Walmart - Review in Supermarkets and Malls category from Marlborough, Massachusetts

I am so mad today as I visited the Walmart in Tewksbury, MA for the second time this week and NONE of the riding carts worked. None were plugged in to be able to charge. I was there the other day also and I did get one, but the red light was flashing and stopped working when I was in the back of the store. Had to leave today and couldn't do any Christmas shopping. That is just a disgrace. Won't be back to the Tewksbury store any time soon.

The riding carts aren't required by law,they are their as a courtesy. Unfortunately most people that use them don't have the foresight to re-plug them in. I use to work for

Wal-Mart and if you do go back their the best thing you can do is bring yours from your home,even though they are extremely heavy and take up a ton of space in the trunk

Not only that teens use them as well when they darn well do not need to use them. My friend is an assistant manager and has had to ask kids to get off the riding carts loads of times.

Placed an order on 11/28/15. Was suppose to arrive 12/03/15. Got an email from WalMart. It's going through Fedex Smartpost. (This company is NOT a Fedex company). Now the "expected" delivery date is 12/09/15. :0/ This was not a free shipping order. Never again will I order online from Walmart. I barely shop there. This is just a reminder why! Well let's see *** long it takes to get my package.

Just found out at my bank after seeing multiple 1.00$ charges on my checking account, that Walmart now charges extra dollar on amounts of 50 dollars or less when using credit cards. Just goes to show you that greed knows no bounds. I was really surprised at Walmart would do this to it's valued customers. Makes me fell less valued.

Walmart in Arvada, Colorado - Pissed off

I went into the store on 72nd and Sheridan on Sunday, December the 29th. I went to the photo kiosk and a lady by the name of maria was helping me develop some photos. During the procedure, she dropped my camera an Olympus Stylis. and she broke the memory card access door. She told me just to glue it. I was in Walmart the location in cutler bay Miami Florida which is the worst location, any time I go there's never what a need plus the costumer service is so poor.... I just want to mention my tonight's experience: it was late at night when you think if you go to Walmart you'll get what you need cause that what is Walmart for, but not in this specific location, I was trying to buy a juice for my 4 months baby and something else that a needed for him; first the juice area was empty, second when I was going to pay the one that I decide because a needed the juice it was ridiculous two lines only TWO lines for the bunch of people, but that's no the point there were employees walking around doing nothing but talking to each other... I'm sorry this is the first time that I do a complaint maybe it's something normal but I found that's is not a coincidence that is the same location that I found that poor costumer service and all other services that a found in other stores and I'm so frustrating because at the end I when home without the juice I couldn't wait for all that only TWO lines

Get off your high horse, lady. Cleary the worker got off work early so the department was shut down a bit earlier...amazing but it does happen.

Come back in the day time and not 45 minutes before YOU think it should close.

And I have to agree get over your tantrum of being told no...that's not rude service its a *** fact.

So you can't get it done...come back end of story don't pitch a fit. Why are people so entitled these days they think just because they say it so its gonna go POOF and happen?!

This is why 'customer is always right' has long since died!

Maybe your don't know this since you seem pretty ignorant, but if it just came in on the truck, it does take time to break the merchandise down. When walmart gets a truck, it is an entire trailer jammed packed with merchandise.

It is then unloaded onto pallets by department before it is taken to the floor to be stocked, so depending on what time they got their truck and what part of the process they were on, they probably could not just saunter on back and retrieve the item. Also, sometimes when things are scheduled to come in on the truck they never get loaded on and won't be received until the following truck arrives, so once again they would have to wait until everything is broken down to see if the item was delivered. The receiving area is generally blocked off to other associates while a truck is being unloaded as well for safety reasons. So it wasn't a matter of she wouldn't go check, she probably knew the truck want unloaded yet, but would be by 10pm, which she told you.

Also, the manager was probably trying to find out who he was supposed to be talking to.

There were probably a lot of customers at the front, so he approached the associate to see who needed to speak with him. Next time you go out in public please show some patience and realize there are other things going on that don't revolve around you.
