Walmart - Hair Care Product Review from Triangle, Virginia

I spoke with male style person about a product. I point blank if this product was the same as mousse. He replied yes. Bought my usual other products as well. Not at sll happy with the profuct he recommended. Returned without my receipt so just wanted to exchange. He told me I hadn't asked about mousse but shine which I could care less about. My hair is shiny already. Refusses to help at all. $21.00 worth of worthless profuct. & a very unhappy customer. Over the course I've spent almost $80.00 in products. Just wanted a fair exchange not a *** response & lied to.

Coleman inflatable queen size double height mattress Walmart wouldnt exchange mattress for the same type we only had the inflatable mattress for 2 weeks before realizing there was air leaking from the seam My mother purchased it she al add o purchased the insurance that the cashier explained it covered the air mattress for all leaks etc, We even spoke to manager on duty they claimed the insurance didnt cover leak from the seam my mother is 68 years old We had the mattress the box and the insurance coverage with the receipt Walmart manager claimed the insurance didnt cover it because we purchased the mattress seperate from the air mattress they ( Walmart) said they had to be purchased together in same box I want to know why did the cashier at Walmart claim it would cover it My belief is they took advantage of the elderly

Walmart in North Carolina - Accused wrongly

I was taken in to the Walmart in Lincolnton,NC with my granddaughter 2 pair of lose kids underwear got up under my great grandchild we had laid to ask the clerk if we could purchase they said they couldn't the one we asked about the service desk keep .We went back to shopping and put things on layaway and bought what we couldn't layaway or but it back. My Grankid started crying and throwing up he was sitting in a buggy cover and we had his bowbow blanket and napkins all in the buggy to get up the mess and forgot the underwear .They took us to the office .The guy started telling us ( now I wasn't accused) but , he said we her and I was going to be searched by police and charged with a federal charge and her child could be taken away .I gave them my bag and she did also and my pocketbooks witch they didn't look in the took our ID's made her sign never to come in and Walmart or and store connected to Walmart told me I could come back but if someone with me ever took something I go to jail for this indent ( even that I wasn't accused of anything )So you tell me was we treated fairly being the police was never call? Been a big Walmart.com customer for years now. Although ordering on their website has always been much slower and less *user friendly than all other shop on line websites I continued to be a big buyer. Lately, Walmart on line shopping is really messed up; - Delivery time really way longer than in previous years (Much longer than than other shop on line sites.) - Notifications incorrect - Example: Received notification that item of clothing now back in stock. I placed order same day and "pushed" order to $50.00 avoid shipping charge. After placing order, received notification that the item I placed order for was NOT in stock. In general the service and delivery has been obviously declining, I find myself avoiding Walmart.com by using other websites to fulfill my needs. * Takes 3 steps to place item in cart; A- Search item B- click on item C- click on add to cart. Should have option to add to cart next to item instead of having to click on it before getting option to place in cart like other website do.

Walmart - Department Review from Naperville, Illinois

I have a Basset ring that I bought from a gal online. She needed to know my ring size. So while shopping at Walmart in IL, I stopped at the jewlery dept and asked to be szd. She told me an 7.5, so I texted the seller to have it szd to that. When I got it, I can't wear it. I took it to a jewler and found out I needed a 8.5 not 7.5! Now, it can't be resized due to the material. Walmart told me to file a claim snd has done nothing‼️ It was their employee that made the mistake that I'm out of a $$ ring. They need to take responsibility over their employee.

Do Not Use Walmart.com Especially here at the holiday shopping season. You will regret it!!

"10/29/15 I placed an order on walmart.com for 3 items. I received notification that my item(s) were ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick them up I was told that 2 of the 3 items were cancelled by walmart and my card was being refunded. So I proceeded to purchase different items that they had in stock. A few days later, walmart created a new order and charged my debit card and over drew my account and caused several overdraft charges including my mortgage payment. I called on 11/6 and spoke with Kenneth who informed me that he would "cancel my order" and my refund would happen in 7 to 10 business days. I noticed on 11/12 that the order was still open so I called again and spoke with Cinnamon who could not help me correct the situation, so I spoke with her supervisor Ricardo who again told me the order would be cancelled and yet another 7-10 business days I would receive my refund. I checked today 11/17 and the order is still open. I called again and spoke with Juan who told me my order had been "Escalated" but not yet cancelled, she transferred me to her supervisor "Diamond" who told me that she did NOT see that it had been escalated. No one there seems to know what is going on and is unable to help me resolve the problem that they created to begin with by misinforming me that the two items were cancelled and my charges refunded at the time I picked up the 1 item and purchased replacement items. This is not the way to treat the customers. With the holiday season approaching this could become a huge problem. The total amount charged was $163.98 the cost of the item I actually picked up was $11.88. This complaint has been filed with the bbb for resolution and so other consumers will see my experience with your walmart.com program."

Great Value Milk Review

Details
Can someone @ corporate explain to me why Great Value milk is .50 cents higher @ Bristow walmart than any other in the surrounding area? Prices were hiked during gasoline spike and never went back down when oil prices were reduced, so that can't be an excuse.
