When I try to go to my Wal Mart app,I get a message that it has to be updated. It never stops updating. I can't scan receipts or get past the message. Please fix this problem.

Walmart - Department Review from Naperville, Illinois

I have a Basset ring that I bought from a gal online. She needed to know my ring size. So while shopping at Walmart in IL, I stopped at the jewlery dept and asked to be szd. She told me an 7.5, so I texted the seller to have it szd to that. When I got it, I can't wear it. I took it to a jewler and found out I needed a 8.5 not 7.5! Now, it can't be resized due to the material. Walmart told me to file a claim snd has done nothing‼️ It was their employee that made the mistake that I'm out of a $$ ring. They need to take responsibility over their employee.

Do Not Use Walmart.com Especially here at the holiday shopping season. You will regret it!!

"10/29/15 I placed an order on walmart.com for 3 items. I received notification that my item(s) were ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick them up I was told that 2 of the 3 items were cancelled by walmart and my card was being refunded. So I proceeded to purchase different items that they had in stock. A few days later, walmart created a new order and charged my debit card and over drew my account and caused several overdraft charges including my mortgage payment. I called on 11/6 and spoke with Kenneth who informed me that he would "cancel my order" and my refund would happen in 7 to 10 business days. I noticed on 11/12 that the order was still open so I called again and spoke with Cinnamon who could not help me correct the situation, so I spoke with her supervisor Ricardo who again told me the order would be cancelled and yet another 7-10 business days I would receive my refund. I checked today 11/17 and the order is still open. I called again and spoke with Juan who told me my order had been "Escalated" but not yet cancelled, she transferred me to her supervisor "Diamond" who told me that she did NOT see that it had been escalated. No one there seems to know what is going on and is unable to help me resolve the problem that they created to begin with by misinforming me that the two items were cancelled and my charges refunded at the time I picked up the 1 item and purchased replacement items. This is not the way to treat the customers. With the holiday season approaching this could become a huge problem. The total amount charged was $163.98 the cost of the item I actually picked up was $11.88. This complaint has been filed with the bbb for resolution and so other consumers will see my experience with your walmart.com program."

Great Value Milk Review

Can someone @ corporate explain to me why Great Value milk is .50 cents higher @ Bristow walmart than any other in the surrounding area? Prices were hiked during gasoline spike and never went back down when oil prices were reduced, so that can't be an excuse.

I'm confused. Was the item he had already scanned the item you wanted to price match? If so, he would have had to void the one item off and ring it again at the matched price....

I have the same model and it lasted about 5 years until it no longer held a strong charge. I used it probably 10 times and would recharge it after use or if not used, recharge it after 4 months. It has been a great time saver for my car and helping others. It sounds like if it only lasted 7 months it was bad to start. I have been looking for any contact information too and have found none. But I went ahead and and had the battery replaced by a local battery store. I have been very happy with this model. I also bought one for each of my children and wifes car.

I checked your online store availability for the Pattie Labelle pies. I put my zip code in which by the way is (24012) and it listed all the area stores but one had the pies in stock. Not one of the stores had a single pie. I think you all should keep a better inventory online of what each store has. I know each stores cash register should keep a count of everything you all sell. But when you tell people that something in stock in a store you should have an adequate supply on hand, especially in several stores.

I purchased a computer online for my mother as a gift I received an email saying that the computer and the sleeve would be delivered on a certain date. Delivery on that date was a Ryder truck throwing the computer up on her porch without the second product which was a protective sleeve and the delivery had no signature required. I called Walmart about the second productive and found out there was an error. It was still in que and processing 14 days later. The guy apologized and said he would expedite the shipping. That I would get and email. I never got an email. I called back into Walmart.com trying to buy an extended warranty for the laptop And was given the runaround because the customer service person was in a third world country. I called three times And the customer service support was in Brazil and other third world countries. When i asked for a supervisor located in the USA I was told none where available even though it was 5:29 pm Central Standard Time. This is complete BS. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY *** FROM WALMART. IM STICKING TO AMAZON. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT SUPPORT - clear communication and the representatives I talk to LIVE IN THE COUNTRY I AM SPENDING MY MONEY IN!!!! Shame on you WALMART!!!! Support the people paying you from the USA!!!
