Walmart in Concord, California - Let's all whistle Christmas music

another sign of the deteriorating heart of America. no anything beautiful or shinning, or glittering, or sounds i love so much. what a pity. first, no more baby Jesus in Christmas anywhere for several years, and now no Christmas music. It's just so sad. such a wonderful holiday, and it's become nothing. only in America. they celebrate in other countries. Wow! well, to Everyone, a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! and i'm Jewish. i loved Christmas time. it was so full of joy, and kindness and all that wonderful music and hustling and bustling. i'm glad to be of the age i remember what it used to be like. it's sad the children won't know it.

I called their customer service line. A man answered and said, "Yeah, this is Wal-Mart." I explained a question that I had about a product, and he replied, "I don't know nothin bout that.", and hung up on me without even giving me a chance to respond.

Walmart Online Holiday Order - Confirmed Arrived - Then Canceled

I ordered bikes for my grand kids online for pick up at store. I received a confirmation indicating one of the bikes had arrived at the store on Tuesday December 16 and would be available on Wednesday December 17, but to wait for a pick up confirmation. I waited until Friday December 19 and then called the store. I was placed on hold 5 times and each time was disconnected. I called again and asked to speak to a Manager, I was put on hold again and hung up on again. I called the online customer service and explained my frustration they indicated my options were to cancel the order and start over or to escalate the issue and wait 24-48 hours for a response. I chose to escalate. He also suggested I go to the store directly to try to resolve. I told him I am not in the same state. He suggested I call them as if I had not already explained I called 6 times, sat on hold and got disconnected each time. It is now December 21 and I received an email indicating the order had been canceled as the item is not available. I called the online customer service number and asked how this is possible since I received confirmation that the bike had been delivered to the store. They indicated that the item was likely lost at the store. I asked how I can order another one online and ensure it is actually at the store. He indicated that several customers had been calling in indicating they ordered items online that were available at the store; when in fact they were not available at all. He said Walmart needs to get a better system in place cause that ones not working and that I should call the store to confirm availability. (You work for them?) Now running out of time, I ordered a second bike to replace the first one. I immediately called the store and spoke to a Manager to explain what had taken place and to confirm if the new bike was or was not available. He asked for my number and said he'd call me back in 15-20 minutes. That was 2 hours ago. I tried calling again, automated hold and hang up. Really Walmart! Each call to online Customer Service took 30 minutes and each call to store took 10 minutes. I have spent at least 3 hours on the phone, mostly on hold, and I still don't have confirmation on a bike for my grandson for Christmas!

I went shopping 12-20-2014 at the walmart in Athens,Alabama. I did my grocery shopping then i went back to elect tonic so my 10 yr. Old grandson could get the madden 15 game we ask 2 workers for help & hour later we finally found some one to come get it out of the case for him. Then we went to the toys so he could buy toy guns for him & his little brother. He was so excited about surprising his brother with a gift. He pays for his guns then i check out with almost $300 worth of stuff then the cashier was very friendly then we get ready to go out the door we get greated by a women checking people out the door. There hasnt been anyone doing that at this walmart for a couple of years, she tells me she dont need to look at my buggy but the turns to my grandson with the 2 plastic guns needing to check him she did ask if he was with me, & i said yes but the way she treated my grandson was uncalled for. I well never be back in a walmart again. I also shop alot at sams club that i well never go back to just because its all walmart. The people at walmart are rude & i can never get the help i need but i would go because it right here in town but from now on i well be going to Publix, Krogers & KMART. I well tell everyone i know & anyone else that well lesson what i think about walmart

I was checked after I bought a t shirt and a teddy bear on 12-21-14 at 7-7:20 am. I didn't have anything and they treated me like a criminal. This world is so racist. I forget I'm Mexican sometimes. I don't think its right to label people.

Walmart in Arcadia, Florida - Refused 1 hour guarantee

I bought a tv on black Friday 50 inch had to wait for it to come because I was not on one of the first 150, item was to come with a promotional gift card upon pickup, its stated on the item ticket. I go and pick up tv on 12-20-2014 , the layaway pickup flunkie doesn't know about gift card , he gets wanna be manager "bill" who refuses to honor it , says "your item" doesn't get one, asked for the store manager and I get "he just left for the day story". I filed a complaint on Walmart dot com claiming fraud and false advertising if I do not get a gift card.

Walmart Black Friday Sale

I live in Washington DC and shop every year Black Friday in New Burgh New York. This is an annual tradition my sisters and I share while home for Thanksgiving. I waited on a line for hours to purchase 4 Televisions, 2 40 inches and 2 50 inches. While at the store I checked the brand via sales personnel and store management. Previous year I purchased 2 element televisions and they were total garbage. I donated them to goodwill a week after purchase...So this year I was careful to check the brand. I left the store with three emersons with a slip to pick up the fourth one in my home state. I didn't worry because I believed the guarantee. I received an email seven days before Christmas to pick up the television, Great considering it was for my teenage son for Christmas. I arrive at the store and was handed an element Television...I became very angry and was told the brand varies from store to store. I didn't feel that applied to me because element was not the offered brand at the time of purchase. Five days before christmas walmart told me I either take the TV or wait for them to get a emerson which would not be until after Christmas or except a gift catd ib the amount of the television. Well thank you Walmart for ruining my sons christmas....I'm to take whatever you give me or I'm welcome to buy something else at your store. They refuse to take it back and refund my credit card not to mention the hours I waited on line. Walmart got me again....THIS WAS INDEED THE LAST TIME Walmart will see any of my hard earned money
