Store Atmosphere Review

I'm offended by any item with Malcolm X or Jesse Jackson showing on it. Please remove from selling at your stores. If a flag that is part of history and it can be removed , it's only fair to remove anything that offends others as well. I plan on getting the media involved.

I'm a regular customer of walmart and I come shopping every day and today at 6:27 6/23/15 a supervisor named Jennifer got called from our cashier to check the price so when she arrived she was rude she gave us attitude because I told her that about the prices i saw for my Item then she told me why did you call me and she did not want to go back again and check because she's so lazy to do her job and she's unprofessional with the public she acted like a child when you take a toy away from her. She had no skills to deal with people and made my day the worst. The store is located in 2700 bethel rd columbus, OH 43220.

I have read that Walmart will no longer be selling the Confederate Flag because it offends some people. When did this country start caring about who we offend? I am offended that you as a whole have chosen to anger others by your decision to please unamericans wether born in this country or not. I was born here, and am offended by those who do not respect this country or this countries values, tradtitions, religious and holiday celebrations. Next time someone is offended, it will be about the American. Are you going to save face and stop selling our American Flag or are you going to stand up and continue selling Americas flag?

Walmart Bakery Alexander City AL

I'm a new post, have read just a little of what's here, but wanted to add my experience. I'm perfectly fine with scheduling ahead because we expect the same in our business, but just trying to place an order for our company functions at Walmart in Alexander City, AL is very difficult. Two days in a row we have placed orders with two different employees. Both were rude, couldn't spell, couldn't hear and basically hung up on my assistant when they thought they had the order complete. I was listening to the second order being placed, and as a customer service manager, my assistant was very polite and courteous. She did not get the same courtesy in return. I dropped by to pick up and couldn't get anyone to the counter for the longest time. No way to catch anyone's attention.

Preferred solution
Train the people who deal with the public. They need customer service skills in courtesy and politeness. I know they get bad consumers, we do too. No need in treating everyone like crap. Also, they need phone skills.

Walmart in Orlando, Florida - Unprofessional Manager that needs to be fired

Worst Shopping experience ever! I will never shop there again. I was accused of throwing groceries at the cashier and manager which never happened. the cashier and manager was talking about me and making derogatory comments with me standing right in front of them. The most unprofessional management of a store that I have ever seen. Walmart really needs to invest in hiring some professional people that have experience in dealing with the public. What happened to me this morning should have never EVER happened. No customer should be ridiculed by a cashier and a low life manager with no people skills whatsoever. This happened at Walmart Neighborhood Market located at 2715 S. Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida. Manager's name is Maria. I will never step foot in a Walmart again due to the incident today and I have been a Walmart shopper for many years. They lost a customer for good. There are plenty of other stores I can find to spend my hard earned money at. I hope Walmart fires the both the Cashier and the manager. They do not deserve their jobs.

Walmart- open up more registers!

Why is it when this store is super busy that they only have maybe 3 lanes open? Everyone is shopping and someone is telling me they are closing the register to go on their break? I didn't realize Walmart even gave breaks! But seriously- managers- please have more people working when you are in your most busy times. The people here are nice so I don't want to dog them- they were even sorry that there were not enough people that night- they were apologizing for their bosses. So please- again- powers that be in the walmart canton- have more people on those busy nights!

I have received TERRIBLE service continuously by customer service representatives both when calling walmart.com regarding online orders and at my local Walmart stores in Queensbury NY and Saratoga Springs NY. I actually stopped doing business with Walmart for years because of their terrible service and awful business practices. About a year ago I decided to give them another chance and now realize that this is a company that truly does not care about the service they provide and has shown no improvement since I stopped shopping in their stores years ago. Over the past year I have had so many awful experiences with Walmart that I could not possibly have enough space to detail each account. I will say that in December of 2014 I actually left the Queensbury NY walmart in tears of frustration after numerous attempts at developing pictures. The equipment was constantly broken and the representatives were extremely rude and unhelpful. After the third unsuccessful trip to my local Walmart to develop pictures that month I went to Walgreens (which was a very positive experience). I have not used the Walmart photo center since. My most recent negative experience with Walmart has occurred this month (June 2015). On June 1st I placed an online order and received confirmation the delivery will be June 17th. I even received an email on June 2nd confirming my order has shipped and was provided an order tracking number. It was not until June 18th (a day after my order was supposed to be delivered) that I received an email from Walamrt that there is a delay with my order. Of course the email gave no details as to the issue or when to expect the delivery. I waited a few days trying to be patient and hoping the matter would be resolved shortly. Finally on June 22nd, after not hearing from Walmart with any updates or additional information I called Walmart's customer service for online purchases. The representative originally states the order is ready to be picked up at my local Walmart then places me on hold and comes back on the line to advise there is a delay. I am thinking at this point "yeah I got that memo and that is why I am calling". So I again ask what is going on and most importantly when will I get my order that I spent $400 on for a gift on June 1st? The representative was incredibly rude and basically tells me she can not provide any details regarding my order that I placed on June 1st and that my options are to wait until the order arrives at some indefinite time or request a refund and forget about the item. I am still in shock about this customer experience. I am almost speechless. Sometimes I am not sure how Walmart is in business. I can honestly say I have never heard anyone talk about a positive experience they have had with Walmart. I am now reflecting on my decision to start doing business with Walmart again. Again, this most recent experience is just one of many negative experiences I have had with Walmart. I did not request a refund today for the purchase on June 1st as this was a $400 gift to a loved one. I will wait a bit longer and hope that Walmart delivers. I did look into this so called "tracking number" and realize my order never actually shipped. The order status online has not been updated since June 2nd when i got the email notifying my order shipped. The status still indicates "in process". How can Walmart email confirmation of shippment when this is completely false? How can Walmart take my money promising i will have my item on June 17th and now on June 22nd they cannot even tell me why there is a delay or when i can expect the delivery? How can a company outright lie and not be accountable or even care about the customer? Buyers BEWARE, Walamrt is very deceitful. After this I will NEVER do business with Walmart in NY or Walmart.com ever again. I have realized the hard way that this is a company that does not care about their word to their customers and especially do not care about the service they provide. I should not have to feel upset when leaving a store because of the way I was treated and I should not have to worry that a purchase online will never arrive and there is no one at Walmart that will care to help or resolve the matter. We DO NOT need to shop at Walmart for the price. There are truly other stores with quality products and service for a great price....like Target!! I know that Walmart is not the cheapest anyways. WALMART EXECUTIVES, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE COMPANY YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING AND SHAPING. HAVE YOU EVER SHOPPED IN YOUR OWN STORES? It truly is the worst store in regards to service and other things. I know I would be ashamed to be associated with such an organization. I have worked for a fortune 500 company for over five years and we would never engage in such horrible customer service practices. That is the difference though that sets other companies apart from Walmart and I now understand why the customer ratings for Walmart are astonishingly low and the corporate complaints are in the hundreds and thousands.

Walmart - Register Checkout Review from Youngsville, Louisiana

Did you know Walmart will not sell liquor to a 37 year old male with a valid ID if his wife is at the check out counter with him without her purse. Her is where it gets intersting, after talking with the manager and being refused we left I then returned in the store with my 15 year old daughter and went to the same check out and presented my ID in the accompany of my daughter and the sold me the 12 pack of beer. Unbeliviable! Walmart policy and procedure should be they will not sell you liquor if all parties at check out don't posses a valid ID validating all or over 21. But could you imagen the revenues that would be lost.
