Walmart - Customer Care Review

There's an employee in the dairy department named Matt. Tall skinny guy. He followed me around like a *** and wouldnt answer any questions I had. Just stared at me. Had to stray from his area pretty far to stalk me. My husband had to get involved to make him leave. I was 8 months pregnant at the time. Freaked me out. That was June of 2016. Hopefully hes been let go. Sounds like I'm not the only one who's been harassed by him after asking around. Management didn't seem surprised by it when i reported it.

I know what you are talking about. Matt did the same to me, asked me for my cell phone number and if I wanted to fool around and I am a guy. I told him in not interested in that kind of stuff with other men.

Shameful conduct by customer service and corporate office

I received a gift , that was purchased at Walmart. The receipt was lost and exact date of purchase was unknown.I required receipt for warranty. I contacted the 1-800 line and was told by a representative " I would have kept the receipt". What a unprofessional comment. I asked her if she ever lost a receipt?? Fact is Walmart can retrace receipt with the product bar code,They just do not want to spend the time or manpower. I called corporate office in Mississauga and left a message. I received a call back from an alleged Corporate employee named Vee? Vee rushed me of the phone and called me back six days later and stated we are sorry nothing Walmart can do. Walmart has no problem taking customers money but refuse to go out of their way for the customer. What ever happened to the customer is always right?? I asked to speak with Vee superior and was told, this is as high as you will go. Unbelievable, customers have the right to speak to a higher level in any company. Be aware of this company and their conduct! I contacted T-FAL and they were more than helpful .

What is unprofessional is an "adult" that lost her receipt and does not want to face the consequences of it. The term "the Customer is always right" is outdated because of people like you who do not want to follow policy.

The same thing would have happened at Kmart or Target or any other store. What ever happened to growing up and accepting responsibility for your actions?

BAD EXPERIENCE

Worse company ever!!!Ordered a treadmill, motor did not work. Tried to return, only talked to one person after waiting 40 minutes, was told sounds like a computer issue, and have not heard from anything since! I have tried 6+ contacts, but company will not respond to emails or phone calls! Called walmart.com, they said they would speed up the process, let's see! If this does not work, I will be contacting the BBB on both! Walmart should not allow this company on their site! I would not recommend this company to anyone! Waiting on resolutions on the treadmill! I think company just wants us to give up!! Not this girl:(

Only issue is when can I have another?!

I have been consistently pleased with the Marketside salads I buy at Wal-mart. I have felt risky buying the Seafood salad (it has imitation crab,) but it has been great each time! I usually buy one or two and take them for lunch at work each week. I was disappointed the look and options changed... couldn't find the seafood, so I am trying the thai mango chicken for the first time. I LOVE IT. The portion is huge! Very generous with the portions compared to the other pre-packaged salads I have bought, although I could eat more chicken. The dressing is delicious, exceeding my expectations that it might be bland to meet more general taste-buds, but it has some kick

Walmart - Shipping Service Review

I ordered several items from the online website this order was requested to be shipped to my home.  I  received a email pertaining to the order with delivery dates.  After I was waiting for the order to be delivery I went into my account two orders were canceled by Walmart not by me ( hair dryer , nightgown a email letter informing me that technical error these items didn't go through.  I then proceeded to call them to see if by any chance that was sold out I was told no the site was down and there was errors on their part.  After 8 phone calls they finally reordered the two items unfortunately they charged my account several times for the same items $95 vs $56 I asked for a manager she didn't correct anything she kept switching me customer service they messed up the account more.  I was on the phone January 10th from 10 o'clock in the morning to 4:35 trying to straighten out this mess not one of them knew what they were doing they kept charging my credit card needless to say this morning when I saw that $95 I have to call them again on it and of course their going to say to me it's just spending that's not the correct amount of course they missed the whole point.  Oh this gets even better when they're telling me one item that they reordered has to be picked up at the store and the other one shipped to home my respond to them no way I am not going to the store for one item I put shipped to home not pick up. They messed up my account so awful this is the worst experience I've ever had ordering anything online.  How do you go in someone's account charge and charge and charge. So I called again they said they're not going to charge me for shipping well that's the way it was supposed to be in the beginning and they were going to straighten out the account and credit my card fat chance of that being corrected or being done the right way.  I don't trust them at all they don't have a clue what they're doing.  I received another email telling me the items that they really will be delivered on the 11th.  I proceeded to go back into my account online to find out it said the 19th here we go again.    I spend hundreds of dollars online shopping at your store never again this is been the worst experience of my 9-year shopping online with all my other accounts this is the by far the worst.

I have a complaint that as driver delivery to Walmart it's your freight why would you charge me to unload your freight or I can unload but would have to break it down to deliver to your store most of your stores want allow trucks to park on your property but you sure want me and my family to spend our money with you and I can promise you that I will not spend another dime with walmart. Walmart - Customer Care Review

Since Sam Walton died Walmart has gone down hill. We went in to return a shop.vac that didn't work. We were told that we had to have the instructions for the Shop-Vac but since we didn't have them we had to go home and get them. Which is what we did came back and the manager that was there stated that she would not take it back because she said that the people that took it in there were belligerent and have the police come up there and tell us because she was too big a chicken *** to go in there and do it yourself. So since they did what they did to the receipt which they completely avoided it out in the system we can't return it to anywhere so we're stuck with the Shop-Vac that doesn't even work.

i wish to file a complaint against Walmart in Sebastian Florida of there customer service. on telling me that i can;t send money now when did Walmart employees start telling consumer .. on what she or he can do. they are very rude all of there employees and there manager is just as rude person him self this Walmart is also high in there prices compared to another Walmart what is up with that... i have stop shopping at that Walmart now cause you can;t do what you like there and when it is your own business of what you do its my money not there.

I think what he or shes is trying to say is that they were trying to send money to someone else through Western Union. The employee said "no" and because she was told no he is concluding that the employee was rude.

Now whether this is true or not is not for us to decide since we were there. Maybe she is concluding that the employee was rude because she was told "no" or maybe the employee was rude.

great value great value artificial sweetener packets in the boxes are not sealed shut on the ends of packets on one end and sweetener is inside box and spilling all over counter when removing from the box.
