I jus come back from Walmart in Salisbury NC / cashier told me that system is down and asked me to slide my card again / I did .When I come home I went on line banking and saw they charged my card tree times. I go back an ask supervisor to fix he sad I have t come back again in am because he has nobody to fix that problem . I asked him to find cashier and educate her so it will not happen to other what happen to me / he did not. I have to go tomorrow again and spend my free time on something that I did not do anything wrong. I will never use my card in walmart again.

The cashier does not need to be educated on this matter, because it was not their fault. Those registers mess up sometimes. Be better off if you went to your bank and told them the situation.

I agree, hopefully if the OP's computer glitches they think he is uneducated, but judging from his review he probably is anyway. Chances are if he was the one sliding the card it is him that needs to be educated. Whoever made the mistake, customer, cashier, or machine, this person needs to be educated with basic English 101.

Site sucks2015, this issue isn't how well the person speaks or writes English, it is about being charged more than once for the same thing. Maybe it's not the cashiers fault, maybe it's the computer, the scanner, a bad strip on the card.

This has happened to myself as well and my money means something to me, I'm not just giving it to Walmart for free. You might want to come down off your high horse once in a while.

Are you a Walmart manager/employee?? You should stop judging everyone that comments here like you are above all cause you definitely not.

If they are going to say someone needs to be educated, than they should at least appear educated themselves. Also you yourself are uneducated.

Just because someone tells people that they are wrong does not mean that they work for the company. Anyone over the age of eleven would know this. Grow up, just because someone tells the customer they are wrong does not mean they work for the company. You must have low IQ to believe this.

I took my truck to walmart in surprise az for an oil change. What a rip off. Was supposed to be the $29.88 oil change. They tried charging $55.88. After 35 min waiting for them to resolve the issue . we got in out truck to discover that out clock time was changed to 1pm when in fact it was almost 7pm. And all out radio channels that were programed where changed. They lied saying that they used bottled oil when I saw them with the bulk oil hose going into the engine compartment. They said my washer resevoir had a leak. It didnt leak before it got there. Still have to verify that they did not punture it. I will never do business with walmart again.

Today I decided i needed tires for the winter. I went to longmont Walmart at 2514 Main st .I left my car and went shopping. When i went to check on my car a gentlman came out and said Are you the owner of that car? I told him Yes and he ask me to come out to the car. I though I had major Promlems BUT He asked me why i wanted to buy new tires when these were perfectly good. Not very often do you find such an honest person who cares more about the customer than making a sale. I will be back when i need tires,my family will be purchasing tires there and I will be telling all my friends about my experiance. What a wonderfull world this would be for shoppers if there were More Davids in the world THANK YOU THANK YOU!

I was warned by my sister many years ago that when WalMart comes to town their prices are super low for several years. Then as you become their customer and they've put numerous businesses out of business they start raising their prices slowly until you wonder what happened.

They are a greedy company with a horrible reputation with the way they treat their employees. After their latest earnings report I hope those Walton's get another kick in the pants.

Listen: I don't know about other stores, but I know why this happens in mine. See, the handheld we use has an option called "bulk scanning" to allow us to do fabric cuts and tag it.

The problem comes in here: Practically no one has a login that allows them to access it. I do, but I'm not allowed to leave electronics if I don't want to get in serious trouble. One other associate in the store has access to it during my shift, and she's very hard to find.

All managers have access to it.

The obvious solution would be to five everyone access to this option, but they won't. Not because it costs anything, but because it would take all of two seconds to add it, and they don't want to spend that kind of time helping customers.

My advice: Ask a manager for it directly when you see them.

They tend to be wearing different colored shirts and have radio earpieces in. They will either handle it, or send someone able to.

If they don't, take the manager name on the top of the receipt and call in the mornings or later afternoon, asking to speak to them. The one on the reciept is the overall store manager and will get something changed, if prompted enough.

I actually cut my own fabric when I was at a Walmart. I got so tired of the same thing.

Waiting and waiting and being ignored. So when I got to the counter to pay for it and they asked me how much it was I told them and oh they got someone to help me really quick. It's terrible to actually ask someone to do their job. Seriously, it doesn't take much to measure, cut, and tag it with a price that you don't even have to calculate.

I know because it took them 30 seconds to tag my item after I had cut it. :)

Nobody will take responsibility for the wrong delivery, if you return they will keep delivering the wrong product and will not even refund for the wait and stress. Extremely disappointed and will never order again from Walmart, costumer service it is WORSE (they can even be rude or close the phone if they don't like your complain), and they don't even care if you are a dissatisfied costumer. I ordered a mattress and first time they delivered the wrong size, I called the center after that and they adjusted a new order with the right size but again they delivered the wrong size.

Oh, the stress... Give me money. I can't help but think Walmart's around the world have figured out that when a customer goes in demanding compensation for, well whatever, it sets off the "*** alert".

From there, well, good luck 'cuz even when they're trying really hard not to, they screw up quite often. But, I'll bet, when they secretly want to *** up - 'cuz you're a *** - the sky's the limit.

while the associates are supposed to watch each individual closely. they call it aggressive hospitality, sounds like the associate was being rude.

If the associate did indeed cuss at you, call the hotline. If management doesn't know she is being rude to customers they can't do anything about it.
