I also have the same issue. How can you be contacted? Bought a tv and box does not match the serial number on the tv. Bought 4 TVs, and 3 worked, and 1 did not This happened at Walmart at the corner of Rosery and Missouri in Largo Florida Spoke with the front end manager Kevin Who refused to give his surname. He was totally not consumer responsive, and it appears as though they hire incompetent people at the cheapest wages possible, who cannot do their jobs do it leads to these types of issues. On Jan 5th and 8pm I visited this store to pick up 20 dollars worth of food for my house hold. In a hurry, I used the self check out lane. Ran my card and the computer froze on me! After half an hour of trying to explain(I had a atm print out of my before and after) that the money was taken out of my account I was literally told to leave or have the cops called on me! I left in tears without my food or money. The manager at the time smirked at me while he and his employees made comments like "can't fix ***/some people shouldn't be allowed in public/come on preacher...even Jesus was disgusted by liars and thieves". This man sincerely seemed to enjoy threatening me. The next morning I got on the phone and my financial institution informed me that the money was not sent back to my account. So I spent 3 hours, half of which was on hold, with customer complaints trying to figure out where it had gone. Finally fed up I called the store directly, asked for the manager by name, spoke to him for 3 minutes before being put on hold for 26 mins. At that point a csm got on the line and at first was not helpful at all until i told her the entire conversation, or lack of, was being recorded and I was going to turn it in. So I was informed to come get my groceries and a 20 dollar gift card for my troubles. I was able to return to the store that evening. Thinking this would be simple enough I went to the front desk and tada they had no idea what I was talking about. It took half an hour of arguing (yes I argued this time) being told no one was there to issue a gift card to which I replied ok well that's fine I need my groceries though. "ma'am we can't allow you to just go grab what you want and leave". Wal-Mart is a multi million perhaps even billion dollar company and these employees are treating me like trash over 16.99? Then think that a 20 dollar gift card makes it all better?! Why not train your employees better and find management that doesn't smirk in the distraught face of a mother trying to feed her kids while allowing and taking part in bullying her. Why not purchase self check out software and hardware that actually works? I am still upset and angry about this situation. And to the head manager, Norman, putting an upset woman on hold does not make the problem go away. I'm far from done with this site and it's employees. I will use every resource I can find to let them know treating customers with this level of disrespect is not just uncalled for but also disgusting.

I disagree, fish mistreatment isn't exactly cruelty in my opnion. They'd be eaten in the wild by now. Not only that a few isles down they have them canned

Worst customer service of my life! On black Friday (11-28-14) I went to their online site to purchase three curtain rods and a 12 piece dinnerware set. The total came to a little less than $90. I used a $30 gift card, threw it away, and then paid the balance of $57 on my debit card. By Jan 1st I still hadn't received anything, so I call online customer service, I was put on hold for about half an hour, then hung up on, I call back, they tell me that there is no record of my order at all. After I got off that call and check my bank. Sure enough, there's a charge for $57 on there on 11-28... But for the local Wal-Mart, not online. I have never and will never set foot inside any retailers on black Friday. It's chaos and I refuse. So here's what it all boils down to... My gift card was used I know because I had to pay the balance, my card was charged I know because it's on my statement, but somehow it got screwed up and is showing as a local purchase and not online. After calling back a 3rd time and explaining the story, I was told he couldn't do anything, and he gave me an email of people in charge of online customer service. He told me they could help. After a week of emailing (four emails spanned in that week), only to be ignored day after day, I threatened that I wouldn't stop until they responded. Finally, they write me back today, telling me that I have to go to the store and despute the charge. I know they had the ability to help me and make things better, they could have refunded the money, or even sent the products I never received.... But no... Always someone else's problem. Always sent the shmuck of a customer to chase around in circles. Well, there is no end of the rainbow. OnlOnphone call holds and hangups, and rude executives who do everything they can to ignore you. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Walmart is a joke their site to store says delivered in 7-10 business days. So why is it I have been waiting close to two weeks for a couple dvds to come in? In my opinion and to who ever might read this go to amazon. Faster shipping and better customer service. What takes walmart or should I say slow mart two weeks to deliver amazon has on my doorstep 3 to 5 days sometimes even sooner.

Grafton Rd Walmart checkout was 15 min. 30 lanes and only 4 people working. Return was 10 min. No managers in sight. I will pay extra for good service with a smile. Done with Walmart!!

I was looking for the movie Frozen and all they had was the sing along edition so I asked a lady that was standing in the movie section working if it was only sing along or if u could watch it without it, she kinda glared at me grabbed the movie out of my hand and said idk I don't work here i work in the photo dept Im just helping put up movies, ask so and so, so when a guy that worked there rushed by I asked and he was like o yeah that's it! Sorry!! Also we had ordered something site to store and when we got there they didn't have it ready and said hold on let me go get it off the shelf and took forever. So lazy that they didn't even have it ready to pick up when we got there, y even have the option!! also every time we go in to check out there is only a couple checkers every time and have to wait forever in line, they need more workers!!
