Cant get to the store to return an item.need a return address label sent to my home

I need to return an item (2) actually. This order was suppose to be cancelled, so dont know what went wrong. I dont own a printer, so cannot print out a return label at all. Please send a label to my home address please. Cant go to the store with this Corona virus and all stores closed. Can you send a UPS return label please and UPS can pick the package up. There was no Slip or invoice inside which is wrong of Walmart,s shopping dept.....papadoulis6000@***.com

Update: After speaking with an attorney, we determined it would be too complex and very costly to go against a corporate giant. I will no longer use the Walmart Capital One Credit card; therefore, I paid my entire live balance in full.

The switch from Synchrony to Capital One is a joke. They have taken a promo offer of mine that is set to expire 12/29/19 and have it all jazzed up.
I always pay my promos one month before the actual expiration.

With the switch to Capital One, my Oct 2019 payment, I paid the transaction balance on the statement plus over for the promo. I only had a 60.45 promo balance left going into Nov 2019 statement. This statement I PAID IN FULL, but they still show a promo balance for Dec 2019 statement.
Capital One told me they only use $28.00 from my payment and apply it to my promo balance. Then they use the remaining money to pay the statement transaction balance due.

If there is still an overage of payment, they apply it to future purchases. Why are they not putting the overage amount towards the promotional balance?
I said those purchases made after the statement's closing date, should apply to the next monthly bill. Now I will not be able to pay off the promo balance before the due date since they only apply the $28.00 minimum. They said I would need to pay the current live balance in full to pay off the promotional offer by my expiration date.

Read the back of your statement Capital One, in your own words, you take the first $28.00 minimum due and apply it to the lowest APR.
Any additional money is then applied to the highest APR balance, and then back to the lowest APR. Therefore, since I paid additional funds over the current statement balance, those funds should be applied back to the lowest APR, which is my PROMO!!!! You are an unethical and scrupulous company! Shame on Walmart for entering a joint venture with them!

Tell you customers to start wearing a mask or scarf

This loud mouth man was shouting at people in the store to not go near him. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves and he was the one polluting the air with HIS breath.

Not one employee in the store told this man to pipe down. He just kept ranting at everyone.

People if your going to come to the store without a mask, scarf or gloves and display a Dont come near me attitude then just stay home. Its hard enough shopping and staying away from one another without having to listen to your nastiness.

I witnessed the same not only in Walmart but groceries stores too. I’ve seen people covering their faces and wearing gloves and still getting yelled at by people not wearing anything at all.

It’s hard trying to stay six feet apart when your trying to get down an aisle with others in it. Especially when their reaching in front of you for something.

I’ve noticed that too. People are going into the store and saying Don’t bring your germs near me.

And getting really defensive. I’m risking my life everytime I’m in a store but I don’t become aggressive towards others. People need food to live. That’s just the way it is and if people don’t want other people near them than just stay home.

Sometimes when your in a area of a store it becomes hard to stay six feet apart when everyone is in the same spot. I can’t wait for this to be over.

I find that too. People are becoming more and more nastier in stores.

I wear a mask and gloves and try to maneuver through the store while trying to stay six feet apart from others and still I get dirty looks. I was waiting in line and dropped an item on the floor and bent over to pick it up and the man in front me turned around and yelled at me.

I was no where near him. It’s getting so bad shopping now that I’m going to try to limit my shopping trip to once a week.

My order cancelled after getting message for more money

I am very disapointed placed an order Saturday night, could not get a pick up date until Tuesday March 17. I got an e mail on the 16th saying I was short of money, I sent $30.00 to Capital one, when I got to the store I was told my order was cancelled. I had contact in the afternoon of the 16th and an order number. I am 73 and have a heart condition, I do not want to go in any store. I have been very happy with the situation until today. I have recommende the service to other seniors. I can only say I am very disapointed. I would think thatnot encouraging people into stores at this time is disapoiting. John C. Don't believe what staff promise

We bought a portable stove after our entire town burned down but never used it. We called the store and they said we could return it even after the 90 day return time passed by about 30 days. When we drove a long distance to return it they claimed we can't return it after all. We called corporate and they were disrespectful and dishonest about honoring what the customer service staffer promised. The acting manager at the store also was devious about this. We will buy ott Walmart because they do not honor their own offers of special help. If they had of just said no from the start that would be one thing. But this enticement to drive all the way to town from our mountain home is not acceptable. Walmart thinks they are invincible just like Sears thought. They are not; they will go bankrupt too. Honesty in what you say and promise is paramount even if Walmart doesn't yet understand that.

Bayonne nj store not following social distancing or proper use if masks

The store is dirty! Your employees are wearing masks improperly! Some of them are not wearing it at all! The store doesnt coming how many, people come into the store! Customers are walking in without masks, and nothing is said to them! There are no wipes to clean the carts! Do something about it!

Where else would that be? When you live in rural areas, SHOPPING ELSEWHERE is easier said than done.

The truth is, it should be against the law to not provide the sanitizing wipes in stores during this pandemic. Walmart is really failing their customers during this crucial time. I am angrier each time I put myself at risk going to their store, and the same shelves are empty.

We need to just stay home and not give Walmart anymore business. I know people are getting tired of staying home, but I have found that having Directv and Percocet makes it much, much easier.

Who are you to tell someone when they should be happy? If the stores that are open aren't providing what customers need, what is there to be happy about.

I will be happy when I can buy Clorox and Lysol wipes, the first of the month people must be hoarding everything. Please raise prices enough to keep the first of the month customers from affording the scarce items. Trust me, they never cared about cleanliness before this pandemic. Do I think I am better than them?

No. Do I think I smell better than them? Absolutely!!! If supplies are limited, please raise prices.

All I want is to be able to buy the amount of these items that I normally would. I have plenty of money so I don't care if prices are high. Stores are allowing the first of the month people to buy as much as they want. I have always wished that their could be separate stores for poor people, that way the rest of us could avoid the overcrowding at the first of the month.

And lets face it, the majority of them smell bad so let them have their own store. Who else agrees?
