I've just got double charged by Walmart today. The guy asked me to insert the card with the chip into the slot.

Then the machine said it's done and ask me to remove the cart. Then the guy said "oh no it didn't go thru, please insert the card again." So I believed him and inserted the card again. When I got home, I got email messages from my CC bank that it was double charged with the same amount within 1 minute.

It now makes me think twice before going to Walmart again. - Lancaster, PA.

Would not let me return a whole bolt of material! I purchased the whole bolt!!! It was never cut! They need to post a sign in the fabric department that no fabric - cut or uncut can be returned! Bad policy. Whole bolts uncut should be returnable!!!

They do have signs in the fabric department stating this. Maybe you need to take mommy, daddy or another adult to the store with you so they can read this sign to you. Maybe you should also have asked their permission before making the purchase, or better known you truly wanted the fabric before purchasing.

oh and you are right there is a sign but my daughter is six and cannot read well so she could not read the sign that says you have to be 18 and i did not read it not because i have bad grammar but because i was far from the sign, i only saw it after the manager told me that she had to be 18, and i said i would use the machie and she said i was to leave because i was hassling her and her employees. she said the four people were on break and i said i don't care i come here all the time and know they work here, and just cause they don't have uniform does not mean they cannot help me.

who is the *** that is making these changes?? walmart used to be my store of choice, no more, it is a mess, unorganized,terrible management,I had to tell the cashier to ring my cat food both times when I was there.they took away my favorite products and replaced them with these high priced items, they had better get someone that has a brain to make the correct changes,not these frantic futile attempts that are just making the store a bigger mess, I used to buy all my paint there, I can't even get waited on. I am doing more shopping at smiths and home depot now, walmart is not rated well anymore for me.

I purchased a tv with a three year extended warranty from Walmart a little over a year ago. The tv recently started acting up.

It just keeps restarting it self every few minutes or so. I filed three claims, sent the tv to technical support three times and it’s still doing the same thing.

I told them why not just replace it, they tell me that’s not an option. I will never purchase another electronic or warranty from Walmart again.

This is not an anger issue and I don't how anyone can arrive at that conclusion in this matter as described above by Anonymous #1117275. This was a complaint that was submitted and was corrected accordingly.

How does this pose as an anger issue? This complaint is not about anger issues. Under what logic are you trying to impose?

There is such a thing called righteous anger and it is normal. Go take your anti-gun, anti-angry theories, and belief system some where else.

Here it is damned if you do, and damned if you don't. Some people find it offensive and annoying if they are constantly asked for help.

Others like yourself expect people working with the public to be mind readers and know when you need help. I think the best advice is to ask for help if needed. Since you are unale to do that have a parent shopping with you so they can speak for you.

It is clear to me that you are a shy and lonely person and you really are desperate for someone to talk to you, even if it is to ask if you need help. My advice, change your attitude and you will have friends to talk to and won't get offended if someone in retail or fast food ect asks if you want help because you are so desperate for someone to talk to you.
