Why was my order delayed

I bought bed frames on September 20th and still haven't received my order and today is October 6th which is ironic considering it was supposed to be here on Sunday the 26th.

I bought a 70 inch tv online ...when I received it ...the screen was broke this was in August....I've been giving the run around ever since a company called pilot picked the TV up on Sept. 24 and been told 3 times that the money would be on my card in 24 hours of course it all been a lie

Never got my groceries

They delivered my groceries to the wrong address, so I never recieved them. My family and I are suffering from covid, so we have to quarantine for 14 days. It doesn't help that they can't resubmit my order. They said they would refund my money, okay great, but I don't have the money to do it again until I recieve it back. And I have children in my home.

Signed up for Walmart's Delivery Service today, which offered me a 15 day trial, then $12.95 a month. Placed an order and my debt card has already been charged a $9.95 delivery fee. Payment is not even due until after the 15 day trial is over, on 10/21. What a lousy way to treat your loyal customers. You're so intent on getting your money that you didn't even do the right thing. There was absolutely no justifiable reason to rip me off. Why offer a free trial if you're not even going to honor it? Tried to call you and no answer. I am beyond disgusted. Warning others so hopefully you won't rip them off as you did me, a diabled senior on a fixed income.

Very poor delivery service

This is very dissatisfying your company screwed me again and always some sort of excuse after another

User's recommendation: If you can drive to the store, delivery sucks, excuse after excuse, and not once have offered compensation for their night mare,, I am considering using Amazon from now on at least they take care of their customers unlike Walmart.

If they were sending a replacement iPad and when will it get here .

Cant return a purchase at store level

My review? The *** you taking about what review ? I'm complaining about the fact I COULD NOT return my Bluetooth headphones that were less than 24 hours old. Yes I paid cash. Yes I couldn't figure and the receipt did e to the fact it was there wn in the garbage and taken to the landfill by the Polk County refuse. Not everyone else m the world today has a credit and or debit card. Quite honestly we shouldn't have to. But the C.S. rep I dealt with flat out said " NO RECEIPT, NO RETURN" !! The sad messed up part is that I didn't want to return them for money. I simply wanted to exchange them for A WORKING PAIR.

Only half of order over charge and cancel the rest of order didnt have it in stock

Over charge on the part of order I did receive I only order 20 items and charge for40 and the other part that u didn't have in stock. I cancel and still charge !!!!!
