Lost And Found Department Review

Had my wallet taken out my cart on New Years Eve. Trying to find out if anyone turned it in (what a joke) Walmart had me on hold for 15 min. I got transferred to Electronics, then back to customer service. They took 25 minutes to tell me no.

This is how my daughter's Christmas present was shipped to our home. Totally ruined the surprise. The website should have warned me it would be arriving this way. Afwul customer service for holiday shopper's considering most of us like the gifts we give to be a secret until Christmas day.

I purchased a bike for my 13 year old nephew brand new at Wal-Mart. Granted I didn't inspect it but it was what my nephew picked out. Now I live in Clarksville the only "real" use the bike saw was being pushes up the hill. But when I finally let him rode it Christmas day he sat on the seat but couldn't petal. With further inspection I found the crankshaft was bent. So I returned. Customer service was very disrespectful claiming they "knew" what I did because the tires were dirty. With the past week being rainy and my driveway untraversable by cars it had to be pushed. Will never purchase anything other than my groceries from Wal-Mart again!

1. Ordered a product to be shipped to store to avoid shipping charges. When tracking Fed Ex showed delivered to store but when I went to pick up the store denied having it. Only to get an email that same day that it was ready for pick up. I will never use thus service from Walmart again. 2. My wife and I were in the check out line with our 3 kids, the oldest is 5. One of us watches the kids while the other takes care of the purchases and paying. My wife which is 37 and I am 43 years old. One if the items we had in our cart to purchase was a 30 pack of coor's light. The cashier asked my wife for her I.D. and then proceeded to require to see my I.D. which I asked why I was being carded for something my wife was obviously paying for. The cashier said we have to card anyone that looks 18 or older. I replied how dumb of a policy is that. What if I looked 18 but was only 16 who cares I was not buying the beer. A manager was brought into the situation and said I could be a person who is selling alcohol to minors. I could not believe how much dumber of a response could I have gotten. We immediately told them we would not require any alcohol from any walmart again. 3. The pharmacy how great a place to visit. I would rather go to the MVD then this place at Walmart. I had a prescription my 5 year old son needed filled. After making 2 seperate trips at later dates and being told that they had not been able to fill the order yet, span of 2 weeks had gone by. I had decided I would go to another Walmart to see if I could get better service. All wss good I was told they had the product to fill the order. They called the other location and had the order there canceled. The lady said they had filled my order at already at the other location. I replied if that was the case then I am even more pissed off because I was turned away the day prior being told I still had to wait. Anyways I returned 90 minutes later but was told the order would be ready in an hour. After waiting in line I finally was able to pick up my order, so I thought. The cashier told me my order was nit at this location. I explained to her that this should not be the case. She looked into what I had said and found my story honest. I was told they were working on filling my order but could nit be told how much longer it would be. After another 12 minutes passed I was called to come up to the counter. I paid and left only to find out after I got home I was only given a partial for my order. Needless to say Walmart sucks in ever aspect in my opinion. Three different area's all three failed. Never has a manager ever done anything to show me as a customer I am important. Walmart is not only to big but has forgotten how to treat the very people who make them big. I am one customer who will share my experiences and deter anyone from shopping at any location. I have spent most of my career in shipping receiving and transportation while being apart of the management and decision making processes. I am a veteran of the 1st gulf war and was raised in the country so treating someone properly is the first, second and only way of life. Character is something a manager requires to bounce from employee to customer and back to employee. Situations such as what I have described should never happen and if does should never be handled in the manner which they were.

1 month before Christmas I ordered a swing set online for my 4 year old. It was supposed to arrive at my local Walmart the Monday before Christmas. Well.... It never came! So Christmas Eve I called to find out where my swing set was, they couldn't tell me. So I asked for a refund, so I could go somewhere else to buy the item at a different store. They would not give me my money back since the product hadn't been delivered yet!! So on Christmas eve I was out $400.00 and had no swing set. They had no problem taking my money the moment I ordered online!! We ended up having to drive 1 hour away on Christmas eve to save our daughters Christmas!! Thanks Walmart!!
