I got money Stolen off money card and was sent another card that couldn't be activated this the $134.46 on it that was paid to me for the Stolen card money and now I can't log in to my account customer service said I had to do it online and told them couldn't log in to my account 50 times went to green Dot and they wouldn't help and sent me back to Walmart money card account people whom are NO HELP at all the money was taken back in February and I'm just now getting it back and can't get into my Walmart money card account and the automated system won't never let me in know where in the *** is my money

Walmart Unlawful Receipt Checkers

When exiting Walmart there is often a line to get out the door. Ordinarily like most people when there is not a line we have allowed them to check our receipts.

However when it takes 30 minutes just to check out. You can refused to wait in another line while someone checks your purchases before leaving the store. You have the right to refuse an illegal search anytime that is your right. And then making it worse you're being detained by someone stating that you cannot leave until they check your receipt.

Turn on your phone or have someone with you record everything. Because by so doing these things Walmart in my opinion is accusing you of theft and you should be insulted. You may consider calling the police explain to them that you are being accused of theft and would like an officer to witness the return of your purchases.

Make sure to ask the police officer for a copy of his or their report. If you choose to consult an attorney and file a lawsuit for being accused of theft in front of hundreds of store customers and employees, mention unlawful search and that you are being detained.

Therefore, I suggest walking over to customer service, producing your receipt, and returning everything that you just purchased and demanding your money back.

They tried to scan my receipt. I told them no.

They told me I had to wait and produce my receipt for them to scan. Again I told them no and asked them why.They said because their manager told them to. I told them to get their manager because I have a few words for them. I told them in so many legal words it's illegal for them to check my receipt and scan it.

They went to get the manager and I left the store.

Next time I came back, I told the people in front of me they do not have to submit to it and they can leave the store. They've stopped checking and scanning receipts since then.

I to got Stopped at Walmart, but I had only purchased 3 items. Why are they checking small purchases and the over flowing carts went right passed us?? I felt violated and when calling to complain, I found out this is voluntary and we don't need to give them our receipt, we have legal rights to refuse!

I was just asked to show my receipt which is fine but then he said "can I take a peek in ur bag?" Like what?? I had nothing to hide so I obliged but I didn't hear him ask the person in front of me or behind me.

I was really offended. I go to Walmart all the time and have never been asked to look in my bag.

Yeah, it may be stupid to choose to drive across town rather than submit to a vaguely intrusive act, but really, does it honestly in your opinion equate to someone being a bad person? Just think on that for a minute.

I have made some purchases with Walmart online. All my purchase was cancelled and never received any of them paid in full

I paid for three purchases and paid them in full one night online. And I was cancelled on all three purchase and never received none of my purchases in mail. I did pay for all three of them. And Walmart left a note saying they have not received any money for purchases. I called my debit card.cmpany And they told me that I have paid for three purchase off my card. I was told from the Walmart support team on phone to call customer support for my.refund for purchases not received and I was denied in Walmart Canada customer service. Please help me with this issue and receive me my money back. Thank you. God bless.

I began trying to purchase a computer from Walmart on 2/9/2020. I ordered the computer online using my contact information and my partners credit card. Order number was 312206*-348286. This order was cancelled immediately without any explanation, contact or follow up. We were contacted by my partner's credit card company. They put a hold on the card to verify that she had given permission for this order. We sorted that out with the card company and I placed the order again. This second order number was 312206*-653315, also placed on 2/9/2020. I received an email from Walmart on 2/10/2020 asking us to verify the phone number so that they could call us and verify the purchase. We replied to the email and verified via phone. On 2/11/2020, I received an email stating that the order was cancelled again. I then purchased the item again using my debt card. Hoping that matching names and addresses would solve the issue. It did not. This order was 313207*-422936 The order was cancelled almost immediately. I called Walmart to try to figure out what was happening. I was told that the security system automatically cancelled my order and that I would have to wait 24hrs to place the order again. I asked what could be done to make up for the 3 days of trouble I had trying to place this order, especially now that I would have to pay expedited shipping to receive my item on time. I had my call escalated to a supervisor named Edwin. Edwin told me that he could give me a $20 gift card and that Walmart would credit me for the cost of the expedited shipping. I was given a reference number for this, 200211****94. I called today, 2/12/2020, before placing the order to make sure everything was good. I was told that I could only get reimbursed for one type of shipping but not another. The one they said they could do was inadequate for the time I would need the product, seeing as we were 4 days late in placing the order now. I gave them the reference number and was told there was nothing on there about the price of shipping, only that they would do it. So the person I was speaking to was making the price decision then and there. I asked to speak to a supervisor again and was transferred to John at the resolutions department. John informed me that they cannot reimburse for any shipping what-so-ever. I asked about partial refunds, account credits or gift cards to cover the cost of the shipping. He said it is not possible to do any of those things outside of a $25 gift card. All of which is clearly not true. Credits to accounts can be done or bigger amounts of gift cards can certainly be given to cover the extra cost I am now incurring. All told, I was lied to multiple times by multiple different employees. I was promised I would be compensated for the trouble I was put through in trying to order the product. If I had not called before placing the order, I would have been charged for expedited shipping with the promise of having it refunded and I would have been told 'no' after the fact and lost that money. This type of business practice is dishonest and deplorable. Companies should be held accountable for promises their employees make to customers the same way incorrect posted prices are honored. The two situations are identical. I will not be shopping at Walmart again and will be urging others to do the same.

