The cashiers and other associates cannot delete or cancel your order. They can mark it as picked up, or refund it, that is all.

Your story does not make sense. Sounds to me like you showed up too early to pick it up and are trying to pass the blame to someone else.

I was not waited on at walmart customer service after assisting other clients in the same line.I was told by the cashier that the manager would not give her the correct number to access the money order machine so that she could keep the line moving.

I stood in the line for over 25 minutes and still did not receive service.

I assisted a customer in the line who was not familiar with the system in order to assist with the long line and still did not receive any assistance myself.The manager would not come to customer service after he had been standing there for a long time while the line was extremely long

Oh, I see these old people walking all over the store using those dreaded 'canes' that COULD be used for attacking people.

Have you seen the spiked cleats on the ends! We must get rid of those also!!!!!

Maybe we need to take the canes away from these 'supposedly' old people too! Let them hobble around the store.

Walmart - Credit Card Review from Franklin, Ohio

I tried to open a credit card at the Dayton Mall, ohio store, they were advertising a $25 savings off $75 spent. The new cashier had no idea how to possess me. I had to ask her to call for help. The person whom finally showed up to help was not very helpful in her explanation, then she tried to assist me, at 3 different registers and couldn't. Everything time I go to shop at any Wal-Mart, I swear I never will again. I am a customer service employee for a living, we would never let this happen where I work. I buy a item in walmark.com and I cance6the order before they star the delivery process and they send the item anyway. I refuse the delivery fedex return the item to them and i state waiting for a refund on my credit card . I be calling them every week but no refund. Who ever buy from them online be careful they will get you money and will be a long fight before you get yoy money back

Walmart in Memphis, Tennessee - Manager would not assist.

Threatening to shop elsewhere or return merchandise back to the store just because they didn't change their policy for you is your choice. I hope you have all your receipts and your within the 90 day window.

No cash refunds without receipt and store credit only up to a certain amount without a receipt. Hard to believe that all 3 air mattresses wouldn't hold air. You sound like a borrower. One that buys an item for a temporary need then returns it when no longer needed.

The airbed policy is hanging up in the department and at customer service and it applies to everyone! What makes you think your better than anybody else?
