Aurora Mo. Walmart The change in price matching changes daily or everytime i price match. This causes line back ups and not a good shopping experience. Also i chose a longer line to avoid a rude checker and was moved to Lawanas line i wont allow walmart to move me for their convenience again. Lawana is the rudest casheir and i feel she needs to choose her words better. I am not less of a consumer because i ad match and coupon but in her eyes i am beneath her.

Tired of the song, dance, and runaround. Went to my local walmart at 12:30am to purchase groceries. Looking for certain items. Stockers had no idea where to find them. According to walmart.com this store had all of them. On top of that when it came time to check out, only 1 register (out of 29) was open. And it was half way across the store. And all enterance/exits were locked except for one. Truth be know, in an emergency, this is probably against code. For a person thats handicapped this a major inconvience. Sorry to say but this will be the last time I set foot in walmart again. I've voiced my opinion on the register situation before and you did nothing to change this. Maybe put some of the employees standing out front smoking could just go back and do what they are actually getting paid for.

Of course, at midnight, only one register was open...it's midnight, not noon. It wouldn't be good business sense to have multiple registers open in the middle of the night when there are rarely a lot of customers.

As far as it being all the way on the other side of the store, that's a matter of perspective. For someone on the other side of the store, the register would have been conveniently right in front of them.

Also, I travel a lot and EVERY walmart I have ever been to closes the general merchandise doors, tle entrance and garden center entrance and only leaves the grocery side doors open after about 10pm. The associates standing outside were probably on break or lunch, which they not only deserve, but is law seeing how this is not a third world country.

Even in a 24 hour Walmart not a lot of people shop at 12:30AM. Not to mention the more registers Walmart has open at any given time of day the more people they have to pay to stand around and do nothing when things are slow. That's more cost to payroll and more cost to the company that then has to raise prices and Walmart is no longer the cheaper option they tout themselves as.

Walmart Pharmacy Service

My currant pharmacy was out of a medication I take in a regular medication. The pharmacist called other pharmacies in the area to see if they had enough to fill my Rx. It is a Rx that must be filled in full; no partial Rxs are allowed. Walmart pharmacy advised they had the medication in stock and that they had enough to fill my Rx. It was 5 mins from where I was. I get to Walmart (which I don't like for other reasons) & presented my Rx. I was told that they only had half of the amount I needed. I advised the lady that the Walmart pharmacist had told the first pharmacist that they had enough to fill my Rx in full. She then advised me that the pharmacist computers are not synced with her computer - weird. She went to the pharmacist to check with him. He looked it up on his computer he informed her that he had less than her computer was showing. I asked the pharmacist why he told the first pharmacist that he had enough to fill my Rx. He had no answer and just shrugged his shoulders. No apology was offered. I asked if he could call other pharmacies close by to locate the medicine and find out if they had enough to fill my Rx. He said he couldn't do that. So much for service at this filthy pharmacy dept. I drove down the street to another pharmacy that I had not used before. They had the medicine in the quantity I needed and it was cheaper than the first pharmacy and Walmart by several dollars! They also filled the Rx in about 5 minutes. The person who waited on me at the 3rd pharmacy was so courteous and professional, and the pharmacist was very professional. I was exhausted when I got home from driving around in 100 degree weather and fighting through the Walmart "Gong Show". My husband gets his Rxs filled at Walmart and has received terrible service from this same pharmacist and the cashiers. I think I have convinced him to try the pharmacy that filled my Rx today. Never again at Walmart for me, that's for sure!

Three times I have ordered straight talk cards for Edelivery only to receive an email several hours later that there was a problem processing payment and that the order is canceled and that my account has no been charged! However the charge goes through to Bank of America an is charged to my account! When I disputed the charges Walmart challenged the dispute and has threatened to file a lawsuite as well as criminal charges. I have turned this over to the Oklahoma Attorney Generals Office for Fraud along with copy's of all the emails! Now Walmart is claiming the emails did not come from them!

Walmart Cashier Review

Details
I got charged an extra $30 because the cashier typed in 11 watermelons instead of 1; luckily noticed before I got in my car and went to customer service to get it fixed. Came home and noticed I left two bags at Walmart with about $20 worth of stuff in them. Called the store they couldn't find my items. Now I'm out $20 and a lot of time. And they don't even care.

Albertson's has Pepsi on sale for 4 for $10 with a $25 additional purchase. The Store manager at baseline and signal Butte in Mesa Arizona will not honor that ad because they say it is a gimmick the stores are doing to get you to shop at there store. All ad's are a gimmick to get you to shop there. Walmarts ad match is a gimmick to get you to shop at there stores. I have four other Walmarts within 7 miles of me they all will honor it. This is not a corporate wide policy the stores decide on what they will match and what they will not. So their commercials we will match that or a lie.

Walmart price match:

We do not match the price in the following types of competitor ads:

Items that require a separate purchase to get the ad price

example: "Buy [item A] to get [item B] for $C"

So if you had bothered to read you would see because the 4 for $10 requires a $25 purchase it does NOT qualify for Walmart's price match and they tell you that in plain English.

You don't seem to understand the problem there is no unity from store to store one will and one won't. And why would you not want someone to spend $25 in order to get the deal.

All grocery stores in this area are doing that type of ad on pop.

Walmart - Review in Supermarkets and Malls category from Baltimore, Maryland

On November of 2013 I attempted to purchase 100$ worth of items with a check. The inexperienced young lady told me my check was denied. It still went through to my bank. My bank wouldn't let me file a claim. The manager at the walmart branch refused to review videos to observe the fact I left empty handed that day. Told me to contact corporate offices at a website that doesn't function. Now my check history is ruined and I have collection companies calling me. They seem to believe I will pay for products I never received including their check fees at an enormous rate. It's not my mistake and I'm paying for it for years now.

Walmart protection plan has terrible customer service!

I bought an LG cell phone at Walmart and bought the protection plan that the store recommended. Dropped the phone and filed a claim. The day I filed the claim, the asurian rep said I would get a ups mailing label emailed to me. Once the package is scanned by UPS, they are notified that the package is on its way and that I would get a Walmart gift card emailed to me. The package was scanned Monday morning by ups. On Wednesday I called asurian and the rep stated that I have to give it 72 hrs from the time ups scans the package, so give it another day. Nothing. Called back and was told that this was 72 business hours - which is ridiculous. Hung up and called back to talk to another rep. Was then told they received the package on Tuesday and that I have to give it 72 hours from the time they receive the package. Friday comes and goes. Still nothing. Called back this morning and was told by another rep that the package was received on Wednesday and then it has to be inspected to make sure it wasn't damaged during shipping, and then it takes 72 hrs. I'm very frustrated. This is my fathers phone. He has lung cancer and has had a massive heart attack. I don't like him being without a phone! But no one there seems to care and tells me there is nothing they can do to speed this along. I feel like I have been lied to over and over with each call. Very disappointing.

Walmart in Conyngham, Pennsylvania - Cashier terror

So my mother was checking out at one of the check out stations and the women who was working there thought it was a good idea to treat her as if she herself (meaning my mother) was an employee of wlalmart. By first acting as if my mother was a bother just by walking to the check out counter. Then the cashier proceeded to tell her not ask but tell her " GO GET ANOTHER CART " . All of this I thought was that completely unneeded and un professional to say the least. If Walmart wished to have its customers do the work themselves then make they should install the self cashier stations.