Quit trying to order expensive items using a credit card that doesn't belong to you. Use your own card and you wouldn't have this problem.

So, first off, my partner verified with her card company and with Walmart that she authorized this transaction. Second, the third order was done with my card.

So, you're wrong.

The problem started with your using someone else's card and names not matching for 2 orders. When you placed the 3rd order it appeared suspicious to their system and caused the cancelation as well. In the future when you place orders use your own card and quit blaming companies that have security measures in place to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards.

Yes I understand that. But I should be able to make a joint purchase for my home with my partner using either of our cards.

We called and told them that we were using the cards like that. We verified that they purchase was not fraud and that it was authorized. That's why those authorization procedures exist right? We went through them and still were cancelled.

You're also missing the point where I was lied to about how I would be compensated for the hassle.

That's the part where the company did wrong. When the security system flags my purchase, the customer service employee doesn't then have the right to lie and say whatever they want to get me to purchase from them again and then not hold up their offer.

I need a receipt for my Acer 14 chrome laptop I bought online from Wallmart the beginning of May. I need it to have the date of purchase on it so that I can validate my warranty. I have called customer service twice and twice I have been told they would send it to me. I have never gotten it!

I recently moved down from Maine to Alabama to care for my elderly mother who has diabetes. I do not know anything about diabetic supplies and upon purchasing a double package of ReliOn Premier not prime but Premier by accident. I called the store and I was told I could not return them. I realize there a bloodborne pathogen laws however I have taken classes through OSHA and know that blood-borne pathogen applies to products that are opened or exposed and these have not been opened they're still in the box with the seal on it I merely just need the prime box not the premier. My mother is on a fixed income and they are telling me that I have to throw away perfectly fine test strips that were $17 and change. There's no bloodborne pathogen exposure here in any situation and if you can't make any exceptions knowing that it still has the seal on it then something's wrong here. I also know that if I ordered it online and they sent it incorrectly they would have to give me the correct box so there's a two-way street here. I even asked the Pharmacy Tech that and he said Gee, I dont know. This is no different than if I was a customer picking up an item off a shelf and reviewing it and then setting it back down or having it in my cart and deciding not to purchase it at checkout. Who's to say that the person handling the package didn't have Anthrax or AIDS or some communicable disease. We don't know these issues but I do know that the seal is on the box and packaging Inside the Box have not been tampered with. I went to their website for complaints and it kept kicking back my complaint. I checked the box saying I wasn't a robot and checked the local store. It wouldn't process. I have family and friends working at WalMart in 3 different states and I am truly disappointed. If you don't care about my business then keeping making these unrealistic demands and don't blame it on State Law. After time, you will see WalMart diminish because of these idiotic decisions by Management. Amazon will own them one day and then we wont have any stores to frequent. Trust me, I am 55 and no one saw Amazon coming and look at who all it affected. If you dont think over time word of mouth and boycotting doesnt affect a business, then think again and look around. No more malls, just strip malls. I realize this is just a box of testing strips but it is the principal and I was raised to do the right thing and never cause scenes but you know what, I am tired of being a doormat for ignorant people.

I wouldn't want to purchase a product like this that someone had purchased and returned. Who knows what kind of tampering could have been done while it was out of the store. Let this be a lesson that you should be sure you are choosing the correct medical products before you purchase them.

What difference does it make if it is still in a bag? I once had a customer return a garage door opener.

The box was still stapled shut with those big industrial staples. Who would have thought it had even been opened.

Turns out the box was full of wood blocks cut perfectly to fit and fill the box. I think its good that stores don't accept the return of foods or medicine.

First of all your comparison is so way off. My box of strips is very small.

you can see the seal still in tact. the plastic adhesive that is circular in shape which they put on the lip is flush and smooth. you cannot use tape or glue or anything once you have seen the box. The garage door opener box is obviously easier for people to re-staple considering these days the bigger boxes are stapled.

Another fact I would like to point out, I am a grown woman who has worked in the retail sector for many years as a part time job. I don't appreciate all of the assumption that I would even think of tampering with the box.

Like I said, if I had ordered it online and they made the mistake they would be sending a replacement. So basically, it is all red tape.

Thursday night got a call from the pharmacy recall on my wife's medication come in asap to return old med. and pick up new ones. After a bunch of waiting around, because everyone was confused what to do no big deal turned in old med. and got the new ones they still wanted to charge a copay for a recall same person waited on us. We had to explain that was not right finally we got it straighten out, but I bet a lot of people are paying there copay on recalled med and that is not right. Not happy with WalMart in Jefferson Wisconsin.

When people stop buying them. As long as people are willing to purchase cheap bikes rather than going to a bike shop and buying a quality bike they will keep selling them.

No one is forcing anyone to buy a cheap bike. Consumers make the choice of what quality of product they purchase.
