Walmart - Cashier Review from Denver, Colorado

The employees are *** they don't even bother to tell you where anything else is because when I asked they don't even bother to talk to you and when they do they act like there badasses or some stuck up *** and don't even act like your there and when you do ask they each say different things like seriously if your going to act like your a stuck up *** you need to check yourself because your working at Walmart a *** place to me plus when I got all my items and went to pay the cashier could not even get any customers there change so about 5 people are waiting for like 20 mins just for change and there supposedly a big company with money and no they can't even give change to anyone wtf Walmart you *** *** *** employees and your *** *** store and thats the last time I shop for anything there.

I called the walmart in coaltownship pa the 2481 store to ask a question about a in store pick up i ordered and have never talked to a more ignorant person in my life that dealt with the public. If you can't handle your job then quit. I then called the hamburg pa store and was treated like gold. Everyone i speak to anout my experience tells me that store has the most ignorant people in their customer service they ever heard of. Mr walmart should fire them all and replace them with freindly curtious people i will never or my family will ever spend a penny in that walmart till they get someone who can handle their job.my advise to everyone DO NOT SHOP AT THE 2481 walmart.

I submitted a review about the app Walmart started called savings catcher. I joined in September, and have collected over $40 in savings. After countless calls, and back and forth emails with this department, they have still failed to resolve the problem as to where my ecard is so that I may use it. They have verified my account exsists, ask me to send screenshots of my savings, now they will not even respond. Ive even contacted the corporate office. Nothing.Savings catcher is a scam.

I had purchased a laguna bedroom set. I received the bedroom set damaged. I returned the damaged items at a local walmart. I purchased a bedroom set at walmart.com. The items were delivered damaged. They mailed me new boxes and I then agreed to mail back the damaged ones. I kept the new boxes and returned the damaged items at a local walmart store. I was not sure how to return the items proper;y so I spoke with a manager at a local store at walmart in the customer service department. She had said it was ok to return it through the store and was able to put it through the system as defective. So I gave her my order numbers for each item. She put the order numbers in the system and printed out a label that stated defective then brought it to the back to be returned. I then wrote to walmart to let them know they should have received the items. They are stating they never received the items back and charged me for it again. They are charging me for items I have already returned. I do not have them and returned them on 11/1/14. I do not understand how there is no records of the return as the item numbers were taken into the system. SO IF THE ITEMS WERE SCANNED INTO THE WALMART SYSTEM THEN WHERE DID THEY GO??? IT WAS SCANNED BY A "MANAGER". Now they are refusing to refund my money of $175. I will never purchase another item through walmart again. I have never had such a complicated return before in my life. Worst company to do business with!!!

Walmart in Itasca, Illinois - Not p'd but need help with seriosness of situation that happed were i wouldnot even go back be cause of wrong doing to me. even with a restraining order against someone

Certain Used cameras for purposes . higher ranking worker for a friend. Possitivily. Seen changes after reported. Never higher management what kind of lawer would be interested in this? Restraining order nowas even not even effectively followed through person had friend double scanning reduced$ 80. for a 1.50 bakery items to public approx. 3 yrs is it still going on Easily can be missed by consumers. Even federally funded $$ for people needed help to get food. Food money runs out fast for consumer costumer complaints were obviously not followed through for it to go on so long. Managent can't report to them of wrong doings d/t. Repeating. Other things also happed because of . can't even be safe at that walmarn
