I slipped on dog food that was spilled on the floor in front of the dog food display, I cracked my phone and hurt my lower back I told C's manger who took my contact information and said someone would contact me and still haven't heard from anyone

What do you expect them to do? If you were watching where you were walking rather than concentrating on you phone you would have seen the dog food and not walked on it. Time to grow up and take some responsibility for you own actions.

Package not deliverd

Somehow my package was lost Drew transportation. I have been waiting on some face mask I ordered on March 29th they were supposed to arrive at my resident April 14th by 8. I was overcharged for 100 facemasks for $98. When I track my package. Something happened during transportation between Jacksonville in Atlanta Georgia. I was in need of my face mask do to covid-19. I needed them for protection for my family and me. So now I have to go out without my face being protected. I would like some type of accommodation for my inconvenience. Thank you

Rather than posting multiple times on a complaint site not related to Walmart you would be better off contacting Walmart or the seller you purchased them from on Walmart's web site for a replacement or refund.

Bought toys name HyPer toys http://hypertoys.com/product/hyper-toys-drift-king-2-4-ghz-rc/ And it not working, try to exchange but Walmart said consumer contact manufacturing, they only get money and run, the website has no contact, and it said sold item at Walmart as well. Also Warmart sale kid bikes and more, it could be dangerous for kid if kind of quality like this website, so Canadians be careful with kind of business like Walmart

I placed two online orders for toilet paper and a third order for vitamin C with Wal-Mart online. At the time of order all three items were in stock. After waiting several days for tracking numbers, all three orders were cancelled. I suspect the vendors were holding out for more money for these popular items.

Abusive Treatment

What's the use of complaining about Walmart. My experience is rotten when it comes to Walmart. I made an inquiry about a new shipment of toilet paper. I was told by the security guard to "move it". As a customer, I regard this as a threat. Do you think Walmart will do anything about this, no way. All their interesting in is protecting their profit margin. You are limited to the items available for purchase. When you inquire about items, the store managers will not give you the time of day. Finally, as you check out, the snotty cashiers will not you place your items in additional bags. So, I say to my fellow shoppers, who needs this abusive treatment. Just purchase your groceries elsewhere.

Yes, I agree with the two comments. My complaint was poorly written.

I left out the inquiry I made as to the toilet paper left over in the shipment to the manager.

As far as going to another store, I will certainly do that. This whole experience with Walmart is not worth the hassle.

You Can't Cancel An Order On-line Once It's Placed And The Delivery Date Changes to 5+ Days Later

Items showing in stock, and ordering on-line to pick up 2 days later, should NOT have a WEEK LATER for delivery ONCE YOU PLACE THE ORDER.

Walmart assumes everyone has time to WASTE, but I DON'T. My time is VALUABLE, IT'S FOR SALE, JUST LIKE THE ITEMS WALMART SELLS.

Saturday, Nov 30, 2019, I placed an order for a 10 pk of Hane's women's crew socks which showed that I could pick up that day, but I wanted to pick up 2 days later, Monday. After placing the order my e-mail said it would be in by "Friday, Dec 6, 2019".

Monday, Dec 2, I was Walmart shopping so I passed through the women's sock dept and found Hane's women's crew socks 10 pack so I purchased them. The clerk in the women's dept said I should be able to cancel the order with no problems.
Wrong! I tried several times to cancel it and couldn't, so I got in a Chat session with Customer Care Agent Walter O, this was just before 1:00 PM CST. He said, "I’ve completed the cancellation request.

As a reminder, if the cancellation request is successful you’ll receive an email confirming your item has been cancelled. This typically happens within 48 hours. You may also check the status of your cancellation request in Your Account."
I checked the status every day and it showed "Cancellation Requested".
Friday, Dec 6, 3:19 PM, I get an e-mail that my order was ready for pickup! Now I had to make a special trip to Walmart to pick it up and RETURN IT!

Monday, Dec 9, I went AFTER WORK, was in line WAITING for someone to come to the PICK UP DESK at 4:20 PM. Several people were in the Lay-Away Line. After the clerk showed up I told her I had cancelled the order but it came in anyway and I needed to pick up and return it. She couldn't get the app to work on the gadget she had.

When she finally got the other cashier's gadget to work, got my package, scanned it, had me sign the gadget, she said I couldn't return it there, I HAD TO GO TO THE FRONT SERVICE DESK TO RETURN IT. She said the line wasn't that long. WELL, now it was after 4:30, there were 2 customers in front DOING A MONEY WIRE TRANSFER AND MONEY ORDERS! REALLY!!!

Walmart does NOT CARE HOW MUCH OF YOUR TIME THEY WASTE! They think everyone just goes in there to pass their time and visit and walk around with their i-phones chit-chatting, etc!

NOT EVERYONE!!!
If I would have known it would have taken this much of MY PRECIOUS TIME, I would NOT HAVE PICKED UP THE PACKAGE AND WAITED FOR THEM TO CREDIT THE AMOUNT 10 DAYS LATER!!!
WALMART SUCKS WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My review is 0 stars, not 1!!!

