Bought printers ink & therapy lotion, but it was not in the bag Went back with receipt, said they watched video and was put in our bag, Not in our bag, or anywhere to be found, Talked to asst, manager, manager would not talk to me,, Called corporate, very nice lady, had rec'd my e-mail, still haven't heard anything Ink was for printing bulletins for the church, offered one of them to come to the house or even the police to check for the ink & lotion No response,, Went to Meijer and bought ink, so bulletins for church could be printed,, so out $40.94 to Wal- Mart, on limited income Thinking about calling local t.v. station, that settles problems like this,, The Troubleshooter,, Howard Ain,, We need honest people working there I have no reason to lie, I am the Pastors wife and work from home,

Walmart - Poor online experience

I ordered a coffee maker from walmart.com, it was suppose to be in a few days later. I never got the e-mail saying it had arrived, so I patiently waited 5 days after it was suppose to be in, I called the walmart 800 number. Basically they said it was 'stuck' , so I should cancel the order and reorder.. I ask why I should have to do that, why don't they just ship it to the store,,they said that is just the way they do it. I talked to 4 different people in customer service, 3 were nice, the last one was just plain rude. She said "we aren't trying to compete with amazon.com (which is obvious from my experience) , and she didnt' care if I liked it or not. She told me "this time of year (this was October 4), we have a lot of problems like this",,,,,,,,,,I will never order anything from them going forward, in fact I probable will stop shopping at the store,,they are a company that has gotten too big and doesn't care about customer service anymore.

I think I'm probably the most patient and forgiving customer in the world but lately, even Walmart's inability to properly place price labels on their shelves is starting to p!ss me off! I have complained many times about the retail industry's inability to properly price and label store shelves with the corresponding item. Now I believe its planned, a sort of conspiracy theory to actually confuse customers so that they experience sticker shock at the checkout. This is one simple thing stores could do to help their customers, but this issue is never fixed or resolved. I've recently stopped shopping at Target for this very reason, Walmart is next on my hit list.

I have ordered from walmart.com site to store for years. Within the past year I have had orders lost in transit, up to 15 days delivery time and other communications problems with the customer service department. I have been lied to about lost orders after the delivery day passed without my order arriving at the store for pick-up. Three days for processing the order and twelve days to arrive at the store for pick up is Walmart's new online order process. I recently read that Walmart has laid off hundreds of people. Did they lay off everyone in Customer Service? I have sent several messages regarding my recent order and not one response from anyone. In addition, the day I placed my order, the price dropped $20.00.
