I purchased an item. back in October Seventeen I had a two year warranty. I returned the item. was given a choice to purchase another one it was sent to me. it did not work so I tried to return it. they decided to just send me a check for the amount of 1 $25 plus tax. I have been trying for 1 month to get a return label they say they sent them to me they did not they send regular mail they did not I never received anything I spoken to seven supervisors. ridiculous ridiculous. so now I'm waiting from a supervisor name Jocelyn who said she will. put in for my return label again. and they would send it to her and she would send it to me directly she has also checked my email address by sending me a text email I got it immediately. yet all these other email return labels that were sent to me I never received seems a little strange to me. I think this whole ordeal for a lousy hundred and $25 that you Stone apparently want to give up and I read all the numerous complaints from this company that half of them have not even received their refunds I'm hoping that this does not happen to me. so now I am supposed to have a return label sent to me within the next day or so. we'll see. I hope that you as an Asurion company will please stand by. and send me. the hundred and $25 plus tax. Why do you think posting on a complaint site not related to the warranty company is going to do anything to resolve your problem? Rather than calling them take time to write a letter and send it to them via registered mail. Keep a copy to use in small claims court if necessary.

I have used pick up before using my EBT card for groceries, no problem. Yesterday I spent wasted time with a $175.00 order. At checkout, I wasn't given the option to use EBT card. Jem Jem iPhone ripoff

I purchased a refurbished iPhone through a Walmart Marketplace business. The "refurbished" phone came from a business named Jem Jem. Two days after receiving it I checked its "battery health" (proceeding from to to health>). It informed me that the performance was drastically compromised by the battery, that only 76% of what a new battery would use and that the battery should be changed (costing about $40). When one buys something refurbished, it is generally understood to be fully functional. I regard the transaction as a scam. I suggest that Walmart state what "refurbished" means, for the benefit of both those reselling and those buying refubished items.

walmart pharmacy at Camby,,,,,so tired of them. my doctor called in a prescription,and I was not out of that medicine yet, so the person I talked to told me they would hold it till I was ready to pick it up. then when I was ready to pick it up,,,the e mployee told me that was put back cause they could only hold it 9 days. now I have to wait for them to refill all over again! the employee at pharmacy talked down to me like I was stupid! this will be the last prescription I will have filled there!

Un-stocked shelves in Port St Lucie, Fl. Multiple items are missing and appears to not be re-stocked. (Large Nestlie French Vanilla creamer, Rice-a-roni Spanish rice, Nellies Harvard beets, General Mills flour) These are only a few examples we discovered on Saturday 10/19/2019. The spaces are there but NO PRODUCT. Is it possible that most of the employees are shopping for customers who now call in their orders for pickup? This store has multiple employees doing this and blocking the isles for customers who come to their stores and support Wal Mart. I along with others will consider purchasing all our groceries from Publix. WAKE UP Walmart Admin. before it’s too late.

That's what happens when you shop at the end of a busy weekend. Try shopping before the weekend when shelves are stocked and ready for the weekend shoppers. Many vendors only deliver or stock shelves on weekdays.

Normally love their soups. Purchased califlower parmesan soup and it was clam chowder. For someone who can not eat shellfish this is dangerous. They have no 24hr number to report serious situations.

I purchased a laptop on Walmart.com. Two days after I received it, the laptop went on sale.

I sent customer service an email, and they never responded. Five days later, I contacted customer service again. One customer service rep told me she would take care of everything, and I would get the partial refund for the difference. She eneded up contacting a 3rd party vendor for a different item I ordered.

The 3rd party vendor contacted me and told me they don't sell laptops. I contacted Walmart again, and was told a new policy did not allow for me to get a partial refund for the price drop. I am still within the return period. I explained I can return the laptop, purchase the same one at the discounted price, and then Walmart would have to sell the laptop as an open box item losing additional money on that sale.

They acknowledged that could be done, but still declined to give me the partial refund. Instead of making it easy on everyone, and making a happy customer, they decided to make things inconvenient and lose additional money because they have a black and white policy from which they won't deviate.