So you ordered something online that you could have just gone out and bought yourself? This one's on you idiot. You can check online to see if an item is already in stock so you could have saved a lot of headache.

OUR TIME IS "VALUABLE"!!! And the whole idea about ORDERING ON LINE TO PICK UP AT A STORE, is to "SAVE TIME" AND NOT HAVE TO "SEARCH" FOR IT AT THE STORE WHICH "MOST OF THE TIME EVERYTHING IS ALL JUMBLED AND DISORGANIZED"!

I was in the Walmart on Franklin Rd in Nampa, ID, store #03739. I entered on the west side/grocery with my wallet and my phone, looked through the pajamas for a few seconds and headed to the baby section where I picked up diapers. I then looked at some books and then to the art section and looked around. I left that section and went to the big walkway in between the clothing and the registers. I remembered I wanted a red flannel shirt and spotted one on a rack, hung by hangers. I walked over to them, found my size, picked one up and held it while I looked at your other options (most people do this, probably not suspicious). This whole time I am moving very quickly through the store because my husband doesn't like to wait for me, him being outside in the vehicle. I then remember I was really wanting these red flannel leggings you offer and I went on a quick hunt for them, finding them on an end cap. I never know what size to get so I took them off the hanger and put them in the air to size them. I don't need the hanger so I leave it for other use. They looked good, so I decide I don't really need both and put the shirt on a rack, hurrying to the self-checkout. I wait in line, a spot opens up and I start my order. I scan the diapers first and put them on the metal plate and then scan the leggings and put them on the metal plate as well. I put my card in and pay for my 2 items, which total $11.25. I pick up the items and put them in a bag and grab my receipt, sticking it in the bag. I get behind a traffic jam of people leaving the self-checkout and like I said, I'm in a hurry so I get a chance to go around and I hurry out the door. I am almost to the second sliding door and I hear, loudly, "Walmart Asset Protection" and how I didn't pay for something and an undercover girl and a woman in a yellow vest are behind me. The undercover grabs my bag and mumbles something about tags on leggings and how I did something, not really making any sense. The receipt was in the bag so I showed her I paid for everything and I ask her why she is doing this, I have done nothing wrong. There are quite a few people coming and going into the building, watching everything that is happening while she wrongly accuses me of shoplifting, having no grounds to do so. This was humiliating to say the least. And to top the wonderful customer service off, Chad, the manager, doesn't even offer an apology. He literally just stared at my hat the whole time and gave me NOTHING. This is very disturbing and I cannot believe this is how you handle matters with incompetent staff. Also, the next day I called and got the manager Gale on the phone. I called to make sure I had the managers names right so I didn't accuse the wrong people and he said I had to file a police report. Are you serious? What is wrong with this company?? And to add insult to injury, the manager, Dedrea Struck was asked to deal with this by calling me on Halloween night of all nights, so I missed the call and called back the next day. I was on hold for 19 minutes while they tried to find this person only to be told they couldn't find her-ya right, you are just a coward! I left a message to call me back and she never tried again. I also emailed customer service AND their ethics department and was treated like a p.o.s. This business is nothing but slimy and isn't held accountable for ANYTHING. I hope you dont do this to anybody else.

To whoever cares,

I was in the Dave lyle walmart in SC. I have to wander if you all have lost all care for your consumers.

I stood in line (only 2 lines open) for 30 minutes waiting to check out and counted 12 employees walking around, on their phones and chatting amongst each other without a care in the world. When I asked if they could open another register they laughed and told me I could use self checkout. Seriously? You all as a company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Nobody can ever help when I need it and everyone acts put out to do their job. I just dont understand. It's so sad..I have quit shopping here as much as I used too and I honestly dread going there now.

Wake up and start realizing how you treat your customers. It's just rude and thoughtless.

Oh look!! Yet another boomer who refuses to get their hands dirty.

Self check out is so much faster then having to wait behind someone like you! Let me guess, you just had to buy that one piece of fruit with a coupon and pay in pennies again? You cannot expect that every single employee is trained on the cash register. You can’t expect a mechanic to know how to do heart surgery.

Likewise you can’t expect a employee who works in a different area to know how to run the standard register. You either need to learn how to self check out or shut up about waiting.

You willingly chose to be ignorant and not learn how to help yourself. You deserve nothing but mockery.

One day I was at the elf-checkout at Wal-Mart and was paying with a couple of dollars in pennies. A line began to form behind me and one woman had her husband go walk up to me to see how many more pennies I needed to put in before I was through.

When he called back that I still had 132 pennies left to put in, the lady and everyone behind her all switched to other lines. The pennies had to be put in slowly one by one or it wouldn't work.

It had have been much quicker for me if a cashier had been waiting on me because they could have quickly counted them, and then I could have been on my way. The reason I went through the self-checkout lane with all of those pennies was because the lines with cashiers were all filled with long lines of people buying their entire weeks worth of groceries, and all that I had was one thing.

If you haven't shopped Target lately they have also reduced the number of cashiers and added self service lanes. You will get the best service at Target or Walmart in a self service lane.
