Kicked out the highschool choir during Christmas season when they were caroling and threatened to call the cops if didn't leave within a specific time. When the highschool had the ok to carol. Also the customer service is horrible, there greeters don't do a single thing but sit there, and they don't care about as matching and giving percentage off items that they are advertising.

Since I am unable to get a helpful response from your Walmart 3600 W Mc Fadden Ave, Santa Anna, Ca, I am turning to you as a last resort. My family received a Lego Elves invitation. We live in Whittier, Ca and got up early and drive down to the Santa Ana, Ca location....

They were giving kids away? Maybe you should be glad you were too late.

If something starts at 11, it's common sense that you should show up early. Also, I'm sure the "invitation" said something to the effect of "limited supplies" or "while supplies last".

You poor baby, you don't say anything that can prove your complaints. The fact that your family allegedly vomited all night after eating the Stouffer's Lasagna.

Did it occur to you that all of you could have had stomach flu. Something like that can hit with no previous symptoms and can hit an entire family at the same time or within a very small time frame. Unless you were medically diagnosed you can't say the illness was from the lasagna. I also doubt that you have had all the problems that you mentioned with food from WalMart.

IF you really saw a lady open a jar of baby food, then put it back on the shelf you should have made sure which jar it was and went and found a manager to show him/her.

I have a hunch you are what is known as a chronic complainer and when you buy a food that is spoiled before the date on it, you should take it AND the receipt back to the store. Problem solved.

Ppl that work there should take some ESL classes too. In this smelly and dirty store you are on your own. I'll never step foot in there again,

Walmart in New Richmond, Wisconsin - Darn greeters

Greeters?? They NEVER GREET you when you come through those walmart doors. Well, ok 1 out of 10 times they will smirk and say "hi" How can you justify paying these people to stand there and stare off into space into la la land. Almost everytime I go into the store, I make it a point to have eye contact with the greeter. Still they say nothing. Its ridiculous to say walmart has friendly greeters. I sure would be afraid of unfriendly ones. Maybe you should hire friendly people for once. Apparently you gave everyone a raise, that should give them something to smile about.

Not everyone is getting a raise. Ask a worker that has been there for several years.

What does not make sense to me is that you're complaining about them when really every employee needs to be friendly.

Not just greeters.

For real? I thought WM didn't have greeters anymore.

Anyway, are you really that concerned about door greeters?

Certainly, your entire trip to WM isn't about the door greeters. Get a life dude.

got $50 compensation.. called the corporate office because no one bothered to contact me with regards to the situation

Update by user Apr 10, 2015

4/10/2015 its now been a week.. still no responses from Walmart.. and Ive emailed them 2times

Original review posted by user Apr 07, 2015

I bought a gift MONTHs ago from walmart.com for a friend.. I went on friday to walmart.com to buy a potty chair for my son... 40 bucks... I typed in my info.. made sure that my billing and shipping address were the same.. .. and PAID FOR IT... they took the money.. and SHIPPED IT TO FREAKING OHIO to the address that I provided for a gift ages ago that wasnt even on this order.. and had been removed from my account.. I contacted the company that they gave the order to... a 3rd party... this place was as bad as walmart... rude.. gave me the runaround.... I was told 12 hours for order to hit the system.. call tomorrow... so I did.. was told it takes 48 hours to hit the system... each time I called I was told something else... then Monday... I was told that the order still wasnt in the system.. but I had gotten an email that it had been shipped... I was lied to... I called at least a dozen different representatives and was on the phone for 4 hours... I then got kicked over to UPS to change that.. but as it was still in the warehouse of the company and not picked up by ups there was nothing they could do so I had to call back the people Walmart sent my order to... I was told that I had to Pay $15 for a fee to change the address with UPS.. I know that wasnt true cause as it hadnt been shipped yet they just have to void the lable and print a new one.. husband is very familiar with how that works as hes worked with UPS shipping systems for years.. they wouldnt do that for me... then today I FINALLY got someone to help me.. and UPS charged me $30 to change the address and reroute the package.. so To FIX WALMARTS MISTAKE I had to pay another $30 .. thats a very expensive potty chair... Walmart should be responsible for that $30 .. it was an expense caused by their mistake.. I will never shop with them again

I still can't see my reply. I guess it's because I posted a link from Amazon.

But yeah, I found a potty chair like that, with a ladder sold by Mommy's Helper and it's for like $29.00. But with that listing there's an offer for $23.90. I am sorry if you get this 3 times. I hope I helped you, hon'.

