find the last box on shelf appeared to be empty. later that day I phoned the store and management gave me a rain check and a gift card to make my purchase when they received more. If your able to get the right management,they will help solve these minor problems. good luck to you.,sorry to hear your frustration because I understand your situation first hand.

Purchased an item from Walmart.com Dec. 4. Money taken from my account on Dec. 7. Fed Ex label has been printing for 13 days. Called Fed Ex and was told item was never received from vendor. Called Walmart.com and was told its not their problem, it's something that I need to take up with their vendor. Walmart admitted through a supervisor that their company withdrew the funds from my account for this purchase. My bank statement says walmart.com purchase and withdrawal. I was told that walmart forwarded my money to THEIR third party vendor for this purchase and I should have been aware of that! REALLY???? Anyone going through this I hope realizes this is illegal and there is possibility of legal action by a group of customers who have been scammed in the form of possible class action. Walmart is the agent who took the money for their vendor Tasharina corp. May be a scam, but walmart is the source of the problem. Please do NOT stop fighting them for your money.

I bought my item on 11/30 and same thing with FedEx, only label created. I did receive a reply to my email to Tasharina saying I will receive my item before xmas and apologized for delay but I am not so sure about that.

I paid by PayPal (credit) and it was charged by walmart.com.

I just emailed Tasharina again and if I do not get a reply about canceling my order for the "delay" (because I know it has not shipped) I expect to open a claim and hopefully it works in my favor.

I made purchase on mouth wash, tooth paste, 3 bath rugs , the items were place in two separate bags ( the large bath mat $9.97 was not in the bag when I arrived home and I immediately returned to the store and basically said they would not correct the problem and therefore , I indicated I would return all items for a refund and they could keep the $9.97 . Walmart Online is nothing to be proud of

I ordered the DVD on 11/30/15 and was told I could pick it up on 12/15/15, I had thought that was long but I'll wait. Then on 12/15/15 when I didn't get an email from Walmart to confirm it was ready for pickup, I emailed them. The response I got was that it was delayed until 12/19/15 but if not available by then that the item is out of stock and I'll get a refund. That is ridiculous, they don't even know if they have it or not. Another thing is if I don't get my order of course you have to refund me, as if I should be HAPPY with just this. It wasn't out of stock when I ordered and the price at order should be honored, it wasn't available at the store, I had to order online and Amazon was out of stock, only 3rd parties were selling it at a high price. Walmart tracking wasn't working either-technical difficulties through out this whole time with no explanation as to why it won't work or if it will be fixed.

Walmart in Ocala, Florida - ON HOLD LIKE A FULL TIME JOB

I ordered a Mickey Sofa for my son a month ago for Christmas. After picking up the other four items a couple weeks ago, I finally looked up the status of the sofa. It noted on Walmart that it was delivered Monday the 14. Then I look up the tracking number and it shows it was delivered on The 8th to my store. Thinking I just missed the notification, I called my store for only them to tell me they do not have it after searching their warehouse. I called Walmart.com and explained the situation to be told it is at that store and she called the supervisor. After we hung up I called the supervisor myself who stated that he had other orders in front of ,e that needed to be handled and he would call me back when he could. His was unable to give a day or time. Frustrated, I asked what I could do. He said he did not think he had it and maybe it was at another store. I called the next store near me, there are about 9 walmarts in this town., and the gentleman that answered went outback and searched. He assured he would call me back. After 40 minutes, he did call. He informed me that he spoke with Walmart.com and the sofa was in Texas. I immediately called back the Walmart.com phone number where I sat on hold for 34 minutes. Finally i was assisted only to be told the sofa is at my store and there is nothing to do but cancel the order and reorder it and pay for it again, have it shipped to my house, pay for expedited shipping, and hope I receive it by Christmas. After informing the gentleman that is no where near good enough as I spending another $100.90 plus $50 in shipping and then patiently wait for a refund. The Gentleman put me on hold where I waited 1 hour, 12 minutes and 42 seconds until I finally became frustrated and hung up. Now at 10:20pm, 9 days before Christmas, I am waiting on hold again for 36 minutes and 42 seconds so far to speak with someone who can hopefully help the situation. I go to Walmart every week and spend anywhere from $150 to $500 each shopping trip, more now because of Christmas, and I am truly starting to wonder why I even bother. Very unhappy and unimpressed customer.

I also admit the mistake was mine, I accidentally posted Texas as the store to deliver to because there is a city with the same name as mine in Texas. However they are refusing to correct the mistake and have another Mickey Mouse store shipped to Florida.

I admit I should have been careful and checked that I entered the correct state, but still anyways now it may not matter if my son gets the chair for Christmas or not since he may be in foster care. CPS will be interviewing my children on Friday, less than one week from Christmas and I am scared.

I TRIED to purchase a hover board for my son for Christmas. I ordered it over a month in advance to ensure getting for Christmas. I recieved an email saying that a label has been created and my item would soon arrive. That never happened. I called and called and called then I emailed and emailed and called more. I never recieved a resolution to my problem or the item I ordered and was then charged for. I will never ever shop at Walmart or Walmart.com ever again. I still have not recieved a refund for the item I never recieved. What a terrible way to run a business. I am completely disgusted!! They are crooks!

I had the same issue. I emailed and threatened to call my credit card company and do a charge back and now all of a sudden it has showed up on the tracking and they say it will be here this Monday but I already ordered one from Kohls last week that already arrived!!
