Walmart in Kansas City, Missouri - Break time more important than customer

Went to photo center to have prints made and to pick up prints,was told employee on break but could not tell me how long to wait, second employee called on PA for help in photo center,another employee told me i would have to wait for employee on break but did'nt know long it would be. I said that I understood because of raises to employes from walmart service would even get worse. I PURCHASED TOYS FOR CHRISTMAS THROUGH WALMART AND I WENT TO EXCHANGE ONE THAT WAS STILL IN THE BOX THAT WAS SHIPPED TO ME AND NEVER OPENED. THE LOCAL WALMART WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK OR EXCHANGE. Site to store Walmart.com order is unacceptable !

Placed one order with 2 items on May 29'th. Got email one shipped to arrive June 8 and the other to arrive June 16. On June 9 got another email has been delayed and is still processing so I guess it never really did ship. After many calls to find out where order is and told many different stories depending who I talk to they canceled the order and put in a replacement order, again never shipped. I then asked for a refund. They canceled one of the items although I still have not received a refund on and the other item they say is stuck in refund processing so I wont even know anything on that cancelation for 5 additional days ! It took 30 seconds to take my money on May 29'th and weeks so far ( on the third week now ) to either give me the products or my money back. I will never again order site to store from Walmart.com. Still waiting for my refund and highly agitated waiting for my refund !!!!!!!

WalMart Gift Card Chicanery

This is kiting and fraud operation engineered by WalMart to make extra float on your money and launder it as genuine revenue to pad their books! I had the same. I paid CASH for a gift and made an order at walmart.com. They cancelled the order within MINUTES yet are still holding the money hostage 13 hours later! They also cited "security" as the issue. The only fraud I see is going on on THEIR end! It's interesting that money they claim isn't good enough to buy products from their site, yet it's perfectly good enough to earn a float from what they are claiming are fraudulent funds! I'm pretty sure there is a RICO violation somewhere in there! The FTC seriously needs to look into this scam and SHUT IT DOWN!!

Walmart in Phoenix, Arizona - Put on hold for twenty minutes or more

I simply asked if they knew when a particular product would be coming back into stock, if ever, and they "put me through" to another department. I'm still sitting and waiting for them to put me through, it's been twenty minutes so far and still no sign of an employee yet. This is horrible customer service and it needs to be fixed! I like Walmart's prices, I don't even mind the register problems. But being stuck on hold so that I can't do anything else is beyond rude and careless and it *** me off. I'm literally unable to do anything because they might pick up when I go do it. Can't eat something, can't go swimming, can't do housework or watch tv, I can't even go to the bathroom. I am very angry with this.
