Never received shipping label after a month full of emails
Savings Catcher receipts disappeared
I had scanned several receipts into my phone - about $40.00 in savings. When I went to log in to cash them out, it said I had no such receipts available to me.
I talked to some other people who said they experienced the same thing. I just scanned in a new receipt and checked a couple of days later - that one is not there either. Obviously, there are some flaws in their program or it was purposely designed this way. I wrote the company about it several days ago and have yet to hear back....Not a big deal because I don't take the time to "coupon shop" but $40.00 bucks is $40.00 bucks.
I must agree with the other shoppers seems to be a scam.
If you do have receipts that you can see, cash them out now!!!! Don't accumulate them like I did or they will be gone.....
Preferred solution: Full refund

Pharmacy complaint
I called in my Rx and the recording said it was out of refills and to wait one business day, I waited. I called and waited two more times.
I called my Dr’s office. They called. I waited 3 more days. I called the Dr’s office again as now I’m out of medication.
They called again only NOW to be told that the medication is on back order.
I called the pharmacy to see if the had any idea when they will get it and was put on hold and forgotten. When I finally talked to another person they just told me to call Walgreens or CVS.
It sure would have been nice to have known this in the beginning!!!

WalMart: The Downhill Spiral Continues
There are two WalMarts in my area (s.e. Wisconsin), both perpetually out of stock on numerous basics -- last year they were out of loose garlic for months.
Neither has had Great Value Tomato Puree since last June. At Christmas I needed molasses to make cookies and was told they no longer stock it. Shopping their online site in no solution because they are out of even MORE items on line, over-priced by 30%, or want you to buy in quantities even a restaurant would have difficulty using -- like unsweetened cocoa powder, which now only ships in quantities if 4 containers, roughly a 2 to 4 year supply. I have come to loath and avoid this store -- it's like shopping in the old Soviet Union.
And now they have cut way back on cashiers and want you to check out and back your $100 worth of groceries yourself.
When they do have something, the price is good -- but not good enough to justify the extra time it takes going to another store to finish my order. Easier to start at a better store and get it all in one swoop.
- Friendly personnel
- Prices
- That they are chronically out of basic items
Preferred solution: Get your act together. Either you're a grocery store or you're not.

WELL, I'LL BE DAMNED. YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT AFTER PURCHASING THEIR EXPENSIVE GYP PROTECTION PLAN THAT THEY DON'T EVEN RESPECT YOU ENOUGH AS A CUSTOMER TO TAKE SEND YOU THE LABEL?
I GUESS THAT THEY FIGURE THAT IF YOU WERE DENSE ENOUGH TO PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THEM THAT YOU WERE DENSE ENOUGH TO BE GIVEN THE RUN-AROUND. CLEARLY WAL-MART DOESN'T VALUE YOU AS A CUSTOMER!