Be warned

When I signed up Walmart was with Synchrony. My account was opened with no interest until 3/24/20. When they switched from Synchrony to Capital One, they started to charge me interest. They would not go by my original contract signed with Synchrony. Shady. Now I’m wondering how often have they done this and to how many people. They decide to switch companies and you’re screwed on whatever promotion you signed up for?

The switch from Synchrony to Capital One is a joke. They have taken a promo offer of mine that is set to expire 12/29/19 and have it all jazzed up.

I always pay my promos one month before the actual expiration. With the switch to Capital One, my Oct 2019 payment, I paid the transaction balance on the statement plus over for the promo. I only had a 60.45 promo balance left going into Nov 2019 statement. This statement I PAID IN FULL, but they still show a promo balance for Dec 2019 statement.

Capital One told me they only use $28.00 from my payment and apply it to my promo balance. Then they use the remaining money to pay the statement transaction balance due. If there is still an overage of payment, they apply it to future purchases. Why are they not putting the overage amount towards the promotional balance?

I said those purchases made after the statement's closing date, should apply to the next monthly bill. Now I will not be able to pay off the promo balance before the due date since they only apply the $28.00 minimum. They said I would need to pay the current live balance in full to pay off the promotional offer by my expiration date. Read the back of your statement Capital One, in your own words, you take the first $28.00 minimum due and apply it to the lowest APR.

Any additional money is then applied to the highest APR balance, and then back to the lowest APR. Therefore, since I paid additional funds over the current statement balance, those funds should be applied back to the lowest APR, which is my PROMO!!!! You are an unethical and scrupulous company! Shame on Walmart for entering a joint venture with them!

You have lost my business!

PS. I would like to know how one is to pay off a promotional offer if you are only applying the $28.00 minimum to the promotion bill per month!

Bad food 2 weeks in a row

Purchased a big rack of baby back ribs, pressure cooked for 25 minutes as usual, cooked an additional 15 minutes in the oven at 425, as usual. Could not cut with a sharp knife, never mind try biting. They were not edible at all. Second week I bought a package of ball park hot dog buns for that night. It wasn't till we used the top layer of buns did I realize the bottom layer was moldy. Top layer was fine. Refunded my money on both counts but with no apology for my inconvenience. No more food there!

Not to go or call ELECTRONICS for help ever

They have NEVER answered the phone in ELECTRONICS since you have opened the store. I try to call to see if something is in stock but they NEVER answer so I go to a different company because they don't even care to answer the phone.

Have you been in a Walmart store lately? When you shop in their stores you won't find many employees in the store to assist the customers that are in the store shopping. With so few employees in the store it isn't hard to believe that they don't have time to talk on the phone to people shopping from home.

Don't order on line.

Has anyone had difficulty getting a copy of the shipping confirmation document that is needed for returns from Walmart Customer Service. I have requested a copy four time to 2 different email addresses. They keep saying that it has been e-mailed but I have never received it. I have received their replies to my requests, so it is not at my end

Online Tire Order Never Received

I ordered 4 tires on 10/30/2019 from the Walmart online website. The money including taxes and fees was withdrawn from my debit card. Immediate reply was that the 4 tires would be available later that day, 10/30/2019. On 11/4/2019 I called the store and was informed that they would have to order 2 more tires that would take 2 more days. After calling other area stores which had enough inventory on hand to fill order, I purchased the 4 tires originally ordered, at a different store. The initial order was cancelled on 11/4/2019. Website says the return/cancelled order completed on 11/4/2019. However, the money has not been credited back to my debit card. On 11/5/2019 I called the Customer Service center at the original store in continuing to attempt to get my money back for tires they never had, I was hung up on. Electronic monetary transactions (debit/credit) should be as instantaneous as any electronic data transfer. They took the money from my account in the first place, virtually instantaneously. I want my money back!

Welcome to the real world. The banking system always take longer to put money back in to your account than it does to take it out. It will show up in a few days.