I can't blame you for being done. There shouldn't be this problem.

With a lot of people it's simple mistake but you spent $70.00 and you're probably wondering if you'll ever even get the seat.

yeah the mommys helper one was white and blue.. the one I got was in fun colors...

and yeah I am wondering lol.. I got a notifications from UPS that it has been re routed to my city.. Im gonna go with Amazon like you said from now on.. cause this is nuts..

only reason I went with the one that was slightly more expensive was those colors.. just hoping that when and if I get it.. it lasts me a long time LOL.. I looked down at my son and said real sweetly...

i hope you like this cause I just spent 70 bucks for you to learn to use the potty LOL..

I was met with a giggle.. so at least there is that :)

You are better off shopping at local stores or at places like Amazon. I've never had a problem with Amazon.

Does UPS work on the weekends? I was wondering because I never get a shipment in on the weekends. So maybe they mean 48 hrs during the business days? As in 2 business days.

But they should have said 2 business days, not 2 days. It is a possibility that you are better off just getting a refund at your local store and not through the website.

@realm188

they have started delivering certain things on saturdays and sundays... the reason that I ordered online was that this potty chair..

the chushy seat with a ladder attached.. they dont sell in stores here.. but I can get it online.. and this was the cheapest deal...

their system sent it to someone that isnt even in my account .. I wasnt on the billing address or shipping address.. I searched everywhere in town.. so I resorted to walmart.com..

never again... but If I go to the store they wont take it because I didnt buy it there.. I tried with other things..l Ive had so much trouble with walmart.. Im just done..

Im still waiting for them to contact me.. its been a week now

I can't blame you for being done. Shouldn't have this problem with the addresses anyways.

I found a potty chair kind of like what you described on Amazon sold by Mommy's Helper with an offer for $23.90.

Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for but it has a ladder with a cushy seat that goes onto the toilet. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000AV5LZ8/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?qid=1428796917&sr=8-3&keywords=potty+chairs+for+toddlersπ=AC_SY200_QL40&dpPl=1&dpID=41lLLbRbbkL&ref=plSrch

If you were a good daughter, you would have allowed your 73 year old mother to sit and wait while you stood in line for her instead of standing off to the side where they couldn't see you. I highly doubt the pharmacy associates were intentionally making your mother wait just for the fun of it, but it does seem that you were intentionally making you're mother stand unnecessarily just for something to complain about.

Everytime something doesn't go the way a customer wants it to, they claim that the employee does not know how to do their job or their lack of higher pay means they don't care about their job or the customer. If the system is not accepting your insurance then there is nothing the employee can do about that.

Grow up!

Things happen. Maybe you should call your insurance company and tell them how to do their jobs since you think you know all there is to know about everything.

Staff at Bentonville Walmart Supercenter=Rude to old retirees.

1.0
Details
I am 70 years old. My husband and I just retired to Bella Vista. I shop at and I have some pretty good shopping choices to choose from. I can choose from a lot of places in my local area(Northwest Arkansas) to do my grocery and household shopping, but I choose Walmart. But it seems everytime I go in to my local Walmart the staff aren't helpful, they are rude and everything else in the book. For example today, I went in today and the deli didn't have the salad I wanted. They said they were in the process of making some more and offered to make me up one, but I was just so mad that they didn't have it out there to begin with already made and ready. Then when I checked out I made sure the cashier knew about the special coupon they were having that day and he informed me that he already knew about it. I don't care if he knew beforehand or not, he still needs to maintain a good demeanor and just at least act like he didn't know instead of treating me like an old fool. The customer is your only real boss, store associates. You need to roll out the red carpet for every customer that walks in.

They made you your salad, right? And he confirmed that he knew about this coupon? Sheesh, I also think rolling you up in the red carpet and rolling you out is a good idea.

So they were rude because they were out of salad and offered go make you some? The cashier was rude because he was aware of the special coupon they were having?

I don't see anything rude about those two incidents. I bet if the cashier wasn't aware of the special coupon, you would be complaining about that. You sound entitled and controlling.

I work retail and honestly you're the type of customer that all the employees dread to see coming. Also, "the customer is your only real boss." What an absurd statement.

MattD78
#968995

How dare you not have the salad I want when I want it! Why is there not salad 24 hours a day?!

On top of that you give a check out guy grief for acknowledging your coupon. And you have the audacity to think customers are the associates real boss and people should roll out the red carpet for you?

You are the type of consumer all associates hate; Walmart, Target, wherever.

I think Walmart needs to roll you up in the red carpet and send you back out the door. Please never come back.
